Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(01):-
A method for determination of seleninm in foods by hydride generation -atomic absorption spectrometry was described. Food samples were digested by heating with a mixture of nitric, perchloric, and sulfuric acids. After addition of 4ml of 6mol/L HC1, the digests were heated in a boiling water bath to reduce selenate to selenite. The hydride of selenium was evolved by reduction with 1% KBH4 from a system of 2mol/L HC1-1% K3Fe(CN)6 and then atomized in a laboratory-constructed electrically heated silica absorption tube. Absolute detection limit of the method was 2ng and the linear range was from 0 to 10 ng/mlSe. Recoveries of inorganic selenium added to a variety of foods ranged from 83% to 112%. Accuracies checked with standard materials of pig liver and brassica oleraca were within the certified values. The loss and pollution of selenium during the sample pretreatment were also studied.

Objective To measure the displacement of the silver clips guided by kV-plain film at state of moderate deep inspiration hold(mDIBH) assisted by active breathing control(ABC) and to explore the margin of clinical target volume(CTV) to planning target volume(PTV) for breast cancer patients treated with three-dimensional conformal external-beam partial breast irradiation (EB-PBI) assisted by ABC. Methods The patients undertook CT simulation assisted by ABC to get the CT images on the respiratory condition of mDIBH. Four selected silver clips in breast cavity were delineated and the cavity based on all of the clips were delineated as gross tumor volume (GTV). Before each irradiation, two orthogonal kV-plain films were taken for the patients in the respiratory condition of mDIBH assisted by ABC device. 2D-2D auto-matie registration was performed based on pixel between the kV-plain films and the digital reconstructed radi-ographs(DRR). Then manual registration was undertook to get the shifts of the four clips separately at LAT, LNG,and VRT directions. Based on the shift data, the margins of CTV to PTV at LAT,LNG and VRT direc-tions were calculated. Results The margins from CTV to PTV were 5.00 mm,7.78 mm and 9.30 mm at LAT,LNG and VRT directions based on the clip at cephal border of the cavity. The corresponding margins were 4.40 mm,6.43 mm and 6.73 mm based on the clip at bottom of the cavity;5.04 mm,8.63 mm and 10.54 mm based on the clip at lateral border of the cavity;5.40 mm,8.59 ram and 10.81 mm based on the clip at pedal border of the cavity. Conclusions The silver clips in breast cavity can be clearly showed on the kV-plain film. The displacement of the clips can be exactly measured by registration of kV-plain film and planning DRR in condition of mDIBH assisted by ABC. The margins from CTV to PTV for EB-PBI can be calculated based on the displacement of the clips.

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the prevalence of dissociative tendency and its influencing factors among middle school students, so as to provide insights into prevention and early interventions of adolescent dissociative tendency.
Methods:
Students at ages of 13 to 18 years that studied in 9 high schools were sampled using a multistage, stratified, cluster sampling method from 3 counties (districts) of Hangzhou City from January, 2021 and March, 2022. Participants' demographics and social, school, family environment and psychological factors were collected using self-designed questionnaires and standardized scales. The dissociative tendency was initially screened using the Adolescent Dissociative Experience Scale (A-DES), and the diagnosed by three psychiatrists according to Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (5th Edition). Factors affecting ADT were identified using a multivariable logistic regression model.
Results:
Totally 3 240 students were recruited, and 2 841 students were qualified, with a response rate of 87.69%. The respondents included 1 389 men (48.89%) and 1 452 women (51.11%), and had a mean age of (15.69±1.58) years. The prevalence of dissociative tendency was 24.04%, and the detection of dissociative tendency was higher among men than among women (29.23% vs. 19.08%; χ2=24.529, P<0.001). Multivariable logistic regression analysis identified negative teacher-student relationship (OR=1.055, 95%CI: 1.010-1.103), family emotional expressiveness (OR=0.872, 95%CI: 0.777-0.978), family conflict (OR=1.152, 95%CI: 1.045-1.271), family organization (OR=0.880, 95%CI: 0.780-0.992) and family cohesion (OR=0.871, 95%CI: 0.766-0.987) as factors affecting dissociative tendency among men, and somatization (OR=1.041, 95%CI: 1.002-1.082) and paranoid ideation (OR=1.094, 95%CI: 1.006-1.190) as factors affecting dissociative tendency among women.
Conclusions
The prevalence of dissociative tendency was 24.04% among middle school students. Negative teacher-student relationship, family emotional expressiveness, family conflict, family organization, and family cohesion may affect dissociative tendency among men, while somatization and paranoid ideation may affect dissociative tendency among women.

Objective To evaluate the effect of late course hypofractionated stereotactic radiotherapy (LCHSRT) on locally advanced non small cell lung cancer. Methods From October 1997 to June 1999, 106 patients with locally advanced non small cell lung cancer were randomized into conventional radiotherapy group (CRT) and LCHSRT group. Ninety one patients with complete data were analyzed including 43 patients in CRT group and 48 patients in LCHSRT group. In CRT group, 18 patients were staged Ⅲa and 25 Ⅲb; whereas 19 patients were staged Ⅲa and 29 Ⅲb in LCHSRT group. The initial median dose of 43.5?Gy was given in CRT group to the primary tumor, ipsilateral hilum and mediastinum using AP PA fields with 1.8 2.0?Gy per fraction, then 21.7?Gy was boosted to the residual primary and metastatic regional lymph nodes to the median total dose of 65.2?Gy. In LCHSRT group, after the first 44.4?Gy to the primary tumor, ipsilateral hilar region and mediastinum by AP PA fields with a dose fraction of 1.8 2.0?Gy, noncoplanar arc hypofractionated stereotactic radiotherapy was delivered to the residual primary and metastatic lymph nodes to the total dose of (22.8?5.5)?Gy with 4 7?Gy per fraction treated every other day. Results The radiation pneumonitis rates were 11.6% and 14.6% in CRT group and LCHSRT group, respectively. The radiation pulmonary fibrosis rates diagnosed by CT scan 6 months after radiotherapy were 48.8% and 66.7% in CRT group and LCHSRT group, respectively. The complete regression (CR) rates evaluated by CT scan 3 months after treatment in CRT and LCHSRT group were 30.2% and 63.5%, respectively ( P
