Chinese Journal of Immunology 2015;(4):433-439
Type Ⅱ innate lymphoid cells is an emerging family of innate lymphocytes mainly distributed in mucosal tissues such as the lungs, intestines, skin, etc. These cells are capable of producing Th2-type cytokines including IL-5 and IL-13 in response to IL-25 and IL-33.ILC2s has attracted much attention for its important roles in anti-infection immunity and allergic diseases in respiratory tract.Studies have shown that ILC2s represented a crucial source of Th2-type cytokines and could regulate the adaptive immune response in allergic airway diseases.Meanwhile,ILC2s was able to fulfill vital functions in parasite clearance, anti-virus infection and subsequent tissue repair. Therefore, research in ILC2s phenotype, development and function has great practical significance. This paper reviews the definition, classification, developmental regulation of ILC2s with a particular focus on its role in respiratory mucosal homeostasis and lung-related diseases.

Results 23 bands were found after SDS-PAGE with comparative molecular weight (Mr) of 177 000, 118 000, 107 000, 70 000, 67 000, 60 000, 52 000, 45 000, 41 000, 40 000, 38 000, 37 000, 35 000, 27 000, 23 000, 22 000, 18 000, 17 000, 16 000, 15 000, 14 000, 13 00 and 12 000. Five allergens were detected by Western blotting with Mr 128 000, 67 000-70 000, 36 000-37 000, 18 000 and 16 000, respectively. The positive reaction rate of 3 allergens, with Mr 128 000, 67 000-70 000 and 36 000-37 000, were 100%, while that of other 2 allergens with Mr 18 000 and 16 000 was 77.8% and 44.4% respectively。The allergen with Mr 18 000 was purified by anion-exchange chromatography and Size-exclusion chromatography. Conclusion Four major allergens and one minor allergen from Tyrophagus putrescentiae have been identified.
3.A review of augmenter of liver regeneration
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1989;0(05):-
Augmenter of liver regeneration(ALR)is a novel hepatic stimulator. Owing to its peculiar characteristic of gene structure and many kinds of biological functions, it is thought to be an important hepatotrophic factor. This review summarized the advance in ALR research in recent years including characteristics of ALR gene, molecular structure, physiochemical characteristics, biological functions and roles in liver injury.
4.Treatment of Uroschesis due to Spinal Cord Injury by Acupuncture in 32 Cases
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2003;1(3):35-36
Treated uroschesis due to spinal cord injury in 32 cases with acupuncture therapy (acupuncture group) and compared with Neostigmine injection (control group). In acupucture group, 10 cases got clinical recovery, 17 efficacy and 5 inefficacy, with an effective rate of 84.4%; among 32 cases in control group, 3 cases got clinical recovery, 15 efficacy and 14 inefficacy, the effecrive rate was 56.2%.

Pain has been defined as an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience that is associated with actual or potential tissue damage,or is described in terms of such damage.Pain individual difference increases the complexity of clinical diagnosis and treatment of pain.China started relatively late on pain research and standardized pain treatment. It is necessary for further research on pain related to the clinical problem, the development of pain translational medicine, and improvement of clinical quality. The paper carries on the review.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of regulated-upon activation normal T expressed and secreted(RANTES)and microvascular density(MVD)in hepatocarcinoma(PHC)tissues, and explore its clinical significance. Methods The samples of PHC tissues and adjacent tissues in 47 patients were collected. The expression of RANTES in tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry, and MVD was calculated. The relationship among the expression of RANTES,MVD and clinicopathological features was analysed. Results The positive expression rate and expression score of RANTES in PHC tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues(55.32% vs 19.15%,P<0.01;1.89±1.77 vs 0.77±1.29,P<0.01).MVD in PHC tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(67.30±13.68 vs 37.20±10.58,P<0.01).MVD of PHC tissues in patients with metastasis was significantly higher than that in patients without metastasis[(73.50±13.77)/HP vs (64.10±12.68)/HP,P<0.05],while there were no correlations among MVD,expression of RANTES and the other clinicopathological features of PHC.MVD was positively correlated with the expression score of RANTES in PHC tissues(r=0.386,P<0.05). Conclusion RANTES might be closely related to the angiogenesis in PHC.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(02):-
Objective To explore the feasibility and efficiency of laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of acute biliary pancreatitis (ABP) at early stage. Methods From January 2003 to June 2006, 18 patients with ABP received laparoscopic surgeries, including laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) in 3, LC combined with laparoscopic common bile duct exploration (LCBDE) in 9, LC combined with opening of the pancreatic capsule for drainage in 5, and LC combined with LCBDE and opening of the pancreatic capsule for drainage in 1. Results In all the patients, the laparoscopic operations were completed successfully without conversion to open surgery. The operation time was 100-150 min with a mean of (115.3?15.2) min. The stones in the bile duct were removed completely by LCBDE in 10 patients. No subcutaneous emphysema, hemorrhage, abdominal abscess or stenosis of the bile duct occurred in this series. The 18 patients were followed up for 4-40 months (mean, 28.5 months), during which 2 patients developed pancreatic pseudocyst. One of the patients was cured by internal drainage. In the other patient, the pseudocyst was absorbed spontaneously. No recurrence of pancreatitis or common bile duct stones was found. Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery is minimally invasive and effective for the treatment of ABP at early stage.

Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 1996;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the optimal time points for transplantation with in vitro cultured dopaminergic neurons as a potential treatment of Parkinson’s disease. Methods After the ventral mesencephalic precursors from E11 rat embryos were expanded for 7 days in vitro, they were harvested respectively from day 0 to day 7 in the period of induced differentiation. Then the cells were seeded again and cultured for another 7 days. The final survival of dopaminergic neurons determined the optimal time points for moving cells in vitro and, possibly, for transplantation in vivo. Result The survival rate of dopaminergic neurons moved on day 0 and day 1 in the period of induced differentiation was significantly higher than that at other time points. Conclusion The optimal time points for transplantation are found possibly to be day 0 and day 1 in the period of differentiation after the expansion of ventral mesencephalic precursors from E11 rat embryos.
