Objective To investigate the cognition level of clinical nurses to peripheral venous indwelling needles, and provide a reference for nursing administrators to carry out targeted intravenous catheter standardized training operation. Methods By convenience sampling, 129 clinical nurses of the certain grade A class three hospital were selected, and their perception about indwelling intravenous catheter were investigated by using self-designed questionnaire in November 2015. Results 125 questionnaires were effectively rewnered. Average score of 125 nurses′cognition to indwelling intravenous catheter was (57.52 ± 10.23) points, pass rate was 65.6%(82/125), and influencing factors were education background, the job tittle, work experience and so on. Conclusions The clinical nurses′assessment, cognition and knowledge master to indwelling intravenous catheter is not ideal, lacking a comprehensive clinical peripheral venous catheter assessment tools. Clinical nurse managers should focus on strengthening vein management, reasonable and better trained clinical nurse intravenous catheter cognitive level, so as to ensure that the effect of catheter using.

Biological therapy for cancer has became a highpoint in recent years.It has been widely applied in clinical field.Management of their unique toxicities becomes more and more important.Cytokine release syndrome (CRS) is a potentially life-threatening toxicity.This review discusses the mechanisms that cause CRS,and new developments in the prevention and treatment of CRS.

The attention is often paid toknowledge processing procedure including knowledge acquisition,knowledge expression and knowledge utilization when expert system is studied and designed.The knowledge expression is the most basic topic among them.Knowledge expression system and its application tomedical diagnosis computer-aided system are discussed in this paper.

Objective To explore the clinical value of myomectomy and hysterectomy under laparoscope.Methods Fifty-eight cases of gynecological laparoscopic surgery were analyzed retrospectively,including 30 cases of myomectomy and 28 cases of classical intrafascial supracervical hysterectomy(CISH) or laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy(LAVH). Results The laparoscopic operation was successfully completed in all the 58 cases.The operation time was 89.4?12.1 min for myomectomy and 108.5?10.2 min for hysterectomy.On the second postoperative day,the decrease rate of hemoglobin was 11.3%?3.3% and 14.2%?3.2%.The length of hospital stay was 5.6?0.2 d and 6.6?0.5 d.Postoperative follow-up in the 58 cases for 3～17 months(mean,11.4 months) found 2 cases of complications(3.4%). Conclusions Laparoscopic myomectomy and hysterectomy offers little invasion and rapid recovery.

Objective To report the clinical and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)features of 5 eases with idiopathic orbital myositis.Methods Four females and one male,aged 27 to 57 years,presented department of neurology in the First Hospital of Peking University in October 2008 to September 2009.The duration of disease Was between 3 months and 4 years.Recurrent course appeared in 3 of them.0rbital MRI Was performed in all of them.After diagnosis they underwent long.term corticosteroid treatment.Results All patients presented ocular pain,asymmetrical and incomplete ophthalmoplegia and mild proptosis.EMG revealed no significant decline in repetitive stimulation.Muscle biopsies of limb muscle were unremarkable.Creatine kinase and thyroid function test were in normal limits.MRI revealed unilateral.focal or difluse enlargement and enhancement of extraocular muscles,involving 1 extraocular muscle in 2 cases,2extraocular muscles in 2 cases,more extraocular muscles in 1 case.No evidence indicated bone destruction or cavernous sinus abnormalities.Five Cases showed improvement and remission after long-term administration of steroids.Conclusion Persistent and asymmetrical ophthalmoplegia is connnon in orbital myositis.Extraocular muscle swelling characterized the MRI changes.

Objective To analyse the prognostic factors of ST-elevation acute myocardial infarction men and women. Methods The data of 904 in-hospital patients with ST-elevation myocardial infarction were collected from the database of our hospital during 2003-2004 and 728 of them were followod-up. The patients were divided into groups of male and female. Results Women had more accompanying diseases such as diabetes mellitus (DM) and hypertension than men; left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) was lower in female. The rate of successful reperfusion was lower in women than men (P < 0.05). Mortality rate was higher in women. 728(202 female) patients were followed up. The use of β-blockers were statistically different between two groups during follow-up. In the female group, LVEF was lower significantly and the rate of reodmission for heart failure and myocardial infarction as well as that of mortality was higher (P< 0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that sex difference was an independent risk factor for in-hospital mortality (OR = 2. 130,95% CI 0. 954-4.754, P = 0. 045) , but not for mortality in the followed-up period and readrnission. Conclusion There are many factors leading to the poor prognosis of ST-elevation acute myocardial infarction in women. It is essential to pay more attention to its clinical characteristics and begin intervention of the risk factors earlier so as to improve the prognosis.

