Objective Applying color Doppler ultrasonic test on the first dorsal metatarsal arteries,to acquire relevant Doppler bloodstream parameters,and in the end,to explore the clinical value of this approach.Methods Applying GE-LOGIQ-400 color Doppler high-frequency ultrasonic test on the first dorsal metatarsal arteries of 100 diabetes patients,contrasting to those of 60 normal persons,observing the origination,trend,smooth of bloodstream,angioplerosis Status,analyzing bloodstream spectrum(including the interior diameter of blood vessel,spectrum status,bloodstream speed,drag index,erc.),and contrasting the resuits.Results The first dorsal metatarsal arteries of diabetes patients have narrower interior diameter,faster bloodstream speed,higher drag index than those of non-diabetes patients.Conclusion The high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography can provide objective clinical evidence on the test of the first dorsal metatarsal arteries diseases.

To investigate the angiotensin I-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitory activity of beta-chain hemoglobin fragments, 17 fragments were synthesized by microwave-assisted solid-phase synthesis method. Wang resin or Trt(2-Cl) resin, Fmoc and HBTU-HOBt were used as solid carrier, N-terminal amino acid protecting groups and coupling reagents, respectively. The ACE inhibitory, alpha-glucosidase inhibitory, antibacterial and antitumor activities of the synthesized fragments were assayed. In vitro, Val-Val-Tyr-Pro-Trp-Thr showed high ACE inhibitory activity (IC50 = 7.42 micromol x L(-1)). The results indicate that there are two active sites in Val-Val-Tyr-Pro-Trp-Thr-Gln-Arg-Phe, one consists of Val-Val-, and the other -Gln-Arg-Phe. Peptides showed high ACE inhibitory activity when the N-terminal was hydrophobic amino acid such as Val and C-terminal tripeptide contained Phe, Trp or Arg. Some of the fragments showed low a-glucosidase inhibitory activity. No antibacterial activity or antitumor activity was detected in vitro. The results indicate that these peptides have a potential antihypertensive effect and possible application in the treatment of hypertension.

Objective To evaluate the effect of slow-release microcapsules of HCF( hepatocyte growth factor) on angiogenesis in infracted myocardium.Method Myocardial infarction was induced in 30 New Zealand rabbits by ligating the middle of left descending coronary artery. Group Ⅰ ( n = 10) was served as a control group, group Ⅱ ( n =10) as a blank microcapsule group, group Ⅲ ( n = 10) as experimental group with each microcapsule contains 1 μgHGF as HCF group. In group Ⅱ andⅢ, 5 blank microcapsules or FGF slow-release microcapsules were implanted into myocardium under epicedium between the left descending coronary artery and left circumflex branch. The heart function of each rabbit was evaluated with echocar-diography and cheterization, angiogenesis was evaluated by immunohistochemical technique 6 weeks later.Result As compared with group Ⅰ and Ⅱ , rabbits treated with HGF had higher microvessel counts ( P < 0. 01), and LVFS and EF were significantly increased [ (101. 28±19. 50,105. 28 ±18. 28,161. 28 ±15. 85, P <0.01 ]. Conclusion Subepicardial implantation of HGF slow release microcapsule in the infracted rabbit model can enhance effective angiogenesis and improve left ventricular function.

Objective:To prepare lansoprazole enteric-coated pellets and compress them into orally disintegrating tablets , and e-valuate the acid resistance in the acid stage and the in vitro dissolution in the buffer stage .Methods:Lansoprazole enteric-coated pel-lets were prepared by fluid bed coating technology , and the effects of the ratio of methacrylic acid copolymer dispersion to ethyl acrylate–methyl methacrylate copolymer dispersion , the concentration of triethyl citrate and the main pressure on the acid resistance in the acid stage and the in vitro dissolution in the buffer stage were evaluated .The similarity of the self-prepared orally disintegrating tablets and the reference preparation was evaluated by using f 2 similarity factor method .Results:The average particle size of microcrystalline cellulose core was 150-180 μm, the ratio of methacrylic acid copolymer dispersion to ethyl acrylate –methyl methacrylate copolymer dispersion was adjusted to 8:2, the enteric-coated weight was 30％, 20％triethyl citrate was used and the main pressure was controlled within the range of 10-16 kN.Lansoprazole enteric-coated pellets had sufficiently flexibility and stability against the compression force . The enteric coating did not break , showing good acid resistance .The dissolution similarity factor of the self-prepared orally disintegra-ting tablets and the reference preparation was greater than 50.Conclusion: Lansoprazole enteric-coated pellets orally disintegrating tablets have good acid resistance and high similarity for the in vitro dissolution, which can be further amplified .

