Objective To enhance the knowledge of pulmonary aspergilloma on CT and chest radiography. Methods CT scans and chest radiographs of 10 cases with pulmonary aspergilloma were reviewed retrospectively. Of these 10 patients,9 were men,1 was woman, ranged in age from 25～55 years old(means 36.4 years old).Results Of 10 cases,8 cases manifested themselves as an oval or round masses .9 cases were located both upper lobes. Air crescent sign or air ring sign were shown in all 10 cases. The fungus ball could move with the change of patient’s body position in 3 cases.Conclusion A mobile intracavitary mass with air crescent sign or air ring sign is the imaging characteristic of pulmonary aspergilloma.

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of simple myringoplasty with three different kinds of autologous substitutes. METHODS The patients (107 ears)with tympanic membrane perforation underwent myringoplasty using autologous temporal fascia, perichondrium or tragus cartilage-perichondrium compound. The postoperative healing effects and hearing levels of all cases were studied. RESULTS In healingeffects and hearing levels of the patients with small tympanic membrane perforation, there was no difference among the three kinds of autologous substitutes. Objective To evaluate the effect of -477C/T single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) in promoter region of ABCA1 gene on plasma levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and coronary artery disease (CAD). Methods -477C/T genotypes in promoter region of ABCA1 gene were assessed in 96 CAD patients and 100 healthy individuals with polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP), and distribution of the -477C/T genotypes was compared between CAD group and healthy group, and also between patients with different CAD clinical manifestations. The clinical indexes associated with CAD were also compared among the three genotypes. Results The distributive frequency of CC, CT, or TT genotype of CAD group and healthy group was different from one another, and the proportion of the TT genotype or the T allele was obviously higher in CAD group than in healthy group (P

0.05). Conclusion The genotypes of ABCA1 R1587K polymorphism were associated closely with the plasma levels of HDL-C. The HDL-C levels of K allele carriers were remarkably lower. However, there was no significant association of the ABCA1 R1587K polymorphism and the susceptibility to CAD.

【Objective】To compare the fingerprint spectrum of amino acids(AA)of Lignum Santali Albi(LSA)from Indonesia,India and Australia.【Methods】Free AA and hydrolytic AA of LSA from Indonesia,India and Australia were analyzed by amino acid automatic analyzer.The detection wavelength was 570nm and 440nm.【Results】There were obvious differences among the free AA from three kinds of LSA.2S,4S-4-hydroxyproline(Hyp)was detected in Indonesian LSA in 11.77min(?=440nm)with the content of 1.431?7%,and became proline after hydrolysis.The peak of Hyp was not obvious or even undetectable in Indian LAS and Australian LSA.【Conclusion】There exist obvious differences among free AA from three kinds of LSA and 2S,4S-4-Hyp can be used as the specific compounds for the identification of LSA from Indonesia,India and Australia.

Objective To establish a method to determinate polysaccharides in Hedyotic diffusa, then compare the polysaccharides content in Hedyotic diffusa form Jiangxi, Guangdong, Guangxi. Methods Sulfuric acid -phenol coloration were applied to analysis polysaccharides content. The detective wave length was 486 nm. Results Polysaccharides in Hedyotic diffusa from Jiangxi province was a little higher than the others. Conclusion Polysaccharides content in Hedyotic diffusa form different habitat are almost alike.

AIM:To determine icatiin,psoralen and isopsoralen in Yishen Buxue Capsule(Herba Epimedii;Fructus Psoraleae;Sanguis Draconis;Cortex Eucommiae,etc)by PR-HPLC.METHODS:The determination of icariin was carried out by HPLC with a Agilent HC-18(150 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m)column,acetonitrile-water(30∶70)was as a mobile phase,detection wavelength was at 270 nm;With the same Agilent HC-18 column for psoralen and isopsoralen,the mobile phase was methanol-water(52∶48),detection wavelength was at 246 nm.RESULTS:Icariin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.110 4-0.883 2 ?g(r2= 0.999 8),the avearge recovery of icariin was 97.49%(RSD=1.47%,n=6).Psoralen also showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.041 04-0.451 44 ?g(r2= 0.999 0),the average recovery for it was 104.51%(RSD= 1.58%,n=6);Isopsoralen showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.037 52 ?g-0.412 72 ?g(r2= 0.999 9),the average recovery of isopsoralen was 103.01%(RSD=1.01%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The methods are sensitive,accurate,reproducible,specific and can be used for quality control of Yishen Buxue Capsule.

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of renal neoplasm with calcification .Methods Retrospectively summarized the clinical data of the 2 patients with calcific renal neoplasm admitted in our hospital from the May to July in 2014, then analyzed and discussed the clinical manifestations , diagnosis and treatment com-bined with the literatures .Results The two cases were both suspected of renal malignant tumor preoperatively .The case 1 was a 32-year-old male , laparoscopic partial resection of the left kidney was performed , and the postoperative pathology was clear cell carcinoma (Fuhrman levelⅠ).The case 2 was a 18-year-old male, partial resection of the right kidney was performed because of the tumor size , and the postoperative pathology was adult nephroblastoma . Conclusions The calcific renal neoplasm is a rare disease , the property determination depends on postoperative pa-thology, and as to the choice of surgical method , the patients'age, the tumor size and the tumor location should be taken into consideration , and intraoperative frozen should be performed when necessary .

Objective To investigate the factors related to choice of community health service centers (CHSCs) in standardized training general practitioners (GPs) in Shanghai.Methods Totally 152 GPs,(including those of Traditional Chinese Medicine) who completed the residency training in 2013 and signed employment contract with community in Shanghai were surveyed with a self-designed questionnaire.Results Among all the participants,113 (74.3％) attached the greatest importance to the salary level when choosing CHSC,58 (38.2％) expected annual salary more than 120 000 Yuan during the first 3 years.GPs tended to work in the city center(40.1％) or CHSCs near to their home(38.2％),mainly because of the job commuting (59.9％).Considering career development,the CHSCs with high level comprehensive service (51.3％) and with large population (5.0％) were more attractive.GPs paid more attention to the national demonstration community (57.2％) and CHSCs with member ofShanghai outstanding young physician training program(51.7％).In this survey,household register was the main influencing factor for choosing CHSCs,Shanghai natives paid more attention to the location of the community than those not Shanghai natives (61.8％ vs.34.2％),more inclined to CHSCs that close to their house (55.3％ vs.21.1％),non-Shanghai natives preferred authorized strength (51.3％ vs.28.9％).GPs of Western medicine expected higher salary than GPs of TCM (x2 =13.648,P ＜ 0.05),Males expected higher salary than females (x2 =7.799,P ＜ 0.05),Conclusions GPs pay the most attention on salaries and tend to work in the city central area,prefer CHSC with high level comprehensive service and large served population.The main factor influencing GPs to chose CHSCs is the household register,the category of Gps and gender.
