Cancer Research and Clinic 2010;22(4):219-221
Objective To investigate the expression of CD40 protein in bladder urothelium cancer and to explore its correlation with clinical stage, pathological grades, cell apoptosis. Methods Expression of CD4o protein was evaluated by immunohistochemistry in paracancerous tissues (20 cases) and bladder urothelium cancer tissues (78 cases). Apoptosis of bladder urothelium cancer tissues was detected by Hoechst to determine the apoptotic rate (AR). Results The expression rate of CD40 protein was 2/20(10 %) in the cases of paracancerous tissues, 55/78(70.5%) in the cases of bladder urothelium cancer tissues, a statistically significant differences of CD40 staining was observed between paracancerous tissues and bladder urothelium cancer tissues (P <0.01). Overexpression of CD40 was strongly inversely related to the tumor grade and clinical stage; the positive group of CD40 protein was (12.60±0.38)%, the negative group of CD40 protein was (6.77±0.53)%, a statistically significant differences of apoptosis were observed between CD40 protein positive group and CD40 protein negative group (P <0.01). It showed CD40 protein might induce cell apoptosis. Conclusion Expression of CD40 protein is closely related with clinical stage, pathological grade and cell apoptotic rate and may offer reliable evidence for diagnosis, treatment and prognosis in bladder urothelium cancer.
2.Research progress in multidetector-row computed tomographic presentations and their anatomic-pathologic features of aortic dissection after endovascular graft exclusion or combined surgical and endovascular treatment.
Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2014;31(4):945-949
With the development of radiologic intervention, the treatments of aortic dissection are getting more and more diversified. In recent years, Debakey Ill and Debakey I aortic dissection has been usually treated with endovascular graft exclusion, or combined surgical and endovascular treatment. It is therefore more important to evaluate the aorta and its complications after interventional treatments. Because multidetector-row computed tomography (MDCT) has advantages, such as short examination time, high spatial resolution, and simple operation, this modality has become a first choice of non-invasive methods for the follow-up of aortic diseases after the intervention. Now the MDCT presentations and their anatomic-pathologic features of aortic dissection after endovascular graft exclusion or combined surgical and endovascular treatment are reviewed in this article.

3.Effects of lumbar epidural anesthesia on cell apoptosis in rat kidneys with ischemia-reperfusion injury
Journal of Chinese Physician 2016;18(7):981-985
Objective To investigate the influence of lumbar epidural anesthesia on cell apoptosis in rat kidneys with ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods Thirty male Wistar rats were divided into three groups at random, including a sham-operated group,a model group, and an anesthesia group. Then the local norepinephrine, local angiotensin Ⅱ,plasma superoxide dismutase, plasma malondialdehyde and cell apoptosis index were observed at the 24 h after the reperfusion in rat kidneys of ischemia 60 min. Results Compared to the sham-operated group,ischemia-reperfusion of kidney caused a significant increase in contents of local norepinephrine, local angiotensin Ⅱ],and malondialdehyde in the model group and anesthesia group as well as increasing in the cell apoptosis index (P < 0.05),and those parameters above were lower in the anesthesia group than those in the model group (P <0.05).Meanwhile,the activities of plasma superoxide were higher than those in model group (P < 0.05).Conclusions The lumbar epidural anesthesia can reduce the excessive accumulation of neuroendocrine hormone in kidney, alleviate oxidative stress, which plays an important role in restraining the ischemia-reperfusion injury and cell apoptosis.
4.Advances and clinical application of noninvasive imaging modalities in assessing right ventricular function
Chinese Journal of Interventional Imaging and Therapy 2010;7(1):78-81
Right ventricular (RV) function is very important for patients with respiratory and cardiovascular disorders resulting in RV impairments. Since RV has complex geometry of the chamber, it is difficult to accurately measure the RV volumetric parameters with conventional imaging modalities, especially those with dilated and abnormal RV. With the emergence and wide use of new noninvasive imaging modalities in accessing the cardiac anatomy and function, real-time three-dimensional echocardiography (RT3DE), multi-detector row computed tomography (MDCT) and new MRI sequences, noninvasive quantitative assessment of the RV function has attracted more and more worldwide attention.
5.Simple mesh stent placement for treating intracranial aneurysm:progress in research
Journal of Interventional Radiology 2006;0(10):-
Treatment of an aneurysm with a mesh stent alone becomes an emerging technique. The mechanism involves the mesh stents, when it crosses the neck of an aneurysm could change the internal circulation and induce the formation of stable thrombus and in turn assists the growth of neointima for anatomical healing of the aneurysmal neck. The mesh stent technique aimed at vascular reconstruction with expected curing effect for aneurysm together as a simple and safe way to keep the patency of the small arterial branches, just contrary to the covered stent. This technique couldn't be carried out practically in wide scale because of immaturity, therefore we give a comprehesive review in the progress of this field.
