Objective:To solve the problem which the time of various information systems were not synchronization and there were time error in them through adopted synchronization time server of dual-mode satellite that were global position system (GPS) and Beidou navigation satellite system (GPS/BDS).Methods: By introducing the synchronization time server of dual-mode satellite (GPS/BDS), the time could be synchronization in real-time with satellite time of GPS/BDS through antenna. And then, using it to ensure the time of server could accurately realize synchronization with international coordination time. All of servers or workstations that need achieve time synchronization chose the IP address of internet time synchronization server as special IP address of time server in the interior framework of hospital so as to achieve synchronization in operation on appropriate frequency. Through the terminal program of time server to append the IP address of digital clock so as to realize the time of digital clock getting synchronization with time server.Results: The synchronization time server of dual-mode satellite (GPS/BDS) could ensure the accuracy of time in operating system of various servers and workstations, and ensure the accuracy of acquisition time of various application system. Therefore, it ensured the accuracy of recording time in data base of various information system of hospital, and resolved the problem which the time of various information systems were not synchronization and there were time error.Conclusion: The server of local area network(LAN), workstation and digital clock can achieve synchronization with universal time coordinated(UTC) by using synchronization time server of dual-mode satellite (GPS/BDS), and it can obtain good effect.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic and therapeutic methods for liver injury.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with liver injury were retrospectively analyzed.Results The liver injury was srede Ⅰ in 12 patients.grade Ⅱ in 25 patients,grade Ⅲ in 20 patients,srede Ⅳ in 14 patients,and grade V in 9 cases.16 patients were not treated with operation,24 patients were treated with hepatic artery ligation,and 3 patients were treated with plugging.75 patients were cured,and 5 patients died.Conclusion Liver injury should be clearly diagnosed as early as possible,correct therapeutic methods should be selected according to the state of the injury,and operative manner should be reasonably selected according to intraoperative conditions.The treatment of complications and postoperative protection to the function of important organs should be paid attention to.

Tuo-Fawas one of three internal treatment rules in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) surgery. It had been widely used in the treatment of superficial suppurative diseases, visceral suppurative diseases and other diseases. This article was aimed to clarify the action mechanism ofTuo-Fa for carrying forward better services in the clinic. This article reviewed and recapitulated related literatures on experimental researches ofTuo-Fa in recent years. It mainly showed the research status on anti-infection, anti-tumor and anti-gastric ulcer withTuo-Fa and its prescriptions. It summarized the existed shortcomings, which was that experimental researches on the action mechanism ofTuo-Fa was still on the initial stage with a few references and obviously lagged behind clinical applications. However, some achievements were also made. It had initially revealed the action mechanism ofTuo-Fa in treatment of pyogenic infection. It also had research on action mechanism of anti-tumor and anti-gastric ulcer treatment. It developed new field for the clinical practice. Finally, the research on action mechanism ofTuo-Fa and future prospects were expressed.

