1.Expression of Skp2 and P21 in the Process of Breast Hyperplasia Cancerating and its Significance

Objective To investigate the expression and role of Skp2 and P21 in the process of breast hyperplasia cancerizing.Methods The expression of Skp2 and P21 protein in normal breast tissue,adenosis of breast,breast atypical hyperplasia,breast hyperplasia cancerization,and breast cancer were detected by immunohistochemical staining SP method.Results(1) The expression of Skp2 and P21 in normal breast tissue and adenosis of breast was negative,the positive staining rate of Skp2 and P21 in breast atypical hyperplasia was 25.71% and 37.14%,in breast hyperplasia cancerization 63.16% and 73.68%,breast cancer,75% and 100% respectively.The contradistinction between breast atypical hyperplasia and breast hyperplasia cancerization was of significant statistically.But there was no statistical significance between breast hyperplasia cancerization and breast cancer.(2) The expression of P21 could lead to accelerated expression of Skp2.(?2= 10.024,P=0.002).There was a significant positive correlation between Skp2 and P21(r=0.563,P=0.000).Conclusion Skp2 and P21 are involed in the early stage of breast cancer and contribute to the maligant phenotype without affecting infiltration.Both of them are danger factors for breast hyperplasia cancerizing and contribute to malignant process from normal breast tissue and atypical hyperplasia to breast cancer.They are effective indicators for prognosis of breast hyperplasia.
2.Reliability and validity of idol worship scale in college students

ObjectiveTo develop the scale on idol worship for college students.Methods54 items were determined by reviewing items in relating literatures and scales,interview and panel discussion.Then about 110,182 and 277college students were picked out randomly as samples from colleges of Guangzhou.Item analysis,exploratory factor analysis,reliability analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used to analyse the data.ResuitsIdol worship scale comprised four subscales:fascination,rational knowledge,the degree of concern and behavioral modification.The scale was comprised of 20 items,and the factor loading of the items ranged from 0.552 to 0.841.Cronbach's α coefficient of the four subscales were 0.894,0.715,0.769,0.758,and the Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.889.Confirmatory factor analysis showed a higher goodness of fit( RESEA =0.064,GFI =0.89,NFI =0.96,NNFI =0.98,CFI =0.98,IFI =0.98 ).ConclusionThe idol worship scale has good psychometric properties,and can be used as a measurement tool for measuring the idol worship of college students.
3.Biomechanical performance and effect of static interlocking intramedullary nails on femoral fracture healing

BACKGROUND: Interlocking intramedullary nails(SliN)is frequently used to treat femoral fracture.Routine pulling and compression and postoperative motorization are important for fracture healing.To improve fracture healing rate has been focused using various factors.OBJECTIVE: To explore the biomechanical performance of static SliN in fixation of femoral fracture,and the effect on fracture healing.METHODS: A total of 8 pairs of femurs from adult cadavers immersed in formalin were used to prepare models of midpiece transverse fracture.The fracture was respectively fixed using static SliN,TiNi shape-memory sawtooth-arm embracing internal fixator(TiNi SMA),and dynamic compression plate(DCP).The anti-compression,anti-bending,and anti-torsion rigidity were measured,and the stress shielding rate was calculated.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: SliN was similar to DCP group in anti-compression rigidity and anti-bending rigidity(P > 0.05),but the anti-torsion was lower than DCP group(P<0.05).Compared with TiNi SMA group,SliN displayed greater anti-compression rigidity and anti-bending rigidity(P<0.05),but similar anti-torsion(P > 0.05).SliN was similar to DCP group in stress shielding rate(P>0.05),but significantly greater than TiNi SMA group(P<0.01).The biomechanics of SliN was stable,but the stress shielding rate was high.Changing static interlocking into dynamic interlocking in time is necessary in clinic to promote fracture healing.
4.The clinical effect of Redlining injection on acute lung injury

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the lung protective ventilation combining with Re-duning injection on the acute lung injury (ALI). Methods 59 patients with ALI were randomly divided into the lung protective ventilation group (control group, n =30) and the lung protective ventilation wmbined with Reduning injection group(experimental group,n = 29) ,and the changes of vital signs,RR,blood gas analysis,and so on were observed. The comparison between PaO2 and PaO2/FiO2 was carried out. The efficacy and the mortality rate were evaluated. Results Lung injury in 21 cases of experimental group were improved after applied Reduning treatment(72. 41%),there was a significant difference ( P < 0.05) with that of 14 cases in control group (46. 67% ) ; PaO2 increased, PaO2/FiO2 significantly increased in experiment group,there were significant difference compared with those of control group(P <0. 01). The mortality rate in the experimental group was 24.14% ,there was a significant differ-ence(P<0.05) compared with the mortality of 50. 00% in control group. Conclusion Reduning treatment could, improve the pulmonary function in lung protective ventilation to cure ALI,reducing the mortality rate as well.
5.Treatment strategy of rectovaginal fistula after rectal cancer operation