6.Economic Analysis on Current Drug Bidding System in China
China Pharmacy 2005;0(19):-
OBJECTIVE:To put forward strategies to evolve the current drug bidding system.METHODS:The objective and efficacy of the drug bidding system was analyzed;and the reasons for the poor efficacy of the system were analyzed using the information asymmetry theory in economics, and the system was compared with its US counterpart.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:The drug bidding system in China should adopt such model in which the payers are chosen as agency and charge from the entrusting party. It is a systematic project to standardize drug circulation channels, reduce drug price and reduce the burden of patient, which can't be tackled by drug bidding system only.
7.EFFECT OF PANAXATRIOL SAPONIN ( PTS ) ON HUMAN LYMPHOKINE PRODUCTION AND ITS CHARACTERISTICS
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(01):-
Under stimulation of PHA,PHA + TPA,or PHA + PTS the time ke-netics of DNA,RNA,protein synthesis and lymphokine secretion by human lymph node cell expressed different responses. The PTS did not increase the DNA and RNA synthesis, but increased the protein synthesis ( 60% ) . TPA increased the RNA synthesis ( 18% ) , therefor increased the protein synthesis ( 40% ) . Both of TPA and PTS increased the production of 5 kinds of lymphokines (IL-1 , IL-2 , IL-3, BCGF, TFNr). We infer that PTS and TPA increase the lymphokine production through different gene regulation. TPA Promotes the translation of lymphokine mRNA。
8.PROMOTING EFFECT OF PANAXATRIOL GINSENOSIDE ON GENE EXPRESSION OF HUMAN INTERLEUKINE-3
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(06):-
Promoting effect of panaxatriol ginsenoside ( PTGS ) on inter-leukine-3(IL-3 ) induction of phyto-hemagglutinin ( PHA ) stimulated human lymph node cells was observed. The results showed that PTGS enhanced the IL-3 production on each time of IL-3-induction kinetics, maximally by 30% ( 72h ) . Furthermore, it was observed that IL-3 mRNA from PHA+PTGS-stimulated lymph node cells translated more IL-3 than PHA-stimulated lymph node cells on each time of IL-3 mRNA-induction kinetics, maximally by 40% ( 60h ) , using the methods of wheat germ cell-free in vitro translation system and IL-3 bioassay.
9.Characterization of human IL-2 mRNA
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(06):-
Large scale preparation of human IL-2 mRNA was obtained from human spleen cells stimulated with PHA+TPA at the peak of IL-2 mRNA transcription. Full length of IL-2 mRNA was translated in wheat germ extract to produce bioactive IL-2 (tIL-2). The IL-2 mRNA was about 14 S depending on the 7 M Urea-SDS-PAGE, and recovried from gel and translated in vitro. The elute curve of tIL-2 was the same as that of recombinant IL-2 (rIL-2) and natural IL-2 (nIL-2), the molecular weight of tIL-2 was about 14.000 dalton. The translational process of IL-2 mRNA in vitro was inhibited when RNA was cultured with RNase or translated product was cultured with proteinase, proving a standard in-vitro translation.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2010;26(2):168-171
Objective To investigate the multi-slice spiral computed tomography (MSCT) features of crush maxillofacial frac-tures in the massive Wenchuan earthquake. Methods MSCT data of 85 patients with crush maxillofacial fractures caused by earth-quake were retrospectively analyzed. The anatomic distribution of fractures was evaluated. Results In 85 patients, single bone frac-tures (59 patients) were more common than multiple bone fractures (26 patients) (P<0.05). The fractures involved isolated mid-face, isolated mandible, and both were found in 49 patients (57.6%), 24(28.2%), and 12(14.2%), respectively. Midface frac-tures were most frequent (P<0.05). The fractures of condyle, posterolateral and anterior wall of maxillary sinus, zygomatic arch and lateral orbital wall accounted for 47.1%(24/51) ,41.5%(22/53) , 37.7%(20/53),71.9% (23/32) and 63.2%(24/38) of the total fractures of the corresponding maxillofacial bones. Conclusion Isolated bone fracture and midface factures are the main fea-tures of crush maxillofacial fractures resulted from the massive earthquake. MSCT and three-dimensional reconstruction images can demonstrate maxillofacial fractures well.