Objective: To study the quality and stability of bromhexine hydrochloride dry powder inhalations (BH DPIs). Meth-ods: BH DPIs were prepared by freeze-drying with an air jetting method. The humidity and critical relative moisture of the inhalations were investigated. The aerodynamic particle size ( Dae) and water content were also analyzed. The powder morphology was observed under a scanning electronic microscope. The fine particle fraction (FPF) and delivered dose uniformity (DDU) of BH DPIs were de-termined. The stability of the inhalations was determined by accelerated testing and long-term testing. Results: The prepared BH DPIs exhibited the following properties: the critical relative humidity was 65% ; Dae was <5 μm; the water content was less than 2% ; FPF was >30% ,and DDU was good according to the requirement of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The accelerated testing and long-term testing both indicated promising stability of BH DPIs. Conclusion: Bromhexine hydrochloride dry powder inhalations are stable, and suitable for the use in pulmonary delivery system.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the efficacy and side-effects of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) in the treatment of malignant solid tumors.

METHODSThirty such patients who refused surgery and or refractory to chemotherapy, were treated by HIFU alone, with the efficacy and side effects monitored in terms of vital organ signs observation, functional assay of important organs, imaging examinations: digital subtraction angiography (DSA), CT, MRI, single photoemission computed tomography (SPECT), large core needle biopsy, complications or metastasis.

RESULTSAfter HIFU therapy, the vital signs remained stable and the function of heart, lung, kidney and liver was also normal. DSA images showed that small or larger arteries were not damaged. After a follow-up of 10 - 38 months (23.1 months), 26 patients (87%) have been alive. The volume of the tumor underwent complete regression in 10 patients. Shrinkage of tumor volume >/= 50% was observed in 13. Eight of 13 patients were examined by large core needle biopsy, all showing necrosis and/or fibrosis though 3 patients (10%) had local recurrence. Two of these were retreated again by HIFU and the locally recurrent tumor became well controlled. New metastases developed in 5 patients after HIFU therapy. Two patients suffered from peripheral nerve injuries, most of which have recovered during the follow-up. However, one patient developed skin injury.

CONCLUSIONHigh intensity focused ultrasound alone is effective and safe in the treatment of malignant solid tumors.

Objective To study the effect of endovenous laser ablation combined with subfascial endoscopy therapy for venous ulcer of the lower limbs.Methods Clinical data of 112 patients undergoing endovenous laser ablation combined with subfascial endoscopy therapy for venous ulcer of the lower limbs from Oct 2011 to Feb 2016 was retrospectively evaluated.Results Patients had average 2-6 perforating veins in their affected lower limbs.Procedures were successful in all the patients,all the superficial varicose veins disappeared after 1 month and 1 year of ultrasound follow-up,perforating veins closed,ulcer healed,and chromatosis alleviated.Conclusion Endovenous laser ablation combined with subfascial endoscopy therapy for venous ulcer of the lower limbs is effective,safe and quick recovery.

