Objective To analyze youth talents' scientific research projects in research oriented hospital for recent five years, provide scientific basis for hospitals to strengthen the youth talents' capacity building of research innovation. Methods Identify those youth talents who have been funded in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, and statistically analyze the demographic information, granted scientific research projects and hospital funding situations. Results There are 140 young talents who have got scientific research projects from 2011 to 2015 in the hospital. The national project number and the trend of approval rate has no obvious change;the provincial level project number and approval rate showed a trend of a significant increase in the last two years;Setting up the hospital fund promoted the youth talents' scientific research ability, but there are still spaces for further improvement in the funding field and founded group. Conclusions There has been a group of youth talents to stand out from the crowd during the construction and the development of the researchoriented hospital, but youth talents remains scarce for the national key projects and talent projects, and that will put forward new requirements for the hospital in the future to strengthen the youth talents' capacity building of research innovation, which needs to gradually establish a suitable cultivation mode and mechanism for youth talents' growth.

Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2018;31(2):128-132,157
Objective Though the research on the satisfaction of environment and factors influ encing the growth of the talented in medical science in Xinjiang, the author focuses on the shortcomings and reasons of current development of the talented, and provides specific suggestions and improvement for the cultivation of the talented. Methods Using Xinjiang Medical University First Affiliated Hospital as the research object, author investigates the influential factors of growth, and the satisfaction of environment though the questionnaires. Results According to the principal components analysis, the factors which influence the growth the talented in medical science are put in flowing order:political factor>environmental factor>education factor>family factor.According to the data envelop ment analysis,in the satisfaction of environment of hospital technological innovation, the talented in hospital technological innovation consider that the cultivation plan, research expenses, support for scientific research, recruitment, and social welfare are at a better satisfaction rate;but the duration of academic research, income policies, selection of the talented, and the outcome of the research are at a low satisfaction rate. Conclusions Based on the current development and cultivation of the talented in the innovation of medical science, there are still many shortcomings.Hospital must continue interna tional cooperation, insist to do the cultivation of the talented and the innovation team, and complete the selection mechanisms,in order to give enough time for the scientific research, and create a good atmosphere of medical science innovation at the same time.Only when the services for the talented are well-prepared,Xinjiang medical science innovation can achieve enough support and motivation for the development of the talented.

CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells (CD4+CD25+ Tregs) have been shown to play a regulatory or suppressive role in the immune response and are possibly relevant to the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases. In the present study, we attempted to investigate the frequency of CD4+CD25+ Tregs in peripheral blood (PB) of collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) rats during the development of arthritis, to determine whether their frequency is involved in the immunoregulation of this disease. The results showed that normal rats had similar frequencies of CD4+CD25+ Tregs in PB during the experiment time, expressed as a percentage of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ T cells among the CD4+ T lymphocyte population. In contrast, the frequency of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ T cells in CIA rats was found to change during the development of arthritis. In CIA rats, there is a significant negative correlation between the frequency of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ T cells and paw swelling (r=-0.786, p< 0.01). The relationship between the frequency of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ T and immune activation was not found in normal rats. During the time course, the frequency of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ T was lower in CIA rats than in normal ones. The data suggest that the frequency of PB CD4+CD25+ Tregs may be a promising marker for arthritis activity.
