1.CHANGE OF LIPOPEROXIDE AND ITS INFLUENCE ON PULMONARY SURFACTANT IN SCALDED RATS
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1985;0(05):-
In the present study we measured the lipid peroxide content in plasma and lung homogenate by Yagi's method, and analyzed the composition of surfactant phospholipid and surface activity of pulmonary surfactant by thin layer chrom-otography and by Wilhelmy's film balance. The results showed that the lipid peroxide level was increased in plasma and lung homogenate; licithine,tysopho-spholipidcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine were decreased in bronchial-alveolar lavege fluid; and pulmonary surfactant surface activity was lowered. The findings suggest that decreased surface activity may result from the decrease of disaturated phospholipidcholine, which may be due to its impaired synthesis.
2.Analysis on relation between peripheral blood CD4 + regulatory T cells and curative effect in patients with chronic hepatitis C
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;(24):3319-3320,3324
Objective To study the relationship between peripheral blood regulatory T cells CD4 + and the antiviral effect in the patients with chronic hepatitis C.Methods 128 patients with chronic hepatitis C after antiviral treatment and follow-up were col-lected as the experimental group, the peripheral blood was respectively extracted before treatment and after treatment and at 24-week follow-up.The flow cytometry was adopted to detect CD4 + percentage. Moreover the liver function indexes and HCV-RNA quantitation were detected.80 individuals were selected as the normal control group. Results HCV-RNA quantitation,AST,ALT, CD4 + (%)had statistical differences between the the experimental group and the control group(P <0.05);the HCV-RNA quantita-tion,AST,ALT,CD4 + (%)levels after treatment and 24-week follow-up in the experiment group were significantly decreased(P <0.05).Conclusion The antiviral treatment can effectively reduce the damage of chronic hepatitis C,raise the cure rate, reduce the liver damage. The peripheral blood CD4 + regulatory T cells can be used as the index of the antiviral treatment efficacy and hepatitis C virus(HCV)infection.

Objective To study the retrieved human allografts pathologically in order to probe into the histological changes of implanted allograft. Methods The specimens were retrieved from seven cases between February 2003 and March 2004, and the allografts had been in situ from two to 16 months. Of seven cases, four were diagnosed primarily as malignant fibrohistocytoma of proximal humerus, osteosarcoma of femoral shaft, bone giant cell tumor of distal femur and bone giant cell tumor of proximal tibia each, which were treated with wide resection of tumor and massive allograft transplantation and internal fixation of plate or inter-locking nail; two were open comminuted fracture of distal femur, treated with massive allograft transplantation and internal fixation, underwent autograft bone transplantation because of united massive allograft, had a punch biopsy of allografts for observation; one was tibial open fracture being fixated with inter-locking nail and small segment allograft transplantation, sustained infection at two weeks after primary operation and underwent debriment, removal of internal fixation and external fixation. Results Of seven cases, five were found with bone absorption radiographically, and were classified into three types:1)sever bone absorption; 2)bone absorption associated with sinus and effusion of the wound; 3)bone absorption accompanied by pyogenic infection. The later condition was caused by bacterial infection without a relationship of allograft. And the former two conditions could be classified into two subtypes: 1)osteoclastic absorption, which was followed by new bone formation; 2)inflammatory absorption, which was found with infiltration by round inflammatory cell, preponderantly lymphocytes, and mononuclear phagocytes with few osteoclasts, osteoblasts or new bone formations. Moreover, in sever bone absorption, vascular lesions such as vasculitis, swelling of endothelial cells or proliferation changes in the vessels, and obliteration of the arteries. Conclusion An intensive infiltration accompanied by vascular lesions may be the evidences of histological changes suggestive of an immune reaction directed against the grafts, and the failure of the clinical outcomes.

The management for qualification documents of medical instruments is very important work to management department of medical instruments. Because the number of qualification documents of medical instruments is very large and they have an expiry date, it is difficult to manage them. This article discussed how to manage qualification documents of medical instruments, and an information management system that has a function of traceability management has been developed. This information management system standardizes management for qualification documents of medical instruments, and ensures that qualification documents of medical instruments are available and can be traced. Besides, it can reduce the amount of work for medical instruments management.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2009;32(11):19-21
Objective To analyse the frequeney and pattern of lymph node metastasis in bilateral papillary thyroid microcarcinoma (PTMC), and establish the optimal surgical strategy for patients. Methods From March 2006 to August 2008, 58 bilateral PTMC patients received surgical treatment and the tumour characteristics, the frequency and pattern of lymph node metastasis and surgical management of these patients were retrospectively analysed. Results Forty-four patients received total thyroideetomy and 14 patients received near-totsl thyroideetomy, 47 patients received central compartment (level VI ) dissection and cervical level Ⅱ,Ⅲ, IV node exploration by internal jugular vein exposure,10 patients received level Ⅵdissection and unilateral cervical dissection and 1 patient received bilateral cervical dissection. The mean tumor diameter was (6.28 + 2.23) mm and 26 patients (44.8%) had node involvement, 88.5%(23/26) pa-tients had only level Ⅵ node involvement. Only 1 patient had node involvement in the jugular chain without level Ⅵ node involvement, 2 patients with level Ⅵ node involvement were associated with another cervical compartment nodes involvement. Conclusions Bilateral PTMC has high incidence of lymph node metasta-sis. The cervical level Ⅵ is the most common site of node involvement for bilateral PTMC and the surgical strategy for bilateral PTMC should include the cervical level Ⅵ dissection routinely.

High-speed counter-current chromatography (HSCCC) was used to high performance separate and prepare lignans from Schisandrae chinensis fructus. The solvent system is composed of n-hexane-ethyl acetate-methanol-water (9 : 1 : 5 : 5) and n-hexane-ethyl acetate-methanol-water (9 : 1 : 9 : 5), speed is at 900 r.min-1, and flow rate is at 2.0 mL.min-1. Five fractions from Schisandrae chinensis fructus extract were separated and prepared with one HSCCC process. They were identified as schisandrin, gomisin J, schisandrol B, schisantherin A and deoxyschizandrin by electrospray ionization-multiple tandem mass spectrometry (ESI-MSn), respectively. Their contents were obtained in 98.74%, 94.32%, 99.53%, 94.23% and 98.68% by ultra high performance liquid chromatography (UPLC), separately. The rapid and simple method can be applied for the preparation of lignans from Schisandrae chinensis fructus.
