AIM: To study the regular change of scutellarin in Erigeron mul tiradiatus (Wall.) Benth, from different areas, different seasons and differ ent parts of plant by means of RP-HPLC. METHODS: The herbs of Erigeron multira diatus were extracted with CH 3OH-H 2O(1∶1) wixture, The sa mples were separated on an ODS column with the mobile phase CH 3OH-H 2O-HAC(39∶61∶0.6). The flow rate was 0.8ml/min, the detection wavelen gth was set at 335nm and the temperature was at 35℃. RESULTS: The determination of scultellarin was different from diffe rent areas and different seasons, Scutellarin content of terraneous including stem、leaf and flower was higher than that of subterraneous root. CONCLUSION: Variation in Erigeron multiradiatus was influenced by the combined effects of genotype and ecological conditions.

Journal of Integrative Medicine 2006;4(6):560-6
Information processing for intelligent diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), an important part of the modernization of Chinese medicine, attracts world wide attention from the science circle. This article presents a systematic introduction to the development of information technology, especially the processing of pulse and tongue images and systems of computer-aided Chinese medical diagnosis. Furthermore, it points out four essential areas of future research, including epistemic logic system of syndrome differentiation, system construction technology, data miming technology and information acquisition and analysis in TCM diagnosis.
4.Sacroiliac joint damage and applied anatomic measurement of vessels
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(50):-
0.05).In addition, the external iliac artery significantly more closer to the iliac spine in left internal iliac artery than in right internal iliac artery. The distance from iliolumbar artery located closer to bone wall with(6.97?0.17) mm.CONCLUSION:The anatomic characteristics of sacroiliac joint determined failure probability of injured vessels. The measured results showed that failure probability of common iliac artery is less when the cacroiliac joint dislocation or fracture. There is less possibility to injure the vessel when cacroiliac joint fracture due to long distance between external iliac artery and bone wall. The internal iliac artery is closer to cacroiliac joint,so stretch injury may occure when sacroiliac joint dislocation accompanied with semi-pelvic shifting. The lateral sacral arteries, which resided closer to bone wall,is easy to injuried when fracture occurred at I area of sacrum. The iliolumbar artery easily damaged when sacroiliac joint dislocation accompanied with semi-pelvic shifting.
5.Biomechanical characteristics of joint ligament in basketball sports injury and application of artificial ligaments made of different materials
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(03):-
Joint ligament injury often occurs in basketball sports, therefore, research on characteristics of joint cruciate ligament injury is helpful for the prevention and therapy for joint ligament injury. The manuscript introduces the biomechanical characteristics of knee joint cruciate ligament in the moving state, biological problems involved in repair,as well as the application of artificial ligament in knee joint crucriate ligament injury and its advantages and disadvantages.Various kinds of artificial ligament can be used for the repair of ligament injury, such as polyhexene, poly(ethylene terephthalate),carbon fibers, polyester, polydioxnon, polylactic acid.If we can perfect the artificial ligament,it will be more beneficial to its application in repair of ligament injury.
6.Application of biomaterials in tendon adhesion following basketball sports injury
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(08):-
A Basketball sport is characterized by high exercise intensity, intense antagonism, many physical contacts, and agility. A series of injuries occurs in basketball sports. Tendon adhesion following basketball sports injury is a big problem puzzling athletes for a long time, which affect training and sport technique. Many scholars has been engaged in studying the methods prevent tendon adhesion following basketball sports injury. The article reviews the preventive effects of several biomaterials, such as chitosan, absorbable anti-adhesive film, sodium hyaluronate, polylactic acid, on tendon adhesion following basketball sports injury.
7.Biomechanics characteristics of skeleton and muscle under sports condition
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(28):-
Sports biomechanics is a strong experimental frontier branches of science and aims to study human body motion,to explore human motion rule by human anatomy, human physiology, mechanics theories and methods. Studies on muscle mechanics are basis of studying sports biomechanics and movement training. Muscular mechanical property is very complex, and related to composition of muscle. Under different sports conditions, biomechanics characteristics of skeletal muscle are different,so the sports injuries are varied.
8.Skeletal muscle biomechanics and its characteristics under different sports conditions
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(33):-
Sports biomechanics, as a branch of biomechanics, studies mechanics characteristics and mechanics relationship of human internal locomotor system and human external bodily movement to fundamentally understand the rule of biomechanics characteristics under the sports condition. Muscular function and mechanics characteristics are a basis of human motion, and muscle mechanics is a basis of sports biomechanics research and sports training.

International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2017;38(1):74-76,79
Objective To investigate the drug resistance genes of Acinetobacter baumanii in some areas of Nanjing City, and to explore the molecular epidemiology characteristics of different antibiotic resistant strains. Methods A total of 75 strains of Acinetobacter baumanii were isolated from three hospitals of Nanjing city from May 2015 to May 2016 and the strains were identified by microbial identification system.Drug resistances of the strains were determined by KB method. The genotypes of strains were analyzed by pulsed field gel electrophoresis, and PCR was used to amplify the resistance genes. The molecular epidemiology of Acinetobacter baumanii was studied. Results Seventy five strains of Acinetobacter baumanii all had high drug resistance to antibiotics except tigecycline and colistin. The rates of resistance to cefepime, ceftazidime, cefotaxime, ciprofloxacin, cefotaxime, tetracycline were all higher than 90%.The strains were mainly divided into 5 types, and the proportion of A type and B type accounted for 42.67% and 37.33 %.The positive rates of genes OXA-23,OXA-24,TEM,SHV,CTX-M,IMP-1,IMP-2 and VIM-2 were 81.33 %,9.33%,66.67%,10.67%,42.67%,26.67%,16.00% and 21.33% respectively. Conclusion A type and B type of the Acinetobacter baumanii are the most popular in hospitals of Nanjing, and the strains are multiple drug resistance. The expression of main resistance genes OXA-23 and TEM strains may be the main mechanism for the higher resistance of the bacteria to antibiotics and β-amide antibiotics.

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1989;0(06):-
AIM: To study the effect of dexamethasone (DEX) on the adrenomedullin (ADM) and its gene expression in lung tissue of asthmatic rats. METHODS: 30 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups (10 for each). The asthmatic model was established by ovalbumin inhalation and injection. The mRNA expression of ADM was examined by RT-PCR and the protein expression was detected by immunohistochemical method. The airway wall thickness, the airway smooth muscle (ASM) thickness and pulmonary tissue changes were observed under light microscope. RESULTS: The expression of ADM mRNA and protein in the asthma group A were higher than those in the control group(group C) (P