Objective To investigate the expression and relationship of Jab1 and P27kip1 in ovarian cancer cell HO-8910. Methods Cells were treated with serum starvation and release.The expression and distribution of Jab1 and P27kip1 were detected by western blot and subcellular fractionation.HO-8910 cells were transfected in vitro with pcDNA3.1-MYC-Jab1.Western blot as well as subcellular fractionation was used to detect the expression and localization of P27kip1.Results The growth of HO-8910 cells was blocked by serum starvation.P27kip1 increased while Jab1 decreased.The reverse changes were found after serum release.P27kip1 and Jab1 could form compound in HO-8910 cells detected by immunoprecipitation.48h after transfected by pcDNA3.1-MYC-Jab1,the expression of P27kip1 decreased and the distribution of P27kip1 translocated from nucleus into cytoplasma in HO-8910.Conclusion Jab1 may control the location and expression of P27kip1 through integrating with P27kip1,and participate in regulating the growth of ovarian cancer cells through interfering with the function of P27kip1.

Through investigating the hospital admission and hospital discharge of vagrant mental patients in Xi-aoshan Hospital from January 2011 to December 2015 , the present study found that there existed some ethical di-lemmas including the risk ofdiagnosing mental disorder but actually not, lack of the guarantee of patients' rights and interests and supervision mechanism without guardian, long-term retention in the wards, and so on. It is sug-gested to establish right protection and supervision committee for vagrant mental patients, reduce the misdiagnosis ofdiagnosing mental disorder but actually not through the error correction mechanism, ensure proper treatment and care, create retention way, protect the basic rights of the vagrant mental patients, reduce mental disability, avoid to stray again, so as to perfect the social management system.

Objective To investigate the expressions and significances of SIRT1 and p53 in endometrial carcinoma with diabetes mellitus.Methods Immunohistochemistry was carried out to examine the expressions of SIRT1 and p53 in 39 cases of endometrial carcinoma with diabetes mellitus and 40 cases of endometrial carcinoma without diabetes mellitus and 25 cases of normal endometrium,and the correlations between these indexs were analysed.Results The positive rate of SIRT1 and p53 in experimental group was 64.1％,59.0％ respectively,and 85.0％,52.5％ in control group.The positive rate of SIRT1 in experimental group was lower than that of control group (x2 =4.561,P =0.033).The positive rates of SIRT1 and p53 in control group were higher than that of normal endometrium (x2 =21.462,P＜ 0.001; x2 =6.771,P =0.009).Expression of SIRT1 was positively correlated with p53 (r =0.360,P =0.024).Conclusions Hyperglycemia deregulates SIRT1 in endometrial carcinoma.SIRT1 may promote tumorigenesis by silence of p53.

Objective To investigate the differences of related clinicopathologic features in colorectal cancer (CRC) patients with or without Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM).Methods Using case-control studies,retrospective analysis of colorectal cancer of 60 patients with colorectal cancer hospitalization and 32 cases of T2DM were taken.The clinical data,histological grade,tumor size,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis pathology indicators conditions of the hospitalized CRC patients with or without type 2 diabetes were compared.Results The average age of the team with hospitalized CRC patients combined with type 2 diabetes is (64.90 ±8.87),fasting blood-glucose is (8.33 ±4.66) mmol/L.BMI and TG are (25.77 ±3.80) kg/m2 and (1.71 ±0.85) mmol/L which were all higher((54.70 ± 11.62),(5.85 ±0.88) mmol/L,(23.57 ±3.64)kg/m2,(1.33 ± 0.83) mmol/L) than patients without DM.There were significant differences between two groups (t =4.324,t =2.982,t =2.728,t =2.045,respectively,P ＜ 0.05).However,total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein-cholesterol and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol had no significantly differences with those patients without DM (P ＞ 0.05).There were no significant differences of clinicopathologic features between CRC patients with and without DM (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion There is a certain correlation between CRC and DM,DM increases the risk of colorectal cancer so diabetes patients should be early screened for colorectal,with a view to early detection,treatment and improve the prognosis.
