Currently ,EphB receptor has been demonstrated as an important factor on the biological be -havior of normal cells .Some studies found that it plays an important role in the regulation of normal cell morpholo -gy,cell adhesion ,migration and angiogenesis .There is a certain relationship between abnormal expression of EphB receptor with a variety of tumor development .Visiblely,EphB receptor is important research direction in cancer studies,understanding the relationship between EphB receptor and tumor can better realize the progress of the tumor,and further to provide more scientific basis for cancer treatment and prevention .
2.Design and optimization of pulse sequence for quantitative measurement of ?-aminobutyric acid concentration using MR spectroscopy

Objective To design and optimize the MRS pulse sequence which used to measure gamma-aminobutyric acid(GABA) in vivo. Methods In-depth research for the MRS sequence was carried out and a theoretical analysis and simulation by software using product-operator algebra for the design and optimization of pulse sequence was discussed. Results Through the simulation of MRUI software, Cr signal at ?3.0 was seen to be suppressed and the weak GABA signal was displayed clearly. Conclusion The sequence was designed and optimized. Method to increase the efficiency and the stability of the measurement was studied. Our research gives theoretical preparation for the coming programming work.
3.Clinical significance of serum interleukin-6,8,18 in patients with lung cancer

Objective To study the relationships between serum interleukin-6, 8, 18 and the development, metastasis, curative effect and prognosis of lung cancer. Methods The serum interleukin-6, 8, 18 in 56 cases patients with lung cancer,18 cases patients with phthisis were determined by ELISA method before and after treatment, and 40 cases health people were control. Results The serum interleukin-6, 8, 18 level of patients with lung cancer was significantly higher than that in control groups and the patients with phthisis(P 0.05). Conclusion The serum interleukin-6, 8, 18 levels could reflected occurrence, development, metastasis and curative effect of the lung cancer in a certain extent, so it was importance for diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of lung cancer to combine examination IL-6, 8, 18.
4.Diagnosis and treatment of gastric carcinoma combined with severe pulmonary dysfunction in 20 cases

Objective To summarize the experience of operation on gastric carcinoma combined with severe pulmonary dysfunction and reduce the incidence of postoperative fatality and complications.Methods According to FVC,MVV,FEV1 from high to low grouping,and interfere with ambroxol hydrochloride,doxofylline,budesonide,terbutaline,ipratropium bromide,tiotropium bromide to 20 patients who suffered gastric carcinoma combined with severe pulmonary dysfunction before and after operation,and interfere with different anesthesia methods.Results Postoperative complications occurred in 20 patients within one month,Hydrothorax in 2 cases,pulmonary infection in 2 cases,respiratory failure in 2 cases,acute pulmonary edema in 1 cases,acute pulmonary embolism in 1 case.After active treatment,19 patients cured,1 case died due to acute pulmonary edema.Conclusion The complications rate and risks are high in the gastric carcinoma patients combined with severe pulmonary dysfunction,and strict preoperative and postoperative managements are key to the operation.
5.Pros and cons for transitional ICU care after major hepatectomy

Objective:To explore the necessity of transitional ICU care for patients with liver cancer after major hepatectomy.Methods:The clinical data of 548 liver cancer patients with major hepatectomy were retrospectively analyzed. According to whether by way of transitional ICU care was used or not, patients were divided into ICU group(92 cases) and none-ICU group(456 cases). The clinical data, postoperative complications and mortality were compared.Results:There were no difference in the incidence of major complications(ascites, liver failure, bile leakage, infection and bleeding), mortality and length of hospital stay between the two groups( P>0.05). But the total hospitalization costs of patients in the ICU group were significantly higher than those in the non-ICU group [(72 019±24 516) yuan vs. (67 002±21 374) yuan, t=2.004, P=0.046]. Multivariate analysis showed that intraoperative blood loss and transfusion were independent risk factors for patients undergoing transitional ICU care. Conclusion:Transitional ICU care does not reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and mortality for major hepatectomy patients, only increase the hospitalization costs.

Objective To explore the relationship between chromosomal abnormalities and abnormal pregnancy .Methods Chro‐mosomal karyotypes were examined in 766 pairs of couples with adverse pregnancy history from 2011 January to December by pe‐riphery blood lymphocyte culture and carried out G banding .Results The detection of 86 cases of patients with abnormal chromo‐somes ,chromosome abnormality rate was 5 .61% ;Among them ,1 cases of abnormal autosomal chromosome number ,67 cases of ab‐normal structure;Sex chromosome abnormality in 5 cases ,13 cases of abnormal structure .Conclusion Description of chromosome abnormalities and abnormal pregnancy is closely related ,The carriers of the couple should have prenatal diagnosis to avoid chromo‐some patients is born .
7.Chimerism is required for neonatal transplantation tolerance

