Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(10):1331-1332
Objective To discuss the clinical effect and the application value of total mesentery excision to the rectal cancerous patients. Methods The clinical data of 67 rectal cancerous patients who received the radical resection which following the TME principle, and with a 2 ~3 years follow-up were analyzed. Results All the 67 patients received the radical resection, including 1 anastomotic fistula,3 anastomotic stenosis, neither local recurrence nor distant metastasis. Conclusion TME played an important role in preventing the local recurrence of rectal cancer, and it met the standards of surgical treatment of rectal cancer better.

OBJECTIVE:To study the kinetics of percutaneous permeability of baicalin in nude mice.METHODS:The transdermal constants of baicalin via nude mouse’s skin were determined, and the effects of stratum corneum on the kinetics studied.RESULTS:The kinetic equation of baicalin via nude mouse’s skin was Q=76.07T 1/2 -32.11,while the kinetic equa?tion of baicalin via nude mouse’s skin without stratum corneum was Q=134.25T 1/2 +29.07,and there was baicalin exuded from skin after detachment of patch.CONCLUSION:The kinetics of the patches is accord with the characteristics of frame?work type;the main barrier for baicalin permeance is stratum corneum and the skin without stratum corneum could store drugs.

Objective: To study the effects of compound transdermal enhancers on the transdermal kinetics of Baicalin. Methods: The uniform design was used for the selection of transdermal enhancers for the baicalin from various proportion of azone, propylene glycol and oleic acid. Results: The transdermal constant of baicalin is maxim when the proportion of is 6%,10%, and 0%, prespectively. Conclusion: The effects of compound transdermal enhancers is better than that of single one.

Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(09):-
Objective: To study the effect of Azone on the transdermal kinetics of Resibufogenin from toad venom. Methods: The transdermal constants of Resibufogenin var hairless mice skin are determined with various concentration of Azone as transdermal enhancers. Results: The transdermal constants are 81.25, 114.92, 169.63 , 196.31, 208.27, 261.35 (?g/cm 2?h) while the concentration of Azone are 0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, 10%, respectively. Conclusion: Azone can enhance Resibufogenin penetrate skin and the optimum concentration of Azone is 10%.

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(05):-
ObjectTo study comparatively the transdermal absorption of baicalin per five kinds of animal skin. Methods Improved Franz-call was used for the transdermal study, and the transdermal speed constants of baicalin per five kinds of animal skin were compared. Results The transdermal speed constants of baicalin per skin of mice, hairless mice, rabbits, rats, human are (67.31?23.66), (78.35?3.29), (117.35?29.48), (86.25?7.55), and (84.43?11.27) ?g/(cm2?h), respectively. Conclusion The transdermal absorption of baicalin per skin of hairless mice is more similar to that of human skin.

Purpose This paper was to investigate the correlation between in vitro and in situ methods for propafenone transnasal absorption.MethodsUsing excised sheep nasal mucosa permeation test in vitro and rat nasal infusion test in situ. By means of changing the medium pH, drug conoentration, and forming β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound, the permeability coeffident (Pm), mean permeation rate, and permeation fraction were determined in vitro. Under the corresponding conditions the absorption rate oostant(k ) ,mean absorption rate and absorption fraction in situ were also detrmined.ResultsThe linear regression coefficient indicated that, under the various experimental conditions,a good in vitro-in situ correlation could be confirmed.ConclusionsHaving an in vitro-in situ correlation is useful for scientific justifying the different methods for nasal absorption studies.

Objective To formulate the index framework of medium developed health level in accordance with Zhejiang Provinces development goal of primarily realizing modernization by 2020. Methods Such research methods as information retrieval, cluster analysis, and Delphi expert consultation were used to select index items of medium developed health level. Results 14 indexes were selected, falling respectively into 4 major categories, viz. health level of the residents, allocation of health resources, provision of and access to health services, and environment and form of the residents health and life. Conclusion The index framework is capable of reflecting in a comprehensive way the overall health level of a certain region.

Chinese Journal of Hypertension 2007;0(04):-
Background Whether serum uric acid are related with ischemic stroke in essential hypertension (EH) is controversial. Objective To delineate the relationship between serum uric acid and ischemic stroke in EH. Methods A retrospective study was conducted in a cohort of 729 EH patients. Patients were classified into four groups according to serum uric acid level. The odds ratio for ischemic stroke was calculated with the lowest quartile as the reference. Results The prevalence of ischemic stroke in EH with quartile 4 of uric acid was higher than that in EH with quartile 1(37.9% vs 17.6%,P

Objective To explore the effect of phytic acid on apoptosis of human gastric carcinoma SGC-7901 cells and its mechanism. Method The inhibiting action of phytic acid on SGC-7901 cells was examined by MTT assay; the morphology alteration of SGC-7901 cells was examined by reverse discrepancy microscope; and the expression of c-myc protein was detected by immunohistochemisty method and Western blot method. Results Phytic acid inhibited the growth of human gastric carcinoma SGC-7901 cells in dose and time dependent manner. The growth of cells in test groups were inhibited higher than in control group. The expression of c-myc protein in phytic acid group was lower compared with control group, and reduced in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion Phytic acid can induce apoptosis of human gastric carcinoma SGC-7901 cells, and the mechanism may be related to apoptosis associated gene c-myc.
