Objective To discuss effective nursing measures for patients with congenital hypospadia with the application of urethral stent.Methods 142 patients with congenital hypospadia were selected and used soft stent during and after operation.The urethral orifice was kept smooth after operation and the stent was removed until 2 weeks after operation.Results Two patients complicated with urethral fistula,one was because of the poor blood supply of the skin flap and the other because of the edema of the skin flap and the remove of stent.Other patients received good treatment effect. Conclusion Application of urethral stent in patients with congenital hypospadia could reduce the incidence of infection and increase the success rate of operation.

Objective:To understand the influence factors of suicidal ideation among college students of military medical university and to provide reasonable suggestion for preventing suicide among college students.Methods:701 college students were investigated and multiple logistic regression was used to analyse the major influence factors for suicidal ideation Results:Multiple logistic regression analysis shows the major influence factors for suicidal ideation are score,depression,life events and social support.Conclusions:According to the influence factors of suicidal ideation,taking appropriate measures to prevent suicide among college students is an urgent task.

Both receiving economic support and receiving emotional support from adult-children were significant positive predictors of the elderly's SWB (R2=8.3%). Conclusion: The receiving economic support and receiving emotional support from adult-children significantly affected the elderly's SWB.

Cytokines may play an important role in the development of IgA Nephropathy(IgAN). In this study, the levels of Interleukin—6(IL—6)activity in the urine and serum from 21 patients with IgAN were measured by using IL—6 dependent cell line, 7TD. IL—6 activities were detectable in both urine and serum in patients with IgAN(IL—6 detectable rate 47.6% and 25% respectively), while it was undetectable in normal volunteers. There was no correlationship between urinary and serum IL—6 activities. Also, we found that patients with elevated urinary IL—6 activity had heavy proteinuria and severe glomerular and tubular—interstitial histological changes. The results suggest that the measurement of IL—6 is useful in evaluating the degree of glomerular and interstitial damage in patients with IgAN.

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and outcome of the subgroups of class V lupus nephritis (LN) . Methods 152 patients with class V LN proven by renal biopsy were classified into 2 subgroups according to the 1995 WHO modified classification of LN. Class Va (61 patients) referred to pure membranous glomerulonephritis. Class Vb (91 patients) referred to diffuse membranous glomerulonephritis with superimposed mesangial widening and/or mild to moderate hypercellularity, withdeposition of immune complex in the mesangial region. 488 patients with class Ⅳ LN in the same period werechosen as control. The clinical manifestations, serology examination, transformation of histopathological pattern and prognosis were compared between patients with class Va and class Vb. JAK/STAT way , a recently discovered signaling pathway , is not only widely involved in processes of cell growth ,differentiation, and apoptosis ,but also closely related to the pathophysiology of stroke.However,the pathway function and mechanism in ische-mic cerebral stroke has not yet been fully elucidated .We will review the role and mechanism of JAK/STAT signal transduction pathway in ischemic stroke ,and scientifically draw network chart between various related signal molecules in the process of ische-mic stroke neuropathy combining both domestic and foreign re-search reported in this paper , in order to better understand the pathological mechanism process of brain stroke , find new drugs for the treatment of cerebral ischemic diseases ,then provide more systematic scientific literature support .

Objective To explore the clinical value of myomectomy and hysterectomy under laparoscope.Methods Fifty-eight cases of gynecological laparoscopic surgery were analyzed retrospectively,including 30 cases of myomectomy and 28 cases of classical intrafascial supracervical hysterectomy(CISH) or laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy(LAVH). Results The laparoscopic operation was successfully completed in all the 58 cases.The operation time was 89.4?12.1 min for myomectomy and 108.5?10.2 min for hysterectomy.On the second postoperative day,the decrease rate of hemoglobin was 11.3%?3.3% and 14.2%?3.2%.The length of hospital stay was 5.6?0.2 d and 6.6?0.5 d.Postoperative follow-up in the 58 cases for 3～17 months(mean,11.4 months) found 2 cases of complications(3.4%). Conclusions Laparoscopic myomectomy and hysterectomy offers little invasion and rapid recovery.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the further standardization of biological products injection for treatment in-structions. METHODS:32 biological products injection for treatment instructions collected from Ma’anshan Center for Disease Control and Prevention and Ma’anshan Central Hospital during Jan. to Jun. in 2015. The information of marked item was summa-rized and analyzed. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:Among 32 biological products injection for treatment instructions, the mark rates of drug names,main ingredients,character,indications,specification,usage and dosage,package,term of validity,opera-tive norm,license number,manufacturing enterprise and other items all reached 100%. Although the mark rates of ADR,contrain-dication,precaution,drug use of pregnant women and nursing mothers,drug interactions,pharmacokinetics,drug use of the elder-ly,storage and other items were relatively high,but some items lacked the specific description of the content. The mark rates of drug use of children,drug overdose,toxicology,warnings,clinical trial were 56.25%,62.50%,59.38%,37.50% and 18.75%. Some biological products injection for treatment instructions are not revised timely and not complete in content and non-standard in writing,which can not meet the needs that clinical pharmacists and patients get enough drug safety information from instructions. Manufacturing enterprise is suggested to label the content of package inserts completely,verify and supplement related content, standardize and improve the instructions.
