2.Analysis of security of intense drugs for pregnant woman
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(11):-
This article discussed the ancient and modern meaning of security of intense drugs for pregnant woman. And emphatically studied the meaning of the ‘gu’, pointing out that ‘gu’had three connotations, one referred to disease, second mean the original disease, with the ‘new’disease relative, the third referred to reasons. In addition, the article expounded how can be safe for the pregnant woman to use drugs with extremely intense action. In this paper, its purpose was to examine how to achieve security under circumstance of sick and fi nally achieve balance and harmony.
3.The Progress in the Application of PCNA in Head and Neck Cancer
Journal of Kunming Medical University 2013;(8):157-159
Tumor cell proliferation activity is related with tumor biological behavior. PCNA (proliferating cell unclear antigen, PCNA) is a kind of histone nucleoprotein, is associated with cell proliferation and DNA synthesis, can reflect the degree of cell proliferation and cycle period, it is as a cell proliferation activity indicator, has been widely used in a variety of tumor research, the expression of PCNA in common head and neck tumor can be used as the biological behaviour and prognosis judgement.

Objective To investigate the effect of nerve growth factor (NGF) on recuperate of optic nerve after contusion by clamping in adult rabbits. Methods Sixteen adult rabbits were randomly divided into NGF and the control group with 8 rabbits in each group. After the optic nerve of the right eyes was clamped, tissue engineering nerve containing (0.06 ml) NGF(concentration: 5?10~(-4) g/L, NGF group) and 0.06 ml of PBS (control group) was immediately transplanted into the injured eyes respectively, and 0.02 ml NGF(concentration: 5?10~(-4) g/L, NGF group)and 0.02 ml of PBS (control group) were injected into the vitreous of right eyes respectively. Flash visual evoked potential (FVEP) test was performed on the eyes 1 day, 2 weeks and 8 weeks after the injury. The number of retinal ganglion cells (RGCs) and changes of optic nerves were observed by light microscopy and electron microscopy at the 8th week after contusion, and a computer-image-analysis system was used to count the optic nerve axons. Results The ratio of amplitude of FVEP of the injured and healthy eyes was 0.765?0.150 in NGF group and 0.494?0.108 in the control at the 2th week after injury with a significant difference between the two groups (P

0.5). However, when the flexible bronchoscope was used, foreign bodies dropped into the esophagus in 5 patients. Conclusion The characteristic manifestations was not frequent in the patients with larynx and trachea foreign bodies.History of aspiration was the most sensitive diagnostic tool. The plain chest radiography and fluoroscopy had low positive finding. Therefore, fiberoptic bronchoscopic examination should be performed timely. However, for extraction of foreign bodies, rigid bronchoscope would be the first choice.

Objective: To make it clear whether there exists melatonin receptor in the thyroid of human embryo. Methods: Thyroid was collected and sliced up to be stained with methods of immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. Results: The thyroid tissue was positively dyed, melatonin receptor mt 1 and MT 2 were with both immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization while brown granules deposited in the membrane, plasma and nuclear of the thyroid cell were with the immunohitochemistry. Conclusion: There exists melatonin receptors in human embryo thyroid, either mt 1 or MT 2, and they exist in the membrane, plasma and nuclear.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(02):-
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of uterine arterial embolization (UAE) in the management of uterine fibroids (UF) and adenomyoma. Methods The UAE was carried out in 22 cases of UF and 2 cases of adenomyoma, including bilateral UAE in 23 cases and unilateral UAE in 1 case, by using polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) particles as embolic materials. Results The success rate of UAE in the study was 95 8% (23/24). No serious complications occurred. The uterine and UF volume decreased remarkably in size 6 months after the treatment ( t =2 391 and 3 990, respectively; P =0 022 and 0.000, respectively). In the patient who underwent unilateral UAE, the UF gradually increased in size and a hysterectomy was required. The 2 patients with adenomyoma experienced relief with this treatment but had a recurrence 4 months after the surgery. Conclusions UAE is a safe and effective method in the management of UF but its long-term effects remains a question to be answered through further observations . The efficacy of treatment of this method for adenomyoma is not apparent.

Objective To study the effect of local mild hypothermia on AKT protein expression after rats focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods By using the model of rat focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury, the middle cerebral arteries(MCA)of SD rats were occluded for 2 h,and reperfused for2h,12h,24h,72h.Immunohistochemical analysis was used to detect expression of AKT.Results AKT expressed after ischemia 2h,the expression was significantly increased after ischemia reperfusion with peak expression at 72h in model group on normal temperature. In mild hypothermia group, the AKT expression was higher than that in normal temperature group when at the same time point. Conclusion Brain hypoxia-ischemia could induce the expression of AKT.Mild hypothermia could promote the expression of AKT.The expression of AKT could be one of the protected way of brain hypoxia-ischemia.

Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2001;0(02):-
Objective To establish a rapid assay for the determination of methotrexate (MTX) in serum.Method The assay was based on the ultraviolet absorbance of methotrexate at 306 nm. The separation of the drug was done by high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE). The bare fused-silica capillary was 60 cm in total length, 50.5 cm in efficient length and 75?m in diameter. The voltage of 25 kV was applied. The running buffer was 75 mmol/L phosphate, pH7.4. The performance of methodology was evaluated.Result The complete separation of MTX was achieved within 10 min. The linearity of the assay was from 1.1 ?mol/L to 1100.0 ?mol/L. The minimal detection limit was 0.55 ?mol/L.The recovery of MTX was from 88.2% to 98.2%. Within-run precision was 4.2% and between-run precision was ~5.4%. Conclusion The result indicated that the method was an effective method for clinical and scientific research with advantages of rapidity, simplicity and accuracy.
