1.Chemokine receptor CXCR7 and tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2013;(6):431-433
CXCR7 is a new receptor of chemokine CXCL12 after CXCR4.The present study shows that CXCL12/CXCR7 biological axis has important influence to the development of a variety of tumors, similar to CXCL12/CXCR4 biological axis.CXCR7 is present in many kinds of tumor tissues and tumor cells widely, and plays an important role in tumor cells growth, proliferation, adhesion and migration.Restraining CXCR7 expression or blocking the CXCR7 signaling pathways may offer new strategies for the treatment of tumors.
2.Observation on Acupuncture Effect Features of Electric Acupuncture on PC7-Daling under Different States
World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(7):1597-1601
This article was aimed to observe the intracardiac pressure under different states by electric acupuncture (EA) on yuan-source point of PC7-Daling and to explore the acupuncture effect features. Catheterization was applied through the right common carotid artery to the left ventricle in order to record the left intraventricular pressure. The intracardiac pressure was used as an indicator. The effects of EA on PC7-Daling to the left intraventricular pressure of rats were observed under the states of normal physiology, isoproterenol and propranolol, respectively. The results showed that for the immediate effects of acupuncture, EA on PC7-Daling can obviously excited the intracardiac pressure of normal rats. Under the state of intravenous application of propranolol and isoproterenol, no obvious reac-tions during EA on PC7-Daling. From the effects of acupuncture, under normal conditions, EA on PC7-Daling had excitatory effect; under propranolol state, it had inhibitory effects; and the effect of isoproterenol state was variable. It was concluded that according to the specificity of acupoint effect, PC7-Daling can excite intracardiac pressure.

International Eye Science 2017;17(9):1796-1798
AIM:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of balloon dilatation in infants with lacrimal passage obstruction.METHODS:Totally 86 patients (116 eyes) with lacrimal duct obstruction from July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016 were randomly divided into two groups according to the digital table. The observation group (43 cases, 60 eyes) were operated with balloon dilatation and the control group (43 cases, 56 eyes) were treated with duct exploratory operation. The patients were followed up for 6mo to compare the efficacy.RESULTS:At the 6mo postoperatively, the primary cure rate and total cure rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Balloon dilatation operation is safe, and its clinical efficacy is better than lacrimal duct exploratory operation, is an effective way to treat lacrimal duct obstruction in infants.

Objective:To introduce the application of 3D printing technology in standardized residency training of percutaneous precise biopsy.Methods:Twenty-two residents were randomly divided into innovative teaching group and traditional teaching group, with 11 ones in each group. Residents in both groups received standardized training of percutaneous biopsy procedure. Innovative teaching group was given 3D printing template combined with guided operation, while traditional teaching group used bare hand operation. The time spent in biopsy, the times of needle adjustment, the frequency of CT scanning during operation, the positive rate of material sampling and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:During the percutaneous lung biopsy, two groups of physicians performed the procedure. There was no significant difference between the two groups in operation time [(22.34±3.12) vs. (23.56±4.21)] and the positive rate of sampling (72.73% vs. 90.91%) ( P> 0.05), but there were significant differences in the times of adjusting biopsy needle during operation [(2.11±0.67) vs. (1.02±0.93)], the frequency of intraoperative CT scanning [(4.35±0.76) vs. (3.12±0.84)] and the incidence of complications (54.55% vs. 27.27%) ( P< 0.05). In percutaneous peritoneal organ biopsy, there was no significant difference among the two groups in the operation time [(16.25±2.89) vs. (15.12±2.59)], the number of CT scans [(3.45±0.79) vs. (2.98±0.23)] and the positive rate (78.57% vs. 88.24%) ( P> 0.05), but there were significant differences in times of intraoperative biopsy needle adjustments [(2.43±0.43) vs. (1.84±0.89)] and the incidence of complications (35.71% vs. 5.88%) ( P< 0.05). Conclusion:The application of 3D printing technology combined with the teaching of three-dimensional guided stent can make percutaneous biopsy technique stylized and standardized. It is of great significance to standardize the operation for improving the quality of medical treatment, and it is worth popularizing in clinical teaching.

OJECTIVETo explore whether different acupuncture signals were afferent to the cerebellar fastigial nucleus (FN) neuron and to find out their corresponding effect features through observing the effect of spontaneous discharge of cerebellar FN neuron by needling at different acupoints.
METHODSTotally 120 male SD rats were anesthetized by 20% urethane and their right cerebellar FN were positioned (AP 11. 6 mm, RL 1. 0 mm, H 5. 6 mm). Extracelluar discharge was recorded by glass microelectrode (AP: -11. 6 mm, R: 1. 0 mm, H: 5.7 -7. 0 mm), using extracellular microelectrode recording method, recording the spontaneous discharge of cerebellar FN neurons as a baseline. Random order of needling at zusanli (ST36), quchi (Lil1), weishu (BL21), and zhongwan (CV12) were compared with the baseline before each acupuncture. Their effects on the discharge of cerebellar FN neurons were observed and compared with baselines.
RESULTSThe frequency of FN neuronal discharge could be elevated by needling at zusanli (ST36), quchi (LiI), weishu (BL21), and zhongwan (CV12) (P <0. 01, P <0. 05). The response rate of needling at Zhongwan (CV12, 56. 00%) was higher than that of needling at Zusanli (ST36), Quchi (Ll1), and Weishu (BL21) (35. 00%, 34. 62%, 36. 63%, respectively) with statistical difference (P <0. 05). The response rate of needling at zhongwan (CV12) was obviously higher than that of needing at other points (F = 2. 101, P < 0. 05).
CONCLUSIONSNeedling at zusanli (ST36 ), quchi (Lil), weishu (BL21), and zhongwan (CV12) could elevate the spontaneous discharge frequency of cerebellar FN neurons. Needling at Zhongwan (CV12) had advantageous roles in regulating cerebellar FN.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the clinical efficacy of cannulated screw fixation with percutaneous Poking reduction for the treatment of Sanders II, III calcaneal fracture.
METHODSFrom January 2012 to January 2014, 19 patients with Sanders II, III calcaneal fracture were treated with cannulated screw fixation with percutaneous Poking reduction. There were 14 males and 5 females, ranging in age from 19 to 58 years old, with an average age of (38.3 +/- 4.1) years old. The changes of Bohler angle and Gissane angle were measured and compared preoperatively and postoperatively to observe the recovery of the articular surface. The Maryland Foot Score was used to evaluate operation outcomes.
RESULTSAll the patients were followed up, and the duration ranged from 12 to 28 months with a mean of (22.3 +/- 5.3) months. The Bohler angle and Gissane angle were improved significantly after operation compared with those before operation (P < 0.05). The Maryland score was 83.2 +/- 8.4.
CONCLUSIONTreatment of calcaneal fractures with screw fixation with percutaneous Poking reduction has several advantages such as satisfactory outcome, less damage, fewer complications, quicker recovery, and shorter hospital stay, and it is one of the effective treatments for Sanders II and III calcaneal fractures.
