Objective To observe the changes of serum and urine fluoride,Cr and BUN in patients with desflurane inhalation. Methods Twenty patients ASA class I, scheduled for selective surgery, were selected. The anesthesia was induced with fentanyl, propofol and vecuronium and was maintained with inhaling desflurane. Arterial and venous blood samples were drawn before desflurane inhalation, at the end of operation, 4 h, 24 h, 72 h and 144 h after operation. Urine were collected at the same time. Serum and urine fluoride levels were detected with fluoride ion electrode methods. Results Inhalation of desflurane was maintained for (4.36?0.39)h at concentration of (1.65?0.16)MAC, with the total inhalation amount of MAC (7.19?0.82)MAC h. No significant changes occurred in either serum fluoride concentration or urine fluoride excretion rate. Cr and BUN contents showed unsignificant changes during whole procedures. Conclusions Desflurane inhalation has no effect on serum and urine fluoride concentrations and renal function.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(01):-
Complexity algorithm and wavelet package transform are discussed in this paper. To improve the classification ability of complexity algorithm in motion pattern recognition, it's used together with wavelet package transform. This method shows a better performance than a single complexity algorithm.

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of oncoplastic breast-conserving surgery on patients with early breast can-cer near the mammary areola. Methods:A total of 60 patients with early breast cancer underwent breast-conserving surgery in the Sec-ond Department of Breast Surgery, Tangshan People's Hospital from February 2011 to November 2013. These patients were random-ized into two groups, namely, the experimental Group A (n=30) and the control Group B (n=30). Oncoplastic breast-conserving surgery was performed on the patients in Group A, whereas Group B underwent standard breast-conserving surgery. The specimen weight of the locally excised breast, the nearest distance of the tumor to the surgical margins, and the postoperative cosmetic result of the affected breast were compared between the two groups. Results: The specimen weights of the locally excised breast were 71.03 ± 12.92 and 41.53±7.13 g, and the nearest distances of the tumor to the surgical margins were 13.30±2.97 and 10.63±1.65 mm in Groups A and B, respectively, with significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). The postoperative satisfaction rates of the affected breast were 93.33%and 83.33%in Groups A and B, respectively, without any significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05). Con-clusion:A larger amount of excised breast tissue and a wider scope of surgical margins were observed in Group A patients. However, the postoperative cosmetic result of the affected breast was almost similar for both groups. Therefore, oncoplastic breast-conserving sur-gery is a feasible and effective approach for early breast cancer patients.

Reduced responsiveness to reward stimuli is a central feature of major depressive disorder (MDD). Study on the changes of neural substrates and behavior contributes to understand the mechanism of MDD. Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) has the unique advantage of investigating reward processing, which is of importance in the brain imaging study. The progresses of event-related fMRI (ER-fMRI) in field of rewarding stimuli in major depressive disorder were reviewed in this article.

Journal of International Oncology 2016;43(11):835-837
Ribosomal protein L23 is a new target for gene therapy of cancer. It participates in tumor progression by activating p53,inactivating murine double minute 2,regulating the carcinogenic activity of c-Myc,inducing the multi-drug resistance, and affecting the biologic behaviour of tumors.Generally,it′s con-sidered to be a potential prognostic factor in human cancers.

OBJECTIVE:To gain a clear idea about the situation of marking the period of validity on the wrapper and specifications of patent Chinese materia medica(PCMM) in China METHODS:To investigate the period of validity marking on wrapper and internal packing of 369 commonly-used PCMM in our hospital RESULTS:The PCMM with period of validity marking accounted for 65 9% of total PCMM(usually 1 5~3 years) and those without period of validity accounted for 34 1% CONCLUSION: The absence of period of validity marking is very common,we should pay attention to it

AIM To establish the HPLC-FPC of Flos Lonicerae . from different growing areas. METHODS The gradient was adopted elution with methanol and 1 % acetic acid, at detection wavelength was at 254 nm. RESULTS The constitutents of Flos Lonicerae were well separated on HPLC, and the HPLC-FPC of 10 batchs of samples was established. The results showed that this method had a good repeatability, and the 11 common peak’s had an exclusive properties. CONCLUSION The method developed can evaluate the quality of Flos Lonicerae conveniently.

Objective To discuss and analyze the issue in the catheter directed thrombolysis(CDT) treatment of acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis. Methods The clinical data of 182 cases of acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis from January 2011 to January 2013 which were treated by CDT were retrospectively analyzed, and the issues in these treatment were discussed and analyzed. Results The effect were classified into three degrees.Thrombosis clearance exceed 95 percent belonged to the first degree, among 50 percent and 95 percent belonged to the second degree, and below 50 percent belonged to the third degree. In this study, the respective number of each degree were 93/68/21.Sixty-one cases combined iliac venous compression syndrome were treated by stent.Twenty-two cases were treated with inferior vena cava filter. All the patients were followed up 10 months,148 cases of them maintained patency. Conclusions The effect of CDT treatment to acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis is remarkable, meanwhile the patency is improved and the deep vein thrombosis were decreased through this method. But the issues of access, filter and iliac venous compression syndrome should also be considered.

Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2008;35(1):77-84
A cidithiobacillus ferrooxidans is a chemolithotrophic microorganism capable of using ferrous ions and sulphides as energy sources. This microorganism has an important role in the bioleaching of minerals. During this process, the bacteria are normally subjected to several stressing conditions, such as temperature changes, lack of nutrients or pH changes, which may affect the efficiency of the bacterial action. SELDI is a recent technology that allows for high-throughput proteomics studies. The Protein Chip SELDI technology was used to generate comparative protein profiles of A c idithiobacillus ferrooxidans grown under phosphate starvation or normal condition additionally adding Fe2+ as energy resource. There were 13 significantly differential expressed protein's peaks found by using SELDI Protein Chip technologies, which made a solid foundation for further isolation these low molecular proteins by adopting technologies such as HPLC etc.
