Objective To study the mechanism, pathology, diagnosis and manage strategy of cervical fracture dislocation combined with anterior spinal cord syndrome (ASCS). Methods 32 cases of cervical fracture dislocation combined with ASCS from January 2012 to September 2014 were summarized. The mechanisms of injury and pathological characteristics were analyzed. All of them received surgical treatment. Anterior approach or anterior approach combined with posterior approach was chosen according to the characteristics of injury. Results All surgical treatments were successfully performed. There were 22 cases (68.75%) with hyperflexion, 5 cases (15.62%) with vertical hit, 1 case (3.12%) with hyperextension and 4 cases (12.5%) with multiple reasons. There were 4 cases (12.5%) with simple anterior dislocation, 28 cases (87.5%) with fracture combined with anterior dislocation. Only 8 cases were successfully diagnosed as ASCS, and the others (24 cases) were generally defined as spinal cord injury. Conclusion ASCS is not so rare. Hyperflexion injury is the most common mechanism. Anterior dislocation and fracture combined with anterior dislocation are the general types of pathology. Conscientious physical examination with CT and MRI can facilitate the diagnosis. Anterior approach or combined with posterior approach could be selected according to injury mechanism.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and efficacy of endoscopy treatment for isolated gastric varices 1 with tissue glue and metal clips. Metheds The clinical date of 21 patients who treated tissue glue and metal clips were retrospectively analyzed from Jan 2015 to Dec 2016. Results The treatments were completed successfully and reviewed by endoscopy after 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months. The gastric varices were reduced, and the serious complications of bleeding, embolism were little. Conclusion The endoscopy treatment for isolated gastric varices 1 with tissue glue and metal clips is contributed to clinical effect, and the treatment provides a reference for clinical treatment.

Objective To discuss the risk factors on short-term prognosis after kidney transplantation from donors after cardiac death (DCD). Methods We retrospectively analyzed the information of donors and recipients who performed DCD donor kidney transplantation in our center between January 2011 and August 2015, including 64 donors and 95 recipients. Also, we analyzed the potential relationship among donors' clinical characteristics and the early recovery of graft function, including the incidence of delayed graft function(DGF)and the serum creatinine (SCr) on the 90th day, and infection rate after kidney transplantation. Results We found that when donors had the factors of WIT>10 min, urine volume<100 ml/h, SBP≤100 mmHg or a history of CPR, the incidence of recipients' DGF were 55.6%,73.3%,62.5%,77.8% respectively with a significant difference. Recipients would have more chance to be infected if donors have the following characteristics: male, older than 50 years, died of cerebral hemorrhage which was caused by cardiovascular diseases, WIT>30 min, treated in ICU for more than 10 days or infection. Conclusions Nowadays, DCD has become the main graft source in Chinese kidney transplantation. This research indicates that the donors' factors may affect the recovery of graft function and the incidence of infection after kidney transplantation to some extent.By evaluating rigorously and preserving quality of renal grafts carefully, DCD would become more safe and valid.

OBJECTIVE
To establish a method for the determination of the concentrations of anti-tumor lead compounds purine benzamides PLB-E and PLB-P in rat plasma by HPLC and apply to study pharmacokinetics.
METHODS
The established HPLC was used to determine the plasma drug concentrations of rats at different time points after intravenous administration of 5, 10, 20 mg·kg–1 (low, medium, high doses) of PLB-E and PLB-P, and the pharmacokinetic parameters of each compound were calculated using DAS 3.3.0 software.
RESULTS
PLB-E and PLB-P had good linear relationship in the range of 2–120, 3–60 μg·mL–1, respectively(r2>0.999). The RSD of inter-day and intra-day precision were <15%. The extraction recoveries were 87.48%–92.84% and 88.24%–92.60%, respectively. The main pharmacokinetic parameters of PLB-E and PLB-P after a single intravenous injection of 5, 10, 20 mg·kg–1 were as follows, the average Cmax was (20.30±2.39), (40.63±3.40), (63.62±7.55)mg·L–1 and (13.21±1.40), (24.87±1.33), (32.83±0.65)mg·L–1, respectively. AUC(0-∞) were (104.67±48.39), (177.42±84.11), (194.32±91.48)mg·h·L–1 and (106.75±54.21), (179.90±93.59), (253.56±126.17)mg·h·L–1, respectively. Tmax of each dose was 0.08 h.
CONCLUSION
The HPLC method established in this study meets the requirements for the determination of biological samples through methodological verification, which is applicable to the determination of the concentration of PLB-E and PLB-P in rat plasma and the pharmacokinetic study. The pharmacokinetic process of PLB-E and PLB-P in rats conforms to the two-compartment model, and conforms to the nonlinear kinetic elimination.
