Sodium 2, 3 - dimercaptopropane- 1-sulfonate ( DMPS ) 7、 10mg/kg iv,respectively completely antagonized the respiratory depression and the neuromuscle block, DMPS (2.4、 3.4、 4.9mg/kg, iv ) could antagonize these toxic effects partly. DMPS (62.5mg/kg ,iv)could antagonize the toxic symptom induced by SCD(7.5 mg/kg, iv)in rabbits. At dose level higher than 12.5mg/kg of SCD, this toxin caused tremor and tonic convulsion. e Wfound DMPS (62.5 mg/kg, iv ) combined with diazepam ( 5mg/kg, iv ) has antidotal effects on acute poisoning caused by SCD in rabbits.

Objective To exprole the effect of surgical management of obstructive colorectal carcinoma. Methods A restrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 76 cases of acute obstructive colorectal carcinoma treated by emergent operation in Xiangya Hospital from October 1997 to October 2002.Among the 76 cases,there were 23 cases of right colon obstruction and 53 cases of left colon or rectal obstruction. Results All the 76 patients received opreation , 55 patients received one stage tumor resection and large intestinal anastomosis, including 19 in right colon and 36 in left colon or rectal obstruetion.Postoperative complications rate was 15.7%(11/76) in this series,including anastomotic leakage in 2, disruption of wound in 1, infection of incisional wound in 6, and pneumonia in 2.Expect one patient died of MSOF,the others were curred by non-operation therapy.The postoperative 1,3,5year survival rate was 98.3%,55%,38.5% in this series.Conclusions One stage resection and anastomosis is a feasible operation for obstructive colorectal carcinoma.Appropriate choice of the operative procedure, skillful operative technique,and prudential perioperative treatment can enhance the cuerative effect and the patients quality of life.

Objective To explore the feasibility and indications of non-operative management for blunt liver injury.Methods The clinical data of 109 patients with blunt liver injury treated in recent 5 years were reviewed retrospectively.Results Among 109 cases, 35 were treated with nonoperation and 33(94.3 %) were cured; there were 3 cases(9.1 %) with complications among the 33 cases who were cured. The mean amount of blood transfusion, hospitalization days and expenses were (2.5?0.8)U,(13.2?1.3)d and (5 250?335) yuan, respectively. Seventy-four cases were treated with operation and 68(91.2 %)were cured, there were 14 cases (20.6 %) with complications among the 68 cases who were cured. Objective To investigate the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of gastric volvulus. Methods The clinical data of 30 patients with gastric volvulus were analyzed retrospectively. Results 17 patients(56.7%) were diagnosed preoperatively,and 13 patients(43.3%) at exploratory laparotomy. 21 cases(70.0%) was diagnosed as organo-axial type, 8 cases(26.7%) as mesenterico-axial type, and 1 case((3.3%)) as combined type.3 patients underwent gastric volvulus restoration by endoscopy;27 patients (received) operation,and all the 30 patients were discharged in good health.All of the cases were followed up for 5 years;one case,treated by endoscopy,recurred,but none of the other cases recurred. Conclusions Laxity of gastric suspensory ligaments is the main pathogenetic factor of gastric volvulus,but its occurrence is usually caused by multiple factors.The diagnosis depends on the combined analysis of the clinical (manifestations) and radiographic studies or exploratory laparotomy. Operation is the first choice of treatment.

Objective To evaluate the effect of preoperative oral finasteride on patients with benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) undergoing holmium lasterenucleation of prostate (HoLEP).Methods A total of 156 BPH patients from Department of Urology in Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital from Sep.2010 to Mar.2012 was analyzed retrospectively.79 patients receiving oral 5 mg/d finasteride before operation were selected as medication group,and the 77 patients without taking finasteride were selected as control group.The perioperative data,including operation time,amount of washing fluid during operation,preoperative and postoperative changes of hemoglobin level and postoperative bladder washing time were compared between two groups.Results Compared with control group,the changes of hemoglobin level after HoLEP,amount of washing fluid during operation,and postoperative bladder washing time with normal saline were significantly decreased in experimental group[(1.08±0.27) g/L vs.(1.55±0.32) g/L,(27.51±3.67) L vs.(36.89±6.47) L,(24.85±4.17) h vs.(35.87±5.10) h,all P＜0.05].Conclusions Oral finasteride before HoLEP can reduce perioperative bleeding and the volume of bladder irrigation with normal saline.

Objective To improve the selection of flying cadets of the Air Force of People′s Liberation Army of China ( PLAAF) by analyzing the differences of medical identification of lumbar spondylolysis between PLAAF and the US Air Force ( USAF) .Methods Flight crew who had been checked for lumbar spondylolysis during hospitalization at the Air Force General Hospital between 2013 and 2015 were chosen.The results of their medical identification were compaired according to PLAAF and USAF Medical Standards Directory, and their differences and possible reasons were analyzed accordingly.Results The qualified rate of PLAAF was about 85%, which was very close to the standards of USAF, but the difference was not of any statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The standards of our medical identification of lumbar spondylolysis was similar to those of USAF, suggesting that the selection of flying cadets can be improved.

Objective To investigate effect of respiratory training on respiratory function recovery following thoracotomy. Method Respiratory muscle training, productive drainage, exercise and respiratory function training, and appropriate rehabilitation were performed on 216 patients underwent thoracotomy. Result 206 patients showed favorable recovery of respiratory function,7 showed respiratory dysfunction, and 1 developed serious complication. Conclusion Respiratory training after thoracotomy significantly improve respiratory function.

Objective To analyze the independent factors affecting the prognosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GIST) patients undergoing radical operation.Methods The clinical characteristics and follow up data of the 97 patients with GIST underwent radical opsration from January,2001 to January,2003 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed by univariate and multivariate methods.Results In the univariate analysis of the 97 cases,gender,tumor location,tumor size,tumor cell type,necrosis,mitotic count,and Gleevec administration postoperatively were found to be related to the prognosis of GIST.Multivariate Cox model analysis showed that tumor location,tumor size,tumor cell type,necrosis,mitotic count,and Gleevec administration postoperatively were independent prognostic factors for patients with GIST.Conclusions Tumor location,tumor size,tumor cell type,necrosis,mitotic count are important prognostic factors for patients with GIST undergoing radical operation.
