Objective To observe the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with tumor cells reduction and postoperative intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy on the efficacy and quality of life of ovarian cancer. Methods From October 2010 to October 2013 at the Department of gynecology,Taizhou Municipal Hospital,65 cases of ovarian cancer patients for the treatment of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ were randomly divided into intervention group (n =32) and control group (n =33).Patients in the intervention group received neoadjuvant chemotherapy after tumor cell reduction cytoreductive surgery and received postoperative intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy and conventional surgery after chemotherapy.Patients in the control group received conventional tumor cell cytoreductive surgery plus postoperative chemotherapy.Surgical status, the effectiveness of treatment, and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Moreover, survival quality score, relapse rate, and mortality differences were compared between two groups. Results For the intervention group, operation status and effective treatment were better than the control group. The proportion of adverse reactions had no significant difference between two groups.Survival quality had no statistically significant difference between before treatment and after receiving treatment.Quality of life in the intervention group was better than that of the control group.Relapse rate, and mortality rate in the intervention group was lower than the control group. Conclusions Accepted neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with tumor cytoreductive surgery and surgery after intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy can improve the effectiveness of treatment of ovarian cancers, and improve the quality of life, with better short-term effect.

Objective To investigate effect of the mild CYP3A4 inhibitor aprepitant on the pharmacokinetics of orally administered controlled-release ( CR) oxycodone. Methods This study designed was an single-sequence with two phases in cancer patients with pain who continued to be administered orally with multiple doses of CR oxycodone every 8 or 12 hours.Plasma concentration of oxycodone and its metabolites were measured up to 8 hours after administration as follows: on day 1, CR oxycodone was administered alone; on day 2, CR oxycodone was administered with aprepitant (125 mg, at the same time of oxycodone dosing in the morning). The steady-state trough concentrations ( Css) were measured from day 1 to day 3.Results Aprepitant increased the area under the plasma concentration-time curve (AUC0-8) of oxycodone by 25%(P<0.001) and of oxymorphone by 34% (P<0.001), as well as decreased the AUC0-8 of noroxycodone by 14% (P<0.001).Moreover, aprepitant increased Css of oxycodone by 57%(P=0.001) and of oxymorphone by 36% (P <0.001) and decreased Css of noroxycodone by 24% (P =0.02) at day 3 compared to day 1.Conclusion The clinical use of aprepitant in patients receiving multiple doses of CR oxycodone for cancer pain significantly altered plasma concentration levels, but would not appear to need modification of the CR oxycodone dose.

Objective To design and investigate the clinical effects of parallel double venous pots hemodialysis tubing set in patients with heparin-free hemodialysis. Methods Totally 120 patients who received hemodialysis therapy in our hospital from May,2014 to June,2016 were randomly divided into the experimental group (n=60) and the control group(n=60) via random number table. The experimental group received self-designed parallel double venous pots dialysis tubing set, while the control group received the normal dialysis tubing set.The number of preventive replacement of dialyzer and tubing set during heparin-free dialysis, the number of discarded tubing set due to coagulation and the time frame for the first tubing set were recoded from two groups. Results There were statistically significant differences in the number of discarded tubing set due to coagulation and the time frame for the first tubing between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Parallel double venous pots dialysis tubing set can reduce the number of discarded tubing set due to coagulation, prolong the time frame for the first tubing.
