Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2017;32(14):1051-1054
There is a great controversy over the application of corticosteroids in preventing and treating bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD).Prenatal use of corticosteroids may reduce the occurrence of BPD.Intravenous corticosteroids within 1 week after birth can reduce the incidence of BPD.However,in light of the short and long-term adverse reactions,it is not recommended. For premature infants with BPD in high risk, clinicians should weigh the pros and cons and may apply a small dose, short course of corticosteroids for intervention in 1 week after birth.Early inhalation or instilling of corticosteroids may be an effective and safe way to reduce the occurrence of BPD.

3.Study on Electronic Management for Drug Inspection Standards
China Pharmacist 2014;(4):665-666
Objective:To provide a new idea for the management of drug inspection standards. Methods: The current manage-ment mode for drug inspection standards was analyzed and studied, the problems and difficulties were summarized, and then a novel i-dea and method of electronic management was formulated. Results: The electronic management for drug inspection standards could solve the problems encountered in the traditional management effectively and improve the management efficiency. Conclusion: The standard management information system can provide drug inspection standards in time and ensure the effectiveness, which is very help-ful to the drug inspection.

Objective To study the effect of combined vitamin therapy of B2 and Zhibai-Dihuang Wan on recurrent oral ulcer. Methods A total of 178 patients with recurrent oral ulcer were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group. The control group was treated with vitamin B2,0.2g/time,3 times/day;while the treatment group WaS treated with Zhibai-Dihuang Wan,9g/time,twice/day,on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects were observed in both groups after 14 days. Results The obvious effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P=0.0083).while total effective rate did not show significant difierence between the two groups(P=0.0712).The relapse rate in the treatment group was significant lower than the control group. Conclusion It is effective to treat recurrent oral ulcer with the combination of vitamin B2 and Zhibai-Dihuang Wan.

Objective To discover the effective component of Rhizoma Tupistrae chinensis with inhibiting angiogenesis. Methods Several parts of Rhizoma Tupistrae chinensis were obtained by using different extraction solvents. They were screened by the model of ECV304 cell membrane chromatography with anti-VEGF antibody as a control drug. The inhibition of effective component (ZGQ-C) on ECV304 proliferation in vitro was examined by MTT assay. Results The inhibition rate (40.51%,51.11%,63.54%,74.32%,81.26%) was correlated with the ZGQ-C concentration. The ECV304 cell had significantly changed in morphology. Conclusion The ZGQ-C is an effective component for inhibiting angiogenesis. The screening results on the model have a good correlation with that of MTT assay.

MicroRNAs and hypoxia inducible factor have extensive and important biological functions, both of them play an important regulatory role in angiogenesis. The interaction between them has an important significance for the profound understanding of the regulatory mechanism of angiogenesis. This article mainly summarizes the mutual regulation of microRNA and hypoxia inducible factor and its effect on angiogenesis in recent years.

Clinical Medicine of China 2011;27(9):943-945
ObjectiveTo summarize the clinical features of adult patients with abdominal type Henoch Scholein Purpura(HSP) to improve the early diagnosis and therapeutic outcome of HSP.Methods The clinical features of 31 adult patients with abdominal type HSP from the Hematology department of Handan First Hospital between March 2007 to June 2010 were retrospectively reviewed and compared with that of 30 adult patients with non-abdominal type HSP.Results All the 31 patients had abdominal pain.Of those patients,48.4% had periumbilical colicky pain, 38.7% had whole abdominal pain and 12.9% had lower abdominal pain. The other clinical manifestations included nausea/vomiting(19.4%),positive feces occult blood test(45.1%) .EGD and Colonoscopy of 13 patients showed mucosal congestion, red macda, erosion and ulceration mainly in the descending duodenum, distal ileum and rectosigmoid. There was no difference in age, gender, allergic history and predisposing infection between those with abdominal pain and without. The patients with abdominal pain had more cases of mixed-type HSP than those without and the difference was significant (P < 0.01) .Conclusion Patients with abdominal-type of HSP are mainly young adults. So we must be more alert to abdominal-type of HSP when facing young patients with abdominal emergency.Abdominal-pain-manifesting HSP patients are mostly mixed-type cases.Gastrointestinal endoscopy is specific and might provide valuable clues for early diagnosis.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2012;20(8):627-630
Currently, the most effective treatment for acute ischemic stroke is administration of tissuetype plasminogen activator for intravenous or intra-arterial thrombolysis within 3 to 6 hours after symptoms onset. However, the narrow therapeutic time window and the risk of intracranial hemorrhage have limited its clinical application.Angiogcncsis refers to the process of the formation of new functional blood vessels with the manner of germination from the already existing network of blood vessels. An increasing number of studies have shown that histone deacetylases involve in the regulation of angiogenesis. It may become a potential stroke treatment strategy. This article reviews the role of histone deacetylases in the regulation of angiogenesis.

Neural stem cell (NSC) has self-renewal and differentiation potential. It can orderly differentiate into neurons, astrocytes and oligodendrocytes in the development of central nervous system.NSC differentiation was commonly regulated by a variety of factors, including cytokines, transcription factors and epigenetic factors.Epigenetic regulation is a heritable gene expression without changing the DNA sequence.Histone modification is an important regulation mode in epigenetic modifications, which is essential in the transcription process. It also plays a critical role in the development of central nervous system. This article briefly reviews the histone methylation and demethylafion in the regulation of NSC differentiation.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2008;16(8):595-599
Endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs)are the precursor cells of vascular endothelial cells.EPCs are in bone marrow, peripheral blood and cord blood. They participate in the process of angiogenesis after birth. The stimulation of exogenous and endogenous factors mobilizes bone marrow-derived EPCs into peripheral blood, and participates in the revascularization of ischemic tissue and the process of re-endothelialization of the injured blood vessels. The decreased mmahers and quality of EPCs in blood circulation are one of the most important factors of unfavourable prognosis after ischemic stroke. The transplantation of EPCs may provide a novel therapeutic strategy for the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
