1.Screening of Sponge Stelletta tennui Associated Anti-microbial Bacteria and Their Synergistic Effects
Microbiology 1992;0(04):-
A total of 104 marine bacterial strains were isolated from Stelletta tennui around Sanya area of South China Sea by dilution-plate method and were screened for anti-microbial activity on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureu, Pseudomonas fluorescens, Bacillus subtilis, Aspergillus niger, Candida albicans and Pacecilomyces variotii by agar diffusion, paper disc diffusion assay and cell concentration counts methods. It was found that 23 strains, which are 22.2% of the total isolated strains, have anti-microbial activities. Among the 23 strains, A05, A08, A72 and A75 were morphologically, physiologically and biochemically characterized and identified to be the genus Bacillus. At the same time, it was proved that there are positive and negative synergistic effects between or among active strains, e.g., as for A72-75 combination, an obvious enhanced anti-microbial activities on inhibiting Candida albicans and Pseudomomas fluorescens growth was observed than A72 or A75.

Chinese Journal of AIDS & STD 2006;0(04):-
Objective To identify main problems and related factors existing in monitoring and evaluation(M&E)of HIV/AIDS prevention and control in China through status quo investigation and problem analysis. Methods Data collected from the existing information and field investigations were analyzed with horizontal, longitudinal comparison and GAP analysis to identify current situation and problems. Results 1)Basic situation in the seven aspects, including;institution, staff, funding, use of indicators, data management, result feedback and operation of M&E was defined;2)Problems in the five aspects, including coordination mechanism, staff ability, use of indicator system, data analysis and use and level of M&E were identified. Conclusions In order to improve the overall quality of M&E of HIV/AIDS prevention and control in this country,a unified nationwide M&E system of HIV/AIDS prevention and control should be established.

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2000;0(06):-
The expressions of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) and its receptor (c-Met) protein were examined by immunohistochemistry in benign and malignant thyroid neoplasms. The results showed that the positive rates of HGF and c-Met protein expressions in thyroid carcinomas were significantly higher than those of thyroid adenomas, and especially the expressions of HGF and c-Met proteins in follicular thyroid carcinomas were significantly higher than those in follicular thyroid adenomas. There existed significantly positive correlation between the expression degrees of HGF and c-Met in follicular thyroid carcinoma. Thus, the expressions of HGF and c-Met may be valuable in predicting prognosis of thyroid carcinomas and differentiating benign from malignant thyroid neoplasms.

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(12):-
Objective To investigate relationship between levels of follicle-sitimulating horomone receptor(FSHR) and ovarian response induced by gonadotropin hormone, and whether the FSHR expression is correlated with in vitro fertilization(IVF) outcome. Methods Granulose cells were collected from 43 women receiving IVF-embryo transplantation(IVF-ET).According to the number of oocyte, the women were divided into three groups: low response(15).The expression intensity of FSHR was measured by immunohistochemistry technique. The expression intensity of FSHR on the granular cell, the embryological and clinical outcomes were compared and analyzed. Results The expression of FSHR was significantly different in three groups with the highest in high response group(P0.05).The FSHR level was positively correlated either with the number of oocyte (r=0.719) or with the serum E2 levels(r=0.516,P0.05). Conclusion Ovarian response to gonadotropin hormone stimulation is correlated with the level of FSHR in the granulose cells. The development of follicles may be influenced by it.

Microbiology 1992;0(03):-
Since 1970's , lots of studies on biodegradation of chloroanilines (CAS) have been done, especially, in these aspects: spieces and capability of the microbes; metabolic pathway; gene cloning, expression of degradation plas-mid and pivotal metabolic emzymes. It is necessary for us to review the study on biodegradation of chloroanilines in order to summarize some useful results and the problems in this study.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(5):599-604
1H NMR-based metabolomic approach combined with multivariate statistical analysis was used to evaluate the quality of 21 Farfarae Flos (FF) samples from different growth regions. Principal component analysis showed that wild and cultivated FF could be separated clearly, suggesting a big chemical difference existed between them. Supervised PLS-DA analysis indicated that the wild samples showed higher levels of secondary metabolites, such as bauer-7-ene-3β, 16α-diol, chlorogenic acid, rutin, 7-(3'-ethylcrotonoyloxy)-1α-(2'-methyl-butyryloxy)-3, 14-dehydro-Z-notonipetranone (EMDNT), tussilagone, β-sitosterol and sitosterone. This is consistent with traditional experience that the quality of wild samples are better than that of cultivated ones. The content of pyrrolizidine alkaloids senkirkine also differed greatly among samples from different habitats. The Pearson correlation analysis showed that senkirkine is positively correlated with 4, 5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid, 3,5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid, 3,4-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid, rutin, kampferol analogues, to a statistically significant extent. The correlation between the toxic compounds and the bioactive components in FF should be further studied.

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the oral hygiene of vagrant patients with mental problems. Methods Toally 80 vagrant patients with mental problems were saved and treated with oral health care intervention for a period of three months. The pre-intervention effects were prepared with the post-intervention ones in terms of tooth brushing, oral health and periodontal disease related symptoms intervention. Results Before intervention, the rate of tooth brushing was significantly higher and the rate of periodontal disease related symptoms significantly lower than that before intervention (P<0.05).The scores on physical function limitation, pain and discomfort, psychological discomfort, weakened ability in independent living and the total score after intervention were all significantly lowered as compared to the pre-intervention.Conclusion Oral nursing intervention can improve oral hygiene and oral health of vagrant patients with mental diseases.
