Objective To explore the method and therapeutic principle of transcatheter closure of coronary artery fistula, aortopulmonary collaterals and aortopulmonary window. Methods Interventional occlusion of 4 cases of coronary artery fistulas and 1 case of aortopulmonary collaterals with Cook coils, 1 case of coronary artery fistulas and 1 case of aortopulmonary window with AGA Amplatzer duct occluder. The mean age of 7 children were 8.5 years. Results Transcatheter closure of 7 cases of vascular malformations were successful. During the follow-up period of 1 month to 5 years, no residual shunt and other complications appeared. Conclusion The curative effect of transcatheter closure of vascular malformations was good. But for the occlusions′ success and prevention from complications occurrence, the indications of closure should be obeyed, the time of X-ray exposure should be less than 60 minutes.

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of transcatheter closure of perimenbranous ventricular septal defect (PMVSD) with membranous VSD occluder device and compare the effect of transcatheter closure of VSD with surgery. Methods The therapeutic effect of transcatheter occlusion in 48 children with VSD is compared with that of other 73 cases who had received surgical treatment. Age, height, weight, pulmmary artery pressure, size of the defect, time for hospitalization, success rate as well as complications after operations are compared between the 2 groups. All the data are proccessed either by means of t test or ? 2 test statistically. Results There are no statistical differences between the two groups in age, height, weight, pulmonary systolic pressure and the rate of success. But the size of VSD is smaller and the time for operation and hospitalization is shorter in the group of transcatheter occlusion. There are no significant differences between the two groups in the rate of complications including the second surgery, residual shunt, bleeding, nerve injury, hemolysis, Ⅲ atrioventricular block, pneumothorax, hydrothorax, hydropericardium, aortic valve insufficiency and infection. But left anterior bundle branch block and complete left bundle branch block occur more often in the group of the catheter interventions during or after the occlusion. Conclusion Transcatheter occlusion shows a promising therapeutic effect on VSD. To prevent complications, therapeutic rules and technical criterias should be obeyed and close monitoring after the closure should be carried out.

Objective To research the effect of perioperative thermal preservation on hemostatic function in elderly patients with laparoscopic rectal cancer resection.Methods Eighty-six elderly patients with laparoscopic rectal cancer resection with ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ were randomly divided into control group (43 patients) and test group(43 patients).Control group was given routine operation,test group was given routine operation and thermal preservation.The nose pharynx temperature was monitored and recorded respectively on preanesthesia,30,60,90 min post-anesthesia and after operation.The level of prothrombin time (PT),activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT),thrombin time (TT),platelets (PLT),D-dimer(DD),fibrinogen (FBG),yon Willebrand factor (vWF) were detected on preanesthesia,30,60,90 min post-anesthesia and 24,48 h post-operation.Results The temperature in control group on 30,60,90 min pest-anesthesia and after operation [(36.1 ± 0.2),(36.0 + 0.1),(35.7 + 0.1),(35.6 ± 0.2) ℃] was significantly lower than that on preanesthesia [(36.8 ± 0.2) ℃] and the same time in test group [(36.8 ± 0.0),(36.7 ± 0.1),(36.7 +0.2),(36.8 ±0.2) ℃] (P ＜0.05).The level of PT,APTT and TT in control group on 30,60,90 min post-anesthesia and after operation were significantly longer than those on preanesthesia and the same time in test group (P ＜0.05).The level of PLT in control group after operation and on 24,48 h post-operation were significantly lower than preanesthesia and the same time in test group(P ＜ 0.05).The level of DD and vWF in control group on 24,48 h post-operation were significantly higher than preanesthesia and the same time in test group (P ＜ 0.05).The level of FBG in control group on 24,48 h post-operation were significantly lower than preanesthesia and the same time in test group (P ＜ 0.05).The hemostatic function had no significant change in test group (P ＞0.05).Conclusion The perioperative thermal preservation in elderly patients with laparoscopic rectal cancer resection can alleviate hemostatic function suppression and promote recovery.

