Objective To investigate the efficacy and mechanism of mongolian medicine Menggenwusenrile in the treatment of imiquimod -induced psoriasiform skin inflammation in mice. Methods Fifty cases of BALB/c female mice were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, Menggenwusenrile low, middle and high dose groups, 10 cases in each group.Normal control group was given 0.3% sodium car-boxyl methyl cellulose(CMCNa) 2 mL/100 g, once a day intragastric administration for consecutive 21 days.Modal group was given 0.3%CMCNa 2 mL/100 g, once a day intragastric administration for consecu-tive 21 days.Menggenwusenrile low, middle and high dose groups were given 0.33, 0.66, 1.32 g? kg-1 , once a day intragastric administration for consecutive 21 days. The expression of proliferating cell nuclear anti-gen ( PCNA) , transforming growth factor-α( TGF-α) , tumor necrosis factor-α( TNF-α) , platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1/CD31 (CD31), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)and Toll -like receptors-2 ( TLR-2 ) were detected by immunohistochemical stai-ning.Results Six kinds of immunohistochemical analysis showed the each drug dose group was higher than the model group, high dose is bet-ter than middle dose group, the middle dose group is better than low dose. Conclusion Menggenwusenrile have a better therapeutic effect in imiquimod-induced psoriasiform skin inflam-mation in mice.

Chinese Journal of Emergency Medicine 2009;18(4):355-360
Objective To analyze the emergency medical services of the 2006 Olympic Came opening ceremony, and meanwhile to provide information and data for medical treatment at future international activities.Method About 120 000 people, consisting of athletes, actors, audience and staff, joined the opening ceremony. The emergency medical services were completed according to gathering regions, flowing directions, routes, and peaks, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results Twenty-two medical stations and 61 emergency medical supervising units provided pre-hospital services, and there turned out to be 573 patients during the opening ceremony. All of the patients were provided with emergent medical services on the spot, and some critically ill patients were sent to the local hospital after first aid. There was no death, serious.injuries,or chaos during the Opening Ceremony.Conchusions The foundation of emergency service is to set up a sound emergency response system. To successfully fulfill the minion.it is well-advised to enforce the pre-hospital human resources and emergency equipments, make serial trainings.collocate the medical station and supervising stands according to the the number of patients and its peak.

OBJECTIVETo explore the conversion rule of serological blood group and blood group substance after successful allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and to provide theory for clinical special blood type identification and blood transfusion.
METHODSThe growth cycle of recipient WBC and RBC, RBC chimera, blood group antibody production and remaining in full transition were observed. Conversion rule of blood group substance, contradiction between cells typing and sera typing were detected by saline medium tube method and microcolumn gel method after stem cells transplantation.
RESULTSThe average time of engraftment in 21 recipients was about 18.6 days, RBC growth cycle in 8 major blood type incompatibility was 56.6 days, 25.9 days in 9 minor blood type incompatibility, 67 days in 4 bidirectional blood type incompatibility (P < 0.01). The ratio of RBC chimeric growth was 1:9, gradually converse to donor's blood group. Residue of recipient anti-A(B) was left after conditioning regimen, disappeared after full transformation, and recipient anti-A(B) was converse to donor's blood type in major blood type incompatibility. 5 A blood type recipient donated by O blood type blood generated anti-B instead of anti-A, 3 B blood type recipient generated only anti-A instead of B in minor blood type incompatibility, and 1 AB blood type recipient donated by A did not generate anti-B. Among 4 bidirectional blood type incompatibility, 2 B blood type recipient donated by A blood type blood did not generate anti-B, 2 A recipient by B could not produce anti-A. Recipient blood group substance helped original ABO blood type substance remain unchanged.
CONCLUSIONAmong patient with allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, recipient's ABO and RBC blood type can be converse to donor's, but there is significant difference between patients of serological blood group and of normal people (P < 0.01). Recipient blood group substance helps original ABO blood type substance remain unchanged (P > 0.01).

Microbiology 2008;0(09):-
One hundred and fifty two actinomycetes were isolated from forty two radiation-polluted soil samples, using six different isolation media. Sixty cultures were chosen for 16S rRNA gene sequence and systematic analysis, which based on their morphology and ARDRA. Results of 16S rRNA gene sequences blasting showed that the strains were assigned to 12 recognized genera of actinomycetes, most of them fall within Streptomyces genus and a great deal of strains belonged to rare actinomycetes, which indicated a rich diversity of actinomycetes in the radiation-polluted soil.