Objective: To investigate the expression of DNA damage repair factor PDZ binding kinase (PBK) and matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9) in cervical cancer and the effect on clinical outcomes of concurrent chemoradiotherapy. Methods: A total of 65 cervical cancer pathological specimens were collected from January 2014 to July 2016. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect PBK and MMP-9 expression in the specimens.External irrsdeation was treated with intensity-modulated radiation therapy at a dose of 50 Gy/25 F. After 18 times of external irradiation, high-dose rate postoperative treatment was giver at a dose of 30-36 Gy/5-6 F which lasts 3-4 weeks. Weekly chemotherapy with Cisplatin(DDP) begins simultaneously at the beginning of external irradiation. DDP was administered intravenously at a dosage of 40 mg/m² for 2 to 6 week. All patients were followed-up as routine. The relationship between clinical characteristics and prognosis of patients and the expression of PBK and MMP-9 were analyzed. Results: PBK was expressed in 92.3% of tissues and MMP-9 was expressed in 69.2% of tissues. The expression of PBK was positively associated with overall survival (OS) and disease progression-free survival (PFS) of cervical cancer patients (χ²=4.324, 8.068, P<0.05). The expression of MMP-9 was related with PFS (χ²=5.134, P<0.05). Patients with PBK and MMP-9 expression suffered poor OS and PFS (χ²=5.382, 9.364, P<0.05). Conclusions PBK and MMP-9 could be a biomarker to predict the prognosis of cervical cancer.

Objective : To investigate the molecular mechanisms by which SOX7 regulates the SHP-2 / Wnt / β-cate- nin / ROS pathway，affecting the proliferation，invasion，and migration of colorectal cancer cells． Methods : Twenty nude mice with subcutaneously transplanted tumor models were randomly divided into four groups : SOX7 NC (n = 5) ，SOX mimic (n = 5) ，SOX7 NC + PHPS1 (n = 5) ，and SOX7 mimic + PHPS1 (n = 5) to observe tumor growth. Human colorectal cancer cell line SW480 cells were transfected via lipofection and divided into six groups : SOX7 NC，SOX7 mimic，SOX7 NC + H2 O2 ，SOX7 mimic + H2 O2 ，SOX7 NC + PHPS1，and SOX7 mimic + PHPS1．The ex- pression of SHP-2 / Wnt / β-catenin / ROS pathway-related proteins in SW480 cells of each group was detected by Western blot．The invasion and migration capabilities of SW480 cells were assessed through scratch and Transwell invasion assays，while cell proliferation was evaluated using CCK-8 . Results : In vivo experiments demonstrated that tumors in the SOX7 mimic group were significantly smaller than those in the SOX7 NC group (P＜0. 01) ．Tumors treated with PHPS1 intervention exhibited a significant increase in volume．There was no statistical significance in the difference in tumor volume between the SOX7 mimic + PHPS1 group and the SOX7 NC + PHPS1 group．In vitro experiments revealed that SOX7 mimic inhibited the expression of Wnt，β-catenin，NOX2，NOX4，PI3K，P-PI3K， AKT，P-AKT proteins (P ＜0. 01) ，and promoted the expression of p-SHP-2 protein (P ＜0. 01 ) ．The addition of hydrogen peroxide and SHP-2 inhibitor reversed the effects of SOX7 on SW480 cells (P＜0. 05) ，and significantly promoted the expression levels of Wnt，β-catenin，NOX2，NOX4，PI3K，P-PI3K，AKT，P-AKT proteins，with no sig- nificant difference，while significantly reducing the expression levels of SHP-2，p-SHP-2 proteins，with no significant difference．PHPS1 inhibited the expression of SHP-2，p-SHP-2 proteins (P＜0. 05) and upregulated the expression of Wnt，β-catenin，NOX2，NOX4，PI3K，P-PI3K，AKT，P-AKT proteins (P＜0. 05) ．Scratch，Transwell invasion and migration assays，and CCK-8 experiments indicated that SOX7 suppressed the migration，invasion，and proliferation of SW480 cells through oxidative stress and the SHP-2 pathway (P ＜0. 01) ，while H2 O2 and PHPS1 intervention promoted the migration，invasion，and proliferation of SW480 cells (P ＜0. 05 ) ． Conclusion SOX7 can suppress the proliferation，invasion，and migration of colorectal cancer by targeting the SHP-2 / Wnt / β-catenin / ROS pathway.
