During L-lactic acid fermentation with Rhizopus oryzae,there existed a branch pathway by which pyruvate was transformed to eth- anol catalyzed by pyruvate decarboxylase(PDC)and alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH),thus decreasing the flux of pyruvate to lactic acid.In this study,the spores of Rhizopus oryzae AS3.3462 mutagenized with nitrosoguanidine(NTG),the appropriate dosage was 0.15 mg/mL and the lethal rate was 70%～80%.Two mutants,named mut-1 and mut-2,with decreased ADH activity were screened out by yeast peptone dextrose(YPD)agar medium containing allyl alcohol.These two mutants had decreased ADH activities of 41.63% and 50.29% compared with the parent strain.The fermentation behavior after 72h showed that the yields of ethanol produced by mut-1 and mut-2 were 4.87g/L and 6.56g/L respectively,while the wild type strain was 28.9g/L,and the lactate concentrations of mut-1 and mut-2 also increased from 40.31g/L to 54.45g/L and 44.07 g/L,respectively.It is also found that mut-1 and mut-2 had a high reducing sugar consumption rate and biomass accumulation than its present strain

Objective: To explore the effect of psychotherapy in treating middle school students with IAD (internet addiction disorder). Methods: 23 cases of middle school students with IAD had been treated by cognitive therapy or behavior therapy. The IAD scale, SCL-90 scale and SDS scale were used to evaluate the effect before and after therapy. Results: After therapy, the total scores and most dimensions scores in IAD scale, SCL-90 scale and SDS scale decreased significantly than that before therapy. Conclusions: Psychotherapy especially cognitive therapy and behavior therapy is an effective in treating middle school students with IAD.

Using bioactive compounds 7-hydroxy flavone, salicylaldehyde, cinnamic acid and 4-amino-5- mercapto-1,2,4-triazoles as starting materials, three new types of flavone derivatives containing 1,2,4-triazole structure were synthesized via different step reactions. These new compounds were characterized by 1IHNMR, ESI-MS, IR and elemental analysis. Their scavenging effects on the superoxide radical (O2·-), hydroxyl radical (·OH), DPPH · radical and their total reduction activities were tested. The results showed that all of the compounds possessed some antioxidative activity at the concentration of 0.5 mg · mL(-1), but the scavenging ability of the target compounds was lower than that of the standard compound Vc.

BACKGROUND: The extramedulary fixation system including dynamic hip screw (DHS) is commonly used in treatment of Intertrochanteric fracture. However, in patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture, extramedulary fixation system often leads to the failure of fracture fixation. Intramedulary fixation system including both proximal femoral nail antirotation (PFNA) and InterTan nail has been widely used in the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fractures. OBJECTIVE:To compare the therapeutic effects of extramedulary fixation system containing DHS, PFNA and InterTan nail in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture. METHODS:Literatures were searched in Wanfang, PubMed, Embase, Medline, the Cochrane library to screen literatures published from January 1990 to November 2014. Relevant studies addressing extramedulary fixation system containing DHS, PFNA and InterTan nail were screened. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: 346 articles were screened, and 13 of them were in accordance with the inclusion criteria. 1 271 patients with different types of intertrochanteric fracture were assessed in this study. Compared to DHS group, patients treated with PFNA and InterTan nail had shorter operation time and less blood loss. No significant difference in rehabilitation time and Harris score was detected among three kinds of fixation methods. Additionaly, PFNA and InterTan nail had a similar effect. These findings verify that compared with DHS, PFNA and InterTan nail can optimize the surgery, but cannot elevate postoperative outcomes.

Objective To investigate the changes of NF-κB p65, IL-6 and cell apoptosis in sec-ondary brain injury after traumatic brain injury and the influence of fenofibrate on these parameters in rats. Methods Ninety-eight male Sprague-Dawley ( SD) rats were randomly divided into two groups:fenofibrate group ( n =49) and control group ( n =49) .The fenofibrate group was induced with the improved Feeney method and received intragastrica of lipanthyl 60 mg/(kg? d) immediately after injury.The control group were received intragastrica of sodium chloride injection 2 ml/( kg? d) immediately after injury and twice everyday until rats were killed.Each group was divided into seven subgroups by sacrificed time after injury, those were 1 h, 3 h, 6 h, 12 h, 24 h, 3 d, and 7 d, and each subgroup got 7 rats.Each subgroup was ran-domly selected three rats after being killed to detect expressions of NF-κB p65 and IL-6 of rat contusion peri tissues brain tissues with immunohistochemical method.While using terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling ( TUNEL) method was used to observe the peri cell apoptosis after brain contusion.Results The expressions of NF-κB p65 and the IL-6 in each fenofibrate group were significantly decreased relative to the control group ( P <0.05),and a significant positive correlation between both pa-rameters in two groups ( P <0.01) .At the same time, the number of apoptotic cells was decreased ( P <0.05).Conclusions Fenofibrate was probably through the route of relieving inflammation response to re-duce the change of secondary brain injury after traumatic brain injury and decrease neural cell apoptosis, and then provide protection of neurocytes.

Breast cancer is a multistep process with abnormalities of some biomarkers.Knowledge of biomarkers can provide prognostic information in addition to the clinicopathologic factors,and is useful to carry out the indiviual treat- ment.In this review,we summarized the most recent work in the field of biological markers used for the prognosis,such as Her-2/neu,P53,BRCA1,Angiogenesis,LOH,et al