Objective Analyzes the condition of serum 25-hydroxy Vitamin D (25OHD)level of partial middle and old age physical examinations in Yinchuan area.Methods Tested the level of serum 25OHD of 1 520 cases of senile medical with electrochemiluminescence immunoassay (ECLIA)in October 2013 to September 2014 in Yinchuan,NingXia.exclusion of liv-er,kidney,cancer,diabetes and other diseases,and statistical analysis of each age group and one year 25-(OH)D distribution. Compared gender and 50~59,60~69,>70 years at different ages and spring,summer,autumn,winter four seasons 25OHD level distribution.Results All the mean level was 14.67±8.26 ng/ml.The lack and deficiency of Vitamin D account was 80.66%,and the female was 84.49% significantly higher than the male 74.96% (t=2.03,P<0.05).Used divide subjects into fore groups:the lack (42.76%),the deficiency (37.90%),nomal (13.68%)and good (5.66%)by the level of serum 25OHD.Vitamin D nutritional status was different in person of different ages.Fuither linear correlation analys showedgative correlation between the level of serum 25OHD and age (r=0.16,P<0.01).There was seasonal variation in the level of ser-um 25OHD (F=19.30,P<0.001).It was highest in summer,and lower in spring and winter.Conclusion Vitamin D of middle-aged and old people in Yinchuan was general deficiency,which should pay more attention and actively treatment to these patients.

Objective To increase stone-breaking efficiency by improving waterway system of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. Methods A water-storing bag, which possessed warm-up function and was filled with anticorrosive and antirust no-air water, and a sealed water tank were added to water-entering pipeline of shock wave generator. Water pressure pressing water-storing bag was utilized to control no-air water to be filled into shock wave generator to minimize bubble forming in shock wave outer conduct passway. Meanwhile, a temporary water-storing tank and a single-directed valve were added between pipelines and water-storing bag. Results After improving, lithotripsy could recycle no-air water to be filled into shock wave generator. It not only increased shock wave conducting and stone breaking efficiency, but also decreasee air content in shock wave generator and outer conduct passway, and decreased bubble forming, thus reducing complication in more rational procedures. Conclusion The method of improving waterway system of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy is simple, cheap, effective and worth popularizing.

Objective: To assess physical activity level and characteristics in elementary physical education (P.E.) class among different weight status and grades students. Methods: ActiGraphGT3X was used to measure physical activity of 60 students in grade 1, 2, and 4 during three P.E. classes. BMI was calculated according to the student s height and weight in the latest physical fitness test results, and the weight status was divided according to the national Physical Fitness Standards for Students in different grades of elementary schools. Independent sample t test and analysis of variance were used to explore the difference of physical activity. Results: The proportion of moderate to high intensity physical activity (MVPA) in elementary school P.E. class was 21.9% (8.8 min). The proportion of MVPA in P.E. classes and the number of steps in normal weight students were 25.4% and (1 247.0± 326.3 ), respectively, which were significantly higher than those of underweight students, but not significantly different from those of overweight students. The MVPA of male and female PE classes in the second grade (27.0%, 26.4%) was significantly higher than that in the first grade, but there was no significant difference compared with that in the fourth grade ( P >0.05). Conclusion Moderate to high intensity physical activity is low in P.E. class in elementary school. Improving teachers awareness of promoting physical activity in PE class will benefit the MVPA in students.

BACKGROUND: As the preliminary experiment for gene therapy in intervertebral disc degeneration, this study aims to construct a recombinant plasmid containing fluorescent pAAV-hSOX9-IRES-tdTomato for adeno-associated virus packaging, in a broader attempt to lay the foundation for late experiments in vitro and in vivo.OBJECTIVE: To construct human SOX9 gene overexpressing adeno-associated virus, pAAV-hSOX9-IRES-tdTomato, packaging. METHODS: The plasmid pAAV-IRES-tdTomato and plasmid pUC57-hSOX9 were connected into pAAV-hSOX9-IRES-tdTomato by enzyme digestion method. The adeno-associated virus was packaged with plasmid co-transfections method. The recombinant pAAV-hSOX9-IRES-tdTomato was transfected into 293AAV cell by calcium phosphate transfection. The purification and drop of adeno-associated virus was tested by determination of biological titer. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The results of BLAST sequence comparison analysis showed that, pAAV-hSOX9-IRES-tdTomato exactly matched the synthetic gene sequence hSOX9. The titer is 1×107 TU/mL. Human gene SOX9 recombinant adenoviruses, pAAV-hSOX9-IRES-tdTomato, have been constructed successfully.

