Objective To explore experiences of complications in removal of patients with large and giant pi-tuitary adenonms by transsphenoidal approach and to improve the clinical treatment effectiveness.Method Nasal vestibule small column was cut to increase inclinometer incision, then the bottom of sellar was broken via the nasal septum-the midline of sellar sphenoid sinus and intrasellar tumor was removed. Results The tumor was totally re-moved on 48 patients(31%)and sub-totally or partly removed on other patients. The 122(90%) patients'symptoms or signs were greatly improved in following days. There wore cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea(thirteen cases),nasal bleed-ing,diabetes incipidus which lasted for one week or more and were cured by treatment with drugs. Conclusion As to complications in removal of patients with large and giant pituitary adenomas by transsphenoidal approach, many poly-nucleations in fluenced the effect and should be reconstructed.
4.Influence of bevacizumab on the invasion of glioma and the mechanism
Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(4):259-261
Angiogenesis and invasion are two remarkable features of spongioblastoma, which lead to the failure of clinical treatment. With the development of the glioma(s) molecular biology mechanism in the realm of angiogenesis, some anti-angiogenesis drugs have got a positive therapeutic efficacy in the clinical trials, such as bevacizumab. However,it is reported that these drugs maybe also enhance the invasion and migration ability of glioma cells in the process of anti-angiogenesis therapy.Matrix metalloproteinases, hypoxia induced factor-1 and the inositol-requiring enzyme-1 maybe have some correlations with the change of the invasion and migration, but the molecular biological mechanism needs further research.

7.Targeted therapy for colorectal cancer
China Oncology 1998;0(01):-
Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors. The recent successful development of targeted therapy has brought new hope for patients with colorectal cancer. Two monoclonal antibodies, bevacizumab and cetuximab, that block vascular endothelial growth factor and epithelial growth factor receptor are available widely in clinical practice. This clinical review focuses on the role of targeted therapy in the management of colorectal cancer.
8.Factors affecting the prognosis of ruptured intracranial aneurysm
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2016;35(6):596-599
Objective To investigate factors related to the prognosis of patients with ruptured intracranial aneurysm. Methods Clinical data of 165 patients with ruptured intracranial aneurysm treated with surgery were retrospectively analyzed. The age, gender,PAASH scale on admission, smoking, hypertension, hyperlipemia, cerebral vasospasm, timing of surgery and mode of surgery, etc.were analyzed by the simple and multiple Logistic regression models. Results Simple Logistic regression analysis indicated that age,PAASH scale on admission, smoking, hypertension, timing of surgery and mode of surgery were influencing factors for the prognosis of patients with ruptured intracranial aneurysm(all P<0.05).Multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that age,PAASH scale on admission(OR=2.542),smoking(OR=5.772),hypertension(OR=7.150),timing of surgery(OR =2.908) and mode of surgery(OR =0.161) were independent risk factors for the prognosis of patients with ruptured intracranial aneurysm(all P<0.05).Conclusions Accuratel and systemsatic assessment of patient conditions and the optimal timing and mode of surgery are the key to improving the prognosis of patients with ruptured intracranial aneurysm.
9.The protective effect of cistanche deserticola Y.C Ma . on thymocytes in septic rats
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(02):-
AIM: To study the protective effect of ci stanche deserticola Y. C Ma. on thymocytes in septic rats. METHODS: Cecum ligation perforation (CLP) was used to induce sep sis. Treatment group was treated with cistanche deserticola Y. C Ma. (1.25 g?kg -1?d -1, ig) for 14 days before CLP. Animals were killed 12 h or 24 h after CLP an d thmocyte s were collected. The ratio of thmocyte apoptosis and mitochondrial membrane pot ential were determined by the flow cytometry. The ATP activity was detected by s pectrophotography. RESULTS: The rate of thmocyte apoptosis significantly increased 12 h after CLP. The ATP activity decreased 24 h after CLP was significant. The extract of desert living cistanche effectively repressed the apoptosis of th ymocytes and maintained the mitochondrial membrane potential. CONCLUSIONS: The extract of cistanche deserticola Y. C Ma. p rotects thymocytes against apoptosis induced by sepsis. Maintaining of mitochond rial membrane potential may be the protective mechanism.
10.Effect of Bupleurum Chinense injection on endogenous pyrogen fever and change of cAMP concentration in cerebrospinal fluid in rabbits
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(02):-
The experiments were divided into two parts. The first part: inhibitory effect of Bupleurum Chinense injection on fever was observed. The second part: while Bupleurum Chinense injection inhibited fever, the cAMP concentration in cerebrospinal fluid was observed. The experimental fever models were induced by endogenous pyrogen from monocytes of rabbits' blood. The results obtained demonstrated that the Bupleurum Chinense injection (250mg/kg) had marked inhibitory effect on the endogenous pyrogen fever and the cerebrospinal fluid cAMP levels of the experimental group was obviously lower than in control. The authors inferred that inhibitory effect of Bupleurum Chinense injection on endogenous pyrogen fever may be obtained through some-link to reduced central cAMP content.
