Journal of China Medical University 2016;45(7):596-600
Objective To investigate the influence of different kinds of post?core materials on fracture resistant ability of different walls during weakened root restoration. Methods Forty?eight human single root mandibular first premolars were randomly assigned to two groups(groupⅠwas repaired with quartz?fiber post?core and mental crown ,and groupⅡwas repaired with Co?Cr cast metal post?core and mental crown). Each main group was then divided into four subgroups of 6 specimens. All samples were tested on the universal test machine. We observed the fracture load and the fracture mode of the specimens. Results Cr?Co ally post?core group exhibited significantly higher resistance to fracture than quartz fiber post?core in the same number weakened root walls(P<0.05). With the increase in the quantity of weakened root walls ,the fracture resistance was significant decreased in the same post?core material(P<0.05). The possibility of repairable fractures in groupⅠwas significantly higher than that in groupⅡ(P<0.05). Conclusion Cr?Co alloy post?core can bear a higher bite ,but quartz fiber post?core has the most favorable fracture modes.
2.Expression and correlation of Hedgehog signaling pathway and LKB1 gene in breast cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(9):674-676
Hedgehog signaling pathway is excessive activated in breast cancer.LKBl is currently accepted as a tumor-suppressor gene, which can inhibit the proliferation of breast cancer. The overexpression of LKB1 can regulate the expression of CyclinDl series gene which is a target gene of Hedgehog signaling pathway.Meanwhile, the study found that PKA gene play an important role in Hedgehog signaling pathway, its activation is related with the cAMP state, and LKB1 genes can influence the cAMP state.Therefore,LKB1 gene and the Hedgehog signaling pathway may exist some inevitable connection.

China Pharmacy 2016;27(19):2671-2674
OBJECTIVE:To construct surgery base drug management system, and to realize efficient and accurate drug man-agement in surgery room. METHODS:The functions of surgery base drug management system exploited by our hospital were intro-duced,and the effect of the system was evaluated in department of anesthesiology. RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS:The system pos-sesses the functions of surgery drug automated affiliated charge, standardized narcotics prescription autogeneration, discarded nar-cotics prescription auto-prescribing,and drug information summary statisticing and checking, etc. After the application of the sys-tem,nonstandard rate of prescription decreased from 12.7% of handwritten prescription to 0.1% of electronic prescription;the time of drug requisition and checking decreased from(8.5±1.6)min to 0 min and(7.6±1.0)min to(2.9±0.9)min(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The system standardizes medication behavior of physicians and improve their work efficiency, avoid the loophole of drug charge management, realize the consistency between the accounts and the real numbers of narcotics, improve the rate of quality pre-scriptions and narcotics management, and realize integration, automation, intellectualization and whole-course supervision of drug management in pharmacy and clinical departments.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(23):-
Integrin is a kind of crucial adhesive molecule on the membrane, and it exerts its function through activating its intra-cellular effectors. One of the most important effectors is integrin-linked kinase (ILK),which is a serine/threonine protein kinase located in focal adhesions and has a key position in transducing many of the biochemical signals. It plays an important roles in regulating fundamental processes such as cell-matrix interactions, growth, proliferation, survival, differentiation, migration, invasion and angiogenesis under both physilogical and pathological processes.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1986;0(02):-
Angiogenesis is a fundamental physiological and pathological process in human body.Angiogenesis is regulated by integrins,a family of cell surface receptors. After binding with their ligands such as extracellular matrix proteins and immunoglobulin superfamily molecules, integrins can promote the proliferation and migration of endothelial cells during angiogenesis.Several integrin-targeted therapeutic agents are currently used in clinical trials for the therapy of angiogenesis related diseases. Here, there will show the roles of integrins in angiogenesis and clinical application.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(12):-
To understand the present application of gene chip in ischemic brain damage, investigate the application value and the future trends of gene chip technology, the literatures on the application of gene chip in the research of all kinds of ischemic brain damage in the database including MEDLINE,EMBASE,CNKI and VIP were reviewed and comprehensively analyzed.Literatures showed that many differential expressed genes including the significant regulating genes in the pathomechanism and some new neuroprotective genes were found during the application in the research of brain damage including global ischemia, focal cerebral ischemia, and hypoxic ischemic brain damage. Therefore, gene chip has manifested its great application value in the research of ischemic brain damage and deserves a further investigation.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2010;33(24):8-10
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the soft-shell technique with domestic materials during the cataract phacoemulsification. Methods Eighty-two eyes of 76 patients with the mature cataract phacoemulsification were divided into 3 groups randomly, including 28 eyes using the soft-shell technique with sodium tvlose and sodium hyaluronate (the domestic group),and 28 eyes using DuoVisc (Viscoat+ProVisc) (the import group), and 26 eyes using sodium hyaluronate (the common group). Results The average naked vision was 0.50 ± 0.22,0.51 ± 0.27,0.27 ± 0.21 respectively on the first day after operation. There was no signiticant difference between the domestic group and the import group (P>0.05 ), while the first two groups and the common group had significant difference (P < 0.05). The average naked vision was 0.61 ± 0.17,0.63 ± 0.18,0.58 ± 0.18 respectively 7 days after operation. There was no statistical difference among the three groups (P > 0.05 ). The rate of corneal endothelial cells 1 month after operation was 7.1% in the domestic group,7.0% in the import group and 15.9% in the common group. It was clear that the rate in the domestic group and the import group was much lower than that in the common group. Meanwhile, the difference existed statistically between the two groups and the common group (P < 0.01 ). However, the difference between the domestic group and the import group had no statistical significance. Conclusion The soft-shell technique with domestic materials is as safe and effective as that with the import materials in protecting the corneal endothelial cells during the cataract surgery in patients with the mature cataract.

Tianjin Medical Journal 2017;45(5):481-484
Objective To investigate the expression levels of Rac1 and E-cadherin and their correlation in oral squamous cell carcinoma, and to explore their relations to clinical pathological parameters. Methods The expression levels of Rac1 and E-cadherin were detected in 22 samples of oral squamous cell carcinoma and 8 samples of para-carcinoma tissue by using immunohistochemistry technique (SP). The patients were divided into two groups according to the clinicopathological parameters. The differences of Rac1 and E-cadherin expression levels were analyzed between the groups. Results The positive expression rates of Rac1 were 1/8 and 77.3%(17/22) in para-carcinoma tissue and oral squamous cell carcinoma, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P=0.003). The positive expression rates of E-cadherin were 8/8 and 31.8%(7/22), and there was a difference between them (P=0.002). The Rac1 protein expression rate was increased and E-cadherin was decreased in oral squamous cell carcinoma. There were no significant differences in Rac 1 and E-cadherin between different age and gender groups. There was significant difference in Rac1 expression between patients with metastasis and patients without metastasis (P=0.021). While there was no difference in E-cadherin expression between patients with metastasis and patients without metastasis. No correlation was found between Rac 1 and E-cadherin expressions in oral squamous cell carcinoma. Conclusion The high expression of Rac1 and low expression of E-cadherin may play an important role in the tumorigenesis and progression of oral squamous cell carcinoma.