Objective:To study the effect of internal drainage tube and T tube in laparoscopic common bile duct exploration.Methods:The data of 103 patients who underwent laparoscopic common bile duct exploration for the treatment of choledocholithiasis from January 2016 to April 2021 in Dongguan Kanghua Hospital were analyzed, including 50 males and 53 females, aged (50.3±17.2) years old, the age range was 15 to 90 years old. A total of 103 patients were randomly divided into T tube group ( n=60), who received laparoscopic cholecystectomy + choledocholithotomy and stone removal+ T tube drainage, and self-dropping stent group ( n=43), who received laparoscopic cholecystectomy + choledocholithotomy and stone removal + placed with self-dropping stent. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage, postoperative hospital stay and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The operation time of self-dropping stent group was (107.2±26.1) min, intraoperative blood loss 10(5, 10) ml, and postoperative hospital stay (6.5±3.5) d, which were better than those of T tube group (143.5±52.7) min, 10(10, 20) ml, (8.8±3.8) d, the differences were statistically significant (both P<0.05). There were no significant difference in postoperative drainage volume and postoperative complications between the two groups (both P>0.05). Conclusion:The internal drainage tube in laparoscopic common bile duct exploration is a safe and reliable surgical method for the treatment of choledocholithiasis, which can significantly shorten the hospitalization time of patients.

The ABRACL protein, the regulator of actin and cell motility, belongs to the HSPC280 family, and its conserved hydrophobic groove can interact with other proteins to facilitate actin motility and cellular activity. ABRACL is upregulated in tumor tissues and is closely linked with the proliferation and migration of tumor cells. A deeper understanding of the role of ABRACL in tumorigenesis and development may provide new ideas and insights for ABRACL to prevent or reverse tumor progression.

OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of aquaporin 4(AQP4) in regulating the permeability of blood-brain barrier(BBB) induced by subacute 1,2-dichloroethane(1,2-DCE) inhalation. METHODS: Specific pathogen free healthy CD-1 male Aqp4 genetically engineered mice(Aqp4~(+/+)and Aqp4~(-/-)) were randomly divided into control and low-, medium-and high-dose groups. The mice were exposed to 1,2-DCE at the dosages of 0.00, 100.00, 350.00 and 700.00 mg/m~3 for 6 hours per day for consecutive 28 days by systemic dynamic inhalation. After the end of 1,2-DCE exposure, the BBB permeability was evaluated by Evans blue staining. Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction method was used to detect the mRNA expression of genes related to BBB tight junction protein(Tjp)1, Tjp2, Tjp3, claudin(Cldn)3, Cldn5, Cldn11, occludin(Ocln), matrix metalloproteinase(Mmp)2, Mmp9 and Na-K-Cl cotransporter-1(Nkcc1). RESULTS: The BBB permeability in mice showed significant change with 1,2-DCE dose and Aqp4 genotype(P<0.01). The BBB permeability of Aqp4~(+/+) genotype mice was higher in low-, medium-and high-dose groups than that of control group(all P values were <0.05). The permeability of BBB was lower in Aqp4~(+/+) genotype mice in the control group than that of Aqp4~(-/-) genotype mice in the same group(P<0.05), but BBB permeability was higher in Aqp4~(+/+) genotype mice in the three dose groups than that of Aqp4~(-/-) genotype mice in the same group(all P values were <0.05). The Cldn3 and Olcn mRNA relative expression in the brain cortex had statistical difference in mice with different genotype(all P values were <0.01). The mRNA relative expressions of Cldn3 and Olcn in the brain cortex were higher in Aqp4~(-/-) genotype mice than that of Aqp4~(+/+) genotype mice(all P values were <0.01). The relative mRNA expression levels of Tjp1, Tjp2, Tjp3, Cldn5, Cldn11, Mmp2, Mmp9 and Nkcc1 in the cerebral cortex of mice were not statistically significant in aspect of 1,2-DCE exposure dose and genotype(all P values were >0.05). CONCLUSION: Exposure to 1,2-DCE can increase BBB permeability in mice, and the mechanism may be associated with 1,2-DCE-induced down-regulation of Aqp4 and up-regulation of mRNA expression of the cerebral cortex TJP-related molecules Cldn3 and Ocln.