BACKGROUND: Iron metabolism disorder has been proved to be a key factor of Parkinson's disease, but research on brain iron metabolism is still immature, and the role of glial cells in the brain iron metabolism remains unclear. Many studies have pointed that microglia plays an important role in the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease, which closely related to iron.OBJECTIVE: To further explore the relationship between microglia and neurons in iron metabolism based on our previous study, and to clarify the role of microglia in iron-induced selective damaged dopaminergic neurons of Parkinson's disease.METHODS: This was an in vitro cellular experiment, which was finished in the Medical College of Qingdao University, Shandong Province, China. The effects of conditioned medium of microglia on the survival rate of mesencephalic neurons and iron metabolism were observed by changing the iron levels in microglia.Lipopolysaccharide was used to activate different iron-loaded microglia, and then the effects of conditioned medium on the survival rate of mesencephalic neurons and iron metabolism were determined. The effects of different iron levels in microglia on microglia and inflammatory factors and lactoferrin released from the activated microglia were detected by siRNA and ELISA. The effects of these inflammatory factors and lactoferrin on the survival of mesencephalic neurons and iron metabolism were observed. The iron levels in mesencephalic neurons were changed, and then added into the above conditioned medium to observe the survival of neurons and iron metabolism. This experimental protocol was approved by the Hospital Ethics Committee (No. 01482311234). All experimental procedures were performed in accordance with the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals issued by the United States National Institutes of Health.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Our study results show that the function of microglia is closely related to the iron metabolism in nigra dopaminergic neurons. Research on the rational use of microglia to prevent neuronal degeneration gives a strong impetus to the prevention and treatment of Parkinson's disease.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the inhibitory effect of Curcumine on the proliferation and gene expression of human prostatic hyperplasia cell line BPH1. METHODS: MTT were used to examine the cell growth of Human prostatic hyperplasia cell line BPH1 after treated with different doses of Curcumine. The expressions of PCNA mRNA and Bcl-2 at transcription were detected by RT-PCR. RESULTS: Curcumine inhibited cell growth time or dose-dependently and down-regulated the expressions of PCNA and Bcl-2 in BPH1 cells dose-dependently within 24 h after being treated by Curcumin.CONCLUSI-ON: The antiproliferative effect of Curcumine on BPH1 might be associated to the downregulation of PCNA and Bcl-2 levels.

XIAP(X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein)is one of the most important members of IAPs family.It inhibits cell apoptosis mainly by inhibiting the caspases activation and interfering with other apoptotic pathway,which plays a critical role in tumor development.Recently,genetic therapy targeting on XIAP for malignant tumors has deeply developed.Research on XIAP as a malignant and prognositic indicator is ongoing.

The placement of stent in coronary artery reduces the restenosis rate of percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty(PTCA),but the restenosis has perplexed us so far. May be a novel drug coated stent will bring us a new hope in the coming years.

Wistar rats pretreated with BCG, dexamethasone or carbon particles respectively were inoculated with P. yoelii sporozoites via caudal vein. 42 hours after inoculation, the animals were killed to examine the effects of these 3 agents on the invasion of sporozoites and the development of exoerythrocytic forms (EEF) .It was found that in the carbon group about 30% of the kupffer cells contained the particles, and the density of EEF apparently decreased as compared with that of the control. In the BCG group, a dosage of 6 ? 107 units also caused a marked decrease of EEF density, an,d the parasites were smaller with a higher rate of degenerated forms as compared with those of the control, In the dexamethasone group, however, the EEF density increased markedly up to the level 1.5-2 times higher than that of the control. In addition the EEF were larger and more numerous with vacuoles and some lobulated. The mechanism of these facts were discussed.

Corneal epithelial injury refers to the destruction of corneal epithelial function and structural integrity caused by various reasons.Dry eye is a common cause of corneal epithelial damage and it also delays the healing of corneal epithelial wound.The change of tear film stability is a main mechanism of dry eye disease, which implies an important role of improving the tear film stability in dry eye and the repair of dry eye-related corneal epithelial damage.Ocular surface lubricants can be used to supplement the water-like liquid, mucin and lipid that tears naturally have.Anti-inflammatory drugs can improve the stability of tear film.When the ocular surface microenvironment is affected, the growth factors of the tear are unable to meet the needs of rapid repair of the damage.Therefore, it is necessary to supplement exogenous growth factor to promote injury healing of corneal epithelium.In this article, the repair of corneal epithelial damage associated with dry eye were reviewed, including the therapies of ocular surface lubricant, anti-inflammation and promoting repair of corneal epithelium.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a rapid method for the concentration determination of lamotrigine (LTG) in human se-rum. METHODS:HPLC was adopted after serum samples treated with methanol. The column was Hypersil BDS C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)with the mobile phase of methanol-KH2PO4(45∶55,V/V)at the flow rate of 1 ml/min,the detection wavelength was 250 nm,and the temperature was 35℃. RESULTS:The linear range of LTG was 0.5-30.0 μg/ml(r=0.999 9). The RSDs of intra-day and inter-day were all less than 5% and the recovery was 101.96%-102.74%. CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,accurate and fast,and suitable for the monitoring of LTG serum concentration.
