Objective To establish a method of adsorption and thermal desorption-GC-MS and to study the component of organic pollutants in indoor air in newly decorated houses. Methods Used Tenax TA as an adsorbent, the qualitative analysis of the indoor air in two typical newly decorated houses had been done with adsorption-thermal desorption GC-MS method. Results More than sixty organic compounds were detected, besides volatile organic compounds such as acetic acid, glycol, toluene and semivolatile organic compounds such as acenaphthene, anthracene, octadecane, monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, fatty hydrocarbons, oxygen contained hydrocarbons and so on were detected. Conclusion This method can be used for the qualitative analysis of pollutants in indoor air. The organic compounds detected in the air of newly decorated houses are complex of different components.

To investigate molecular epidemiology of DuCV in Cherry Valley ducks in China, the complete genomes of six DuCV strains, which were detected from Cherry Valley ducks in China between 2007 and 2008,were sequenced.Sequence and phylogenetic analysis were carried out to compare these six strains with another 27DuCV strains from Mulard duck,Muscovy duck,Pekin ducks and Mule duck. The analysis showed that the six DuCV strains exhibited typical genetic features of the family of DuCV,such as a stem-loop structure, three major open reading frames (Rep,Cap and ORF3),four intergenic repeats and the conserved motifs for rolling circle replication and for the dNTP binding domain located in the Rep protein.Phylogenetic analysis of the nucleotide sequences of the complete genome and Cap gene of these strains together with those that have been previously published demonstrated two distinct DuCV genotypes. The DuCV strains with complete genomes containing 1988and 1989 nucleotides clustered in genotype A,whereas the strains with complete genomes containing 1991,1992,1995 and 1996 nucleotides lay in genotype B.The six DuCV strains from Cherry Valley ducks were divided into the two groups. The results of the study provides some insight into the variation of DuCVs in Cherry Valley ducks.

Objective To identify the most common fungal pathogens and their antifungal drug resistance in autoimmune disease (AD) patients with fungal infection , for guiding the rational use of antifungal therapy. Methods The identification were analyzed by ATB Expression automatic microbiology analytical instrument system. The antifungal susceptibility test was done by ATB FUNGUS strip. Results Of 428 patients studied,36(8.4%) had fungal infections. The most commonly infective sites were lower respiratory tract(53.5%),urinary tract(20.9%), intestinal tract(11.6%). A total of 43 fungi strains were isolated, the most common fungi were Candida albicans (65.1%), Candida glabrata (11.6%), Candida tropicalis (7.0%),and Candida parapsilosis (4.7%).Resistance rates of Candida albicans against ketoconazole, miconazole and econazole were 35. 7% , 46.4% and 32.1% , while resistance rates to fluconazole, amphotericin B, nystain and flucytosine were much lower, being 0, 14.3% , 14.3% and 7.1% . The resistance rates of other fungi were similar to Candida albicans. Conclusion The main pathogens causing fungal infection in patients with AD is Candida albicans. It should as early as possible process the clinical antifungal therapy under the result of antifungal susceptibility test and supportive measure.

ABSTRACT:Objective To study the efficacy and safety of oxcarbazepine (OXC)oral suspension on children with different kinds of epilepsy. Methods A total of 83 children with epilepsy were selected from the Pediatric Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University and Xi’an Children’Hospital from June 201 1 to June 2014.They were treated with OXC monotherapy or adjunctive therapy.Use open-label and self-contrast method. The initial dose of OXC was 8 -10 mg/(kg·d),and then was added 10 mg/(kg·d)per 7 days until it reached the minimum effective dose.Generally, the maintenance dose was about 20-40 mg/(kg·d).The follow-up duration was 6 - 12 months. Results 83 cases were eventually included and 5 cases withdrew. We elvaluated the efficacy every 3 months. The results were as follows:the first stage (1,2,3 months)resulted in a 41.0% of full control rate and a 71.8% of total effective rate;the second stage (4,5,6 months)resulted in a 46.2% of full control rate and a 76.9% of total effective rate;the third stage (7,8,9 months)resulted in a 59.0%of full control rate and a 79.5% of total effective rate. There were no significant differences in the efficacy of the three stages.54 cases with partial seizures resulted in a 59.3% of full control rate and a 79.6% of total effective
rate;24 cases with generalized seizure resulted in a 45.8% of full control rate and a 62.5% of total effective rate. There was no statistical significant difference in the efficacy of the two seizure types.43 cases with monotherapy resulted in a 58% of full control rate and a 79% of total effective rate,35 cases with add-on therapy resulted in a 40.0% of full control rate and a 57.1% of total effective rate.24 cases with < 2 resulted in a 41.7% of full control rate and a 62.5% of total effective rate,54 cases with 2-6 resulted in a 59.3% of full control rate and a 83.3% of total effective rate.14 cases of children were reported to have at least one adverse drug reactions, the specific symptoms included emotional instability unstable, hypohidrosis, somnolence, dizzness, headache, vomiting, urorrhea, lack of appetite, aggressive behavior and hypomnesia.Adverse reactions were mild and most of them could subside over time. Conclusion OXC oral suspension has a good efficacy and safety when treating children with partial seizures or generalized tonic-clonic seizures of epilepsy.

It remains a common problem that the evaluation model of course learning for stu-dents is so simple in the higher education of China. Moreover, the teachers are usually used to evalu-ating student's course learning by summative appraisal and ignore process appraisal, so that the stu-dents are usually lack of learning enthusiasm for self study. Besides, the course learning evaluation of students generally lacks the uniform and detail standard in the country. To resolve these problems, a comprehensive evaluation model of course learning based on the principle of talent evaluation has been practiced and improved since 2007 in some basic medical courses at our university. This model is composed of four parts:the evaluation of mastering basic knowledge, the evaluation of the ability to resolve problems through applied knowledge, the evaluation of practical study and the evaluation of learning initiatives. The model has showed in the practice the characteristics of powerful operability, pluralistic evaluating indicators, combining summative appraisal and process one, reflecting objectively the mastering degree of expertise of students and promoting the self-study of students.

Human behavior significantly affects the spreading dynamics of infectious diseases in large populations .The study of the interplay between the adaptive behavior and the epidemic dynamics underlies the professional information release and psychological counseling mechanism and is conducive to disease control and social panic elimination .This paper aims at the investigation of the effect of adaptive behaviors on the spreading dynamics of epidemics in structured populations .We analyzed the empirical data on adaptive behavior from several large epidemics after the outbreak of SARS in 2003 and confirmed the induction effect of two main information sources on adaptive behavior , e.g., public available information and local perceived information .Then we investigated the effect of adaptive behavior on epidemic dynamics in a structured population based on two primary models , e.g., health-belief model and network model .The results showed that the individual adaptive behavior had significantly decreased the chance of infection and thus mitigated the epidemics . Human adaptive behavior has a significant effect on spreading dynamics of epidemics .An effective information release mechanism will induce human adaptive behavior and is thus conducive to control of epidemics .