ObjectiveTo investigate the mechanisms of neonatal transplantation tolerance,especially the role of immature immune system and chimerism in tolerance.MethodsF1 ( or GFP-F1 ) mice were bred by crossing male C57BL/6 (or GPF transgenic C57BL/6) and female BALB/c mice. Within 24 h,newborn C57BL/6 mice were inoculated with different doses of splenocytes from F1 or GFP-F1 mice,irradiated spleen cells were used as control.Six weeks later,the mice were subjected to F1 skin grafting,and mixed-lymphocyte reaction was performed to determine their tolerance.Flow analysis was used to detect chimerism.ResultsLiving F1 spleen cells could induce chimerism and neonatal transplantation tolerance,but irradiated cells not.The chimerism in long-term tolerant mice is higher than that in chronic rejected mice,with 6.48% ±4.02% vs 1.57% ±0.89%,the difference is significant in statistical analysis.The degree of neonatal transplantation tolerance is determined by the dosage of donor cells,the mice induced with 3 × 107 F1 spleen cells have 80% long-term tolerance,but the dose of0.7×107 F1 spleen cells could only prolong allografts survival.ConclusionNeonatal transplantation tolerance is dependent on chimerism,the chimerism of donor cells leads to clonal deletion of alloreactive T cells.
8.Effect of α-melanocyte stimulating hormone on human dermal fibroblasts: preliminary identification of protein expression

Objective To evaluate the effect of this neuroendocrine hormone on protein expression by treating the human dermal fibroblasts with a-melanocyte stimulating hormone (α-MSH ).Methods Thehuman dermal fibroblasts was cultured, and the total protein of the fibroblasts were separated with immobilized pH gradient-based two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DE). After Coomassie bright blue staining, gel images were acquired by Image-scanner and then analyzed with the PDQuest software. 2-DE maps of fibroblasts were established. Partial differently expressed protein spots were incised from gels and digested by trypsin in-gel. Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) and MSDB database searching by Mascot? software were used for protein identification. Results Well-resolved, reproducible 2-DE patterns of dermal fibroblasts treated with and without crMSH were obtained. 8 differently expressed protein spots were detected, among which 8 obtained peptide mass fingerprints (PMF) by MALDI-TOF-MS analysis. Among these proteins, of particular interest were five proteins annexin I, HSP27 and lamin A, etc. Conclusions Proteins expressed by human dermal fibroblasts treated with or without crMSH are different, and some of the differently expressed proteins involve apoptosis, intracellular signal transduction and framework construction and so on, which may be associated with anti-fibrosis effects of (a)-MSH on human dermal fibroblasts.
9.Spectrum of fungal keratitis change in South China

Background Fungal keratitis has a high incidence in China and its clinical treatment is very difficult,and its etiology diagnosis and appraisal is the premise to improve the prognosis of disease.With the changes of regional environment and climate in recent years,whether the spectrum of fungal keratitis change in South China is remarkable.Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate recent pathogenic distribution of fungal keratitis in South China area.Methods The consecutive fungal culture resuhs of 3 350 purulent keratitis at Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center from January 2009 to December 2014 were retrospectively reviewed.The positive rate of fungal culture,genus or species distribution,seasonal distribution and different term distribution were analyzed.Results The culture-positive rate was 31.34% in this study (1 050/3 350),and the average culture-positive number was 175 strains per year.In the positive fungus,the highest positive rate was Fusarium SP (32.10%,337/1 050),and followed by Aspergillus SP (25.71%,270/1 050),Heminthosporium SP (14.29 %,150/1 050) and Mucor SP (9.14%,96/1 050).The fungal culture-positive rate was 36.05% (367/1 018) in 2009 to 2010,32.45% (324/1 014) in 2011 to 2012,and 26.86% (354/1 318) in 2013 to 2014,respectively,with a significant difference among the three periods (x2 =22.37,P<0.01),showing a decreasing tendency of incidence.Two hundreds and sixtyone strains were isolated from January to March (31.15 %,261/838),182 strains from April to June (25.53 %,182/713),237 strains from July to September (30.00%,237/790),370 strains from October to December (36.67%,370/1 009),showing a statistically significant difference among them (x2 =25.19,P < 0.01).The number of infectious strains was most during October to December and fewest during April to June.Conclusions The leading pathogenic fungi of fungal keratitis is Fusarium SP and followed by Aspergillus SP,Helminthosporium SP,Mucor SP in turn.Fungal keratitis is usually prevalent from October to December,and its incidence is still rising in Chinese mainland recently.However,the increasing tendency in South China has been prevented in recent six years.
10.Correction of epicanthus by transverse-one's procedure

Objective To explore a simple and effective epicanthoplasty.Methods A total of 65 cases were corrected by incising the epicanthus levelly,extending the incision along the lower palpebral margin,separating the skin about 1 cm×1 cm scope below incision,cutting off part of the orbicularis and epicanthus ligament,fixing epicanthus angle to nasal aponeurosis,and suturing the incision without tension.Results All the cases corrected by the transverse-one's procedure were followup one month to one year,and satisfactory results obtained.Conclusion This method is a simple and effective epicanthoplasty with less tissue damage and good appearance.
