RESULTS: The total effective rate(92.3%) in observation group was significantly higher than control group(76.9%). There were statistical significance in difference between two groups(P
2.Establishment of a Human Lymphoblastoid Cell Line from Human Lymph Node
Journal of Kunming Medical University 1989;0(01):-
A human lymphoblastoid cell line named KGHLY, which has been established from a human lymph node, is reported in this paper. KGHLY grew in suspension and formed clamps easily. It grew rapidly and the population doubling time of the 30th generation cells was 26 hours. Under the light and electron microscope the culture cells were similar to lymphoblastoid cells in morphology and structure. The cells secreted IgM. Surface marker studies showed that there were no receptors for sheep erythrocytes. The results suggested that the cells derived from B lymphocytes. The karyotype was aneuploid with a modal chromosome number of 44—46. It has lasted for over one year through seventy passages. The cells stored in liquid nitrogen and their revival was fine. This cell line will be available material for the study of lymphoblastoid cells and human-human hybridoma.
3.Study of Monoclonal Antibodies Against Human Pulmonary Adenocarcinoma Cell Line SLC-89
Journal of Kunming Medical University 1990;0(02):-
Three monoclonal antibodies against human pulmonory carcinoma, 4E_(12), 4F_(12)and 4H_2, were established with Xuan Wei human pulmonary adenocarcinoma cell line SLC-89 antigen. They had lasted for more than 8 months in Vitro. Having been stored in liquid nitrogen, the cells reviver normally and continued to secrete antibodies. The secreted antibodies could respond well to pulmonary carcinoma. Associated antigens in paraffin section were still stable. Therefore they will be valuable diagnostic reagents in histopathology.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2017;17(3):231-233
Objective To investigate the clinical value of single-incision laparoscopic inguinal high ligation in children with recurrent inguinal hernia . Methods Clinical data of 30 pediatric recurrent inguinal hernia cases treated with single-incision laparoscopy in our hospital between January 2011 and February 2016 were analyzed retrospectively .The patients were aged 1-11 years old (mean, 6.1 ±3.3 years old). For indirect inguinal hernia, a non-absorbable suture was placed around the extra-peritoneal space of the inguinal inner ring by means of a needle with a thread hole and a hooked needle under laparoscope , and the hernial sac was highly ligated by knotting the purse string suture .If a direct inguinal hernia was identified , a similar method was used to ligate the hernial sac , and the umbilical artery fold was sutured to the Hesselbach ' s triangle in order to enhance the weak tissue . Results After surgeries, we found 28 cases were recurrent indirect inguinal hernia (4 cases with contralateral concealed hernia ), and the other 2 cases were direct inguinal hernia .The operation time ranged from 12 to 45 min (mean, 21.4 ±8.2 min). All th cases recovered with inconspicuous scars , and no recurrence or complications were found during a follow-up for 2-53 months ( mean, 23.9 ±12.5 months). Conclusions Single-incision laparoscopic inguinal high ligation is a safe and effective procedure for children with recurrent inguinal hernia .This procedure does not cause obvious scars for patients , and can diagnose and treat the occult hernia and direct hernia at the same time .

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2013;(35):6357-6363
BACKGROUND:Radial head re-dislocation is one of the alarming complications of old Monteggia fracture. Many treatment methods have described the necessary of fracture and annual ligament reconstruction during treatment, but stil unclear.
OBJECTIVE:To emphasize the practicality of annular ligament reconstruction through comparing the children’s treatment in two groups.
METHODS:Twelve patients with children’s old Monteggia fracture were included for retrospective analysis. Al the patients were treated with radial head open reduction and internal fixation. Among them, five cases received ulna extending osteotomy and annual ligament reconstruction, and seven cases received ulna extending
osteotomy without annual ligament reconstruction. The course was 3-18 months from damage to the clinical
manifestations (an average of 9 months). Ten cases with Bado type Ⅰ and two cases were Bado type Ⅱ andⅢ. The reliability of ligament reconstruction was evaluated before and after treatment with Kim standard.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Al the 12 cases were fol owed-up for 22 months (8-26 months). Evaluation
according to the Kim standard after treatment showed excel ent in 10 cases without abnormalities and pain, the range of motion>250 °, and no elbow was limited, the activities of daily living was 25 points;good in two cases with mild deformity and mild or intermittent pain, the range of motion was 200°-250° with elbow limited, activities of daily living was 15 points;no poor (serious deformity, pain, range of motion<200°, elbow severely limited, activities of daily living was 0 points). Fol owed-up lasted for 22 months and found that the average healing time of ulnar
osteotomy was 8 weeks (6-14 weeks). The wounds were healed primarily without infection and nonunion. The
results indicate that ulna extending osteotomy has great significance in keeping stability of radial head, and annular ligament reconstruction is determined by the time of injury, surgical procedures and intraoperative radial head stability.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the feasibility of laparoscopy assisted Meckel’s diverticulum resection in children. Methods Meckel’s diverticulum resection was performed under laparoscope in 12 children from October 2000 to April 2002.Two 3 mm incisions were made on the McBurney point and the midpoint between the umbilicus and the pubis, respectively.Three 3 mm trocar were introduced. When the diverticulum was found, the incision was prolonged to 2 cm long along the inferior border of the umbilicus. The lesion was removed externally and the intestine was anastomosed. Results All operations were completed smoothly under laparoscope. The intraoperative blood loss was 2~3 ml and the operation time was 1 2~2 5 h.The diverticulum was 1 cm?2 cm~3 cm?4 cm in size. The patients were dismissed 5~7 days after surgery, without obvious scar formation. Conclusions Laparoscopic Meckel’s diverticulum resection is feasible, with the advantages of the minimal invasion, rapid recovery and unobvious scars.

Objective To study the alteration of telomerase activity of MCF 7 cell line of breast cancer in the presence of different anticancer drugs. Methods The hyperplasia and viability of MCF 7 cell were detected by cell counting and trypan blue exclusion, and the telomerase activity was measured by TRAP.The alteration of MCF 7 cell and its related factors of telomerase activity were observed on cell growing in different condition. Results In abscence of drug, there was a positive correlation between hyperplasia and telomerase activity of the cell(r= 0.901 ). Adriamycin, paclitaxel and cisplatin could obviously inhibit the growth and reduce the telomerase activity of the cell in a dose-dependent and time-dependent fashion, and this reduction in telomerase activity closely correlated with the reduction in the number of viable cells. Conclusions Adriamycin, paclitaxel and cisplatin can inhibit the growth of MCF 7 cell, which may be correlated with the reduction in telomerase activity and cell viability.