Objective To investigate the cause,therapeutic strategy,methods of treatment and clinical results for the rectovaginal fistulas(RVF)after rectal cancer operations.Methods The clinical data of 14 female patients with RVF after rectal cancer operations were examined retrospectively.According to therapeutic strategy,all patients were divided into two groups,A group and B group,which were seperately performed traditional treatment,and progynova in combination with non-operative treatment.Results Among 10 patients in A group,8 patients were performed feacal diversion stoma,and 7 patients with RVF cured naturally,then performued colostomy reversal and restoration of bowel continuity,the other 2 cases were performed non-operative treatment for refusing feacal diversion stoma.Among 4 patients in B group,3 cases with RVF healed naturally during 1.5 to 2 months,one case secondary to rectal anastomosis was performed feacal diversion stoma for rectovaginal fistula without signs of healing.Conclusion RVF is a rare but serious complication after resection of rectal carcinoma,which is taken by the treatment strategy of progynova in combination with non-operative treatment,not only can promote the natural healing of RVF obviously,but also can shorten the healing time greatly.Feacal diversion stoma can be used while the treatment is failure.
6.Features of clinicopathology and blue laser imaging combined with magnification endoscopy of patients with early gastric cancer

Objective To study the clinical and pathological characteristics of early gastric cancer ( EGC) and to evaluate the value of blue laser imaging combined with magnification endoscopy ( BLI-ME) in the diagnosis of EGC. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on data of 255 patients with EGC diagnosed in Huashan Hospital from January 2014 to January 2017, including 33 cases of preoperative BLI-ME intensive examination. According to the Japanese classification of gastric carcinoma of Japanese Gastric Cancer Association, the EGCs were histopathologically divided into differentiated and undifferentiated subtypes. Clinical characteristics, endoscopic features, pathological type, lymph node metastasis, and lesion characteristics of BLI-ME were analyzed. Results Among the 255 cases of EGC, 164 cases ( 63. 31%) were male, 242 cases ( 94. 90%) were over 40 years old, 182 cases ( 71. 37%) belonged to differentiated type, 93 cases ( 36. 47%) were located in gastric antrum, 92 cases ( 36. 08%) were type 0-Ⅱc under endoscopy, and 37 cases (14. 51%) had lymph node metastasis. Comparative analysis showed that the lymph node metastasis rate was significantly lower in mucosal carcinoma compared to submucosal carcinoma[ 5. 04%(7/139) VS 25. 86% (30/116),χ2=22. 109, P=0. 000], lower in differentiated carcinoma compared to undifferentiated carcinoma[9. 89% (18/182) VS 26. 03% (19/73), χ2=10. 938, P=0. 002], and lower in tumors with maximum diameter of lesion≤2. 0 cm compared to maximum diameter of lesion>2. 0 cm [ 9. 88% ( 16/162 ) VS 22. 58% ( 21/93 ) , χ2 =7. 687, P=0. 009 ] . Among the 33 cases undergoing BLI-ME, differentiated EGC was mainly fine-network pattern (13. 64%, 3/22), intralobular loop pattern (ILL)-1 (59. 09%, 13/22) and ILL-2 (22. 73%, 5/22), whereas undifferentiated subtype patients were characterized as ILL-2 ( 45. 45%, 5/11 ) and corkscrew pattern ( 54. 55%, 6/11 ) . Conclusion The incidence of EGC is higher in male with age over 40 years. Gastric lesions occur most frequently in the antrum, and the most common microscopic morphology is 0-Ⅱc type. Tumor>2. 0 cm or invasion of submucous layer, and undifferentiated carcinoma are prone to lymph node metastasis. The assessment of mucosal microvascular pattern and micro surface structure under BLI-ME facilitate to determine the pathological type of EGC.
7.Expression of lysine oxidase in primary lesion of esophageal cancer and its effect on prognosis of patients with bone metastases based on bioinformatics

Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of lysine oxidase(Lox)in primary lesion of esophageal carcinoma(ESC A)and bone metastasis lesion based on bioin-formatics.Methods The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)and Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis(GEPIA)databases were used to screen for differentially expressed genes between ESCA and normal esophageal tissues.Follow-up information of patients with surgery for esophageal cancer in the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2016 to December 2020 were screened,and the clinical materials of patients diagnosed as bone metastasis during the follow-up period were collected.Western blot was used to verify the expression of Lox in ESCA and normal esophageal tis-sues;immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of Lox in human ESCA tissue and normal tissue;the impact of Lox expression on survival was explored by Kaplan-Meier curve and Cox regression.Results Through the analysis of ESCA data in GEPIA and TCGA databases,it was found that the expression of Lox in ESCA lesions was significantly higher than that in normal tissues(P<0.05);the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)and Gene Ontology(GO)enrichment analyses found that Lox may be involved in the information conduction of various signaling pathways;the Western blot result showed that the expression of Lox in cancer tissue was higher than that in adjacent normal tissue(P<0.05);the analysis of follow-up data found that patients with high expression of Lox were more likely to have multiple bone metastases;survival analysis revealed that patients with high Lox expression had significantly shorter bone metastasis free survival and o-verall survival compared to patients with low Lox expression(P<0.05);Cox regression found that Lox was an independent risk factor for prognosis of patients with esophageal cancer bone metastasis.Conclusion Lox is highly expressed in ESCA and significantly related to clinical prognosis,which can be used as an effective target for the diagnosis and treatment of ESCA.
