Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2011;27(22):1-3
Objective To discuss influence of evidence-based nursing on compliance and quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods From January to September, 2010, 86 patients with coronary heart disease undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention therapy were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 43 patients in each group. Two groups of patients underwent percutaneous coronary intervention therapy and routine care after related check-up, and the study group was given comprehensive and systemic evidence-based nursing intervention on the basis of routine care. Medical compliance and life quality and other clinical indicators of the two groups of patients were comparatively analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, fully compliance rate of the study group was significantly higher, and partical compliance rate decreased significantly. At the same time, score of neurological function, psychological function, social function and other aspects of material life were significantly increased in the study group. Conclusions Application of evidence- based nursing has significant meaning for improving compliance and life quality of coronary heart disease patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention, which is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
2.The effect of TFu on the apoptosis and proliferation of FRH-0201 cholangiocarcinoma cell line
Chinese Journal of Current Advances in General Surgery 1999;0(04):-
Objective:To investigate the effect of TFu on FRH-0201 cell and to test new drugs for the chemotherapy of cholangiocarcinoma. Methods:Morphological changes were observed by light microscopy and fluorescence microscopy. The effect of TFu on FRH-0201 cell was examined by clone formation.Cell cycle and apoptosis were examined by flow-cytometric analysis.DNA ladder was used to detect apoptosis. To compare the drug susceptibility of TFu with 5-Fu and several other common drugs by MTT colorimetric assay. Results:TFu significantly inhibited the proliferation and clone formation of FRH-0201 cell line within concentration of 0.016~4mmol/L.The inhibition ratio was dependent on ascending concentration and time, and that is higher than 5-Fu with the same concentration. The morphological character of apoptosis was observed.Flow cytometric analysis indicated that TFu induced a G_1 phase arrest and apoptosis more than 5-Fu.ADM,DDP and TFu were the sensitive drugs to FRH-0201 cel line, and the combination of them can reach the highest inhibition ratio. Conclusion:These results suggests that TFu can more significantly inhibited the proliferation of FRH-0201 cell line than 5-Fu.The mechanism may be related to the cell cycle arrest in association with apoptosis, which may provide a new approach for treating cholangiocarcinoma.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(12):-
Objective:To compare suicide attempters with community-based controls for more specific prevention strategies.Method:From the list of suicide attempters of three general hospitals 2 years before, 363 of 786 attempters (48.5%) were found. We collected a control group matched for sex, age and location of residence and compared the life events for the past two years, life quality, family cohesion and adaptability of the past month, and impulsivity and aggressiveness.Result:The two groups were similar in sex, age, family income, marital status, occupation and health insurance status. But the suicide attempt group had less education, had more prominent impulsive and aggressive in traits, had higher levels of hopelessness, more negative life events and greater distress from negative life events in the two years after their attempt. They had poorer life quality and lower family cohesion and adaptability for the past month. They had also more severe depressive symptoms in the prior week. Conclusion:Two years after their suicide attempt, the attempters still have substantial differences from normal controls. They are a distinct high-risk subgroup that deserves specific interventions.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 1989;0(03):-
Objective:Describe the prevalence of depressive disorder and the care-seeking of depressed individuals among inpatients in general hospitals in Beijing.Methods:2 925 inpatients ≥15 years of age from 40 general hospitals (selected by stratified random sampling) were first screened by psychiatric nurses and then psychiatrists used DSM-IV criteria to generate a 'gold standard' diagnosis in subjects screened positive and 10% of those screened negative. Results:Adjusted point prevalence, one-year prevalence, and lifetime prevalence of any type of depressive disorder were 7.04%, 7.47% and 9.96%, respectively; corresponding prevalences of Major Depressive Disorder were 3.83%, 4.33%, and 6.11%, respectively. Of the 123 depressed patients only 12 (9.8%) had ever received treatment. The prevalence was significantly higher in females than in males(5.18%vs 3.59%,RR=1.44 95%CI:1.01~2.05), in patients from Level-2 hospitals than in those from Level-3 hospitals(6.28%vs 3.31%,RR=1.90 95%CI:1.31~2.75), and in patients on internal medicine wards than in those from surgery (6.08%vs3.60%,RR=1.69 95%CI:1.15~2.49)or other wards(6.08%vs 3.01%,RR=2.02 95%CI:1.21~3.37).Conclusions:The prevalence of depressive disorder among inpatients in Beijing's general hospitals is high but very few are diagnosed or treated. Different programs to increase the recognition and treatment of depression in general hospitals need to be developed and regularly monitored.

Journal of Practical Obstetrics and Gynecology 2010;26(3):196-198,前插1
Objective:Human capillary lymphatic endothelial cells (LECs) were isolated and cultured to assist further investigation of the function of lymphatic vessels generation during cancer metastasis. Methods:Human skin was digested by type I collagenase. Cells were isolated using magnetic beads which were marked by monoclonal antibodies against the extracellular domain of VEGFR-3, and purified by cloning col-umn. The morphology and structure of cells were observed by microscopy. Immunophenotype was identified by immunofluorescence. Cell growth curve was recorded to measure the effect of VEGF-C protein. Results:LECs exhibited the typical cobblestone morphology as monolayer growth pattem under microscopy. Enlarged nucleus and rich cytoplasm with bubbles were found under electromicroscopy. LECs specific markers inclu-ding VEGFR-3, LYVE-1, Podoplaninand D2-40 all were positive. VIII factor as specific marker of blood ves-sel endothelium cells (BVECs) was negative. VEGF-C induced a marked increase of cell proliferation. Con-clusions:Human dermal LECs could be harvested successfully using collagenase digestion, immunomagnet-ic beads sorting and clonic column purification.
