1.Clinical observation on body gama-knife for the treatment of obstructive jaundice caused by cholangiocarcinoma

Objective To observe the symptoms,short and long term effects of body gama-knife in treatment of obstructive jaundice caused by cholangiocarcinoma.Methods 76 patients with obstructive jaundice caused by cholangiocarcinoma were treated with OUR-QGD body gamma-knife.The single therapeutic dose was 3.0-4.0 Gy,isodose curves was 50.0 %-65.0 %,the total treatment time was 10-12 times.The liver function,blood routine and adverse effects were monitored.Results Among 76 patients,the jaundice symptoms of 69 cases were significantly reduced,the TBIL and ALT levels were significantly lower than that before treatment (P < 0.05),the ORR was 88.16 % (67/76),DCR was 90.79 % (69/76).The median TTP was 8.8 months and the median OS was 13.4 months.Conclusions Body gamma-knife treatment for obstructive jaundice caused by cholangiocarcinoma can significantly improve symptoms of patients,and improve their life quality.This treatment has less adverse effects and satisfaction short-time and long-term effects.

3.Chemical Constituents in Groups of Effective Components Extracted fromXiaoxuming Decoction

This article was aimed to study the chemical constituents in groups of effective components extracted from Xiaoxuming Decoction. Twelve compounds were isolated and purified by dynamic axial compression column chromatography. Their chemical structures were identified by spectral analysis. The results showed that twelve compounds were isolated and identified as octacosanoic acid(1), cetanol(2), oroxylin A(3), wogonin(4), baicalein(5), tetrandrine(6), fangchinoline(7), wogonoside(8), baicalin(9), paeoniflorin(10), amygdalin(11), manntol(12). It was concluded that all compounds were isolated from this compound prescription for the first time.
4.Teaching practice in the public selective course nutriology of traditional Chinese medicine

5.Study on Quality ofYuan-Hu Zhi-TongTablet from Different Manufacturers by HPLC Fingerprint

This study was aimed to evaluate the quality ofYuan-Hu Zhi-Tong (YHZT) tablet from different manufacturers by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) fingerprint. An HPLC method was developed to establish the fingerprint of 12 batches of YHZT from 10 manufacturers. The common peaks were confirmed by mass spectrometric analysis. Similarity analysis (SA), hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA) and principal component analysis (PCA) were applied to analyze the fingerprint chromatography. The results showed that there were 15 common peaks in which 12 components were from Corydalis Rhizoma and 3 from Radix Angelicae Dahuricae. The similar degrees of 12 batches of YHZT tablet were between 0.498 and 0.999. Based on the values, they could fall into three groups. The result of HCA showed that 12 batches of samples could be divided into 3 classes. The results of PCA indicated that the first three principal components (PCs) could represent the 15 common peaks. According to the scores of 3 PCs, 12 batches of samples could be divided into three categories. The classification result was mainly affected by the components of Corydalis Rhizoma. The classification results of three methods were basically the same. Based on the combination of three methods, 12 samples can be divided into three grades in the aspect of quality. It was concluded that the quality differences of YHZT tablet from different manufacturers were obvious. The combining application of three methods can be used in the evaluation on fingerprint of samples from different sources and influence factor analysis. It can be used as an effective method for quality evaluation.
6.Research on Pretreatment Method of Styrene Type Macroporous Resin and Its Application on Separation and Purification of Traditional Chinese Medicine

This article was aimed to study pretreatment method of styrene type macroporous resin and its application in the industrial production. The organic residues and heavy metals of styrene type macroporous resin were detected respectively by gas chromatography and atomic absorption spectrophotometry before and after pretreatment to optimize the pretreatment process. The results showed that contents of organic residues and heavy metals of styrene type macroporous resin with the preferred method of pretreatment are in line with relevant regulations. It was concluded that this pretreatment method was simple and feasible, which is suitable to be applied in the industrial production.
7.ISSR Analysis on Genetic Diversity of Germplasm Resource of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos

This paper was aimed to study the genetic diversity and genetic relationship of germplasm resource of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos in order to provide references for its breeding. A total of 36 samples from 18 farm varieties and wild species, as well as related species of Lonicera japonica Thunb. from the main production areas were studied by ISSR-PCR markers. The Jaccard coefficient was worked out by NTSYS-pc software. And a cluster dendrogram of different samples was established based on unweighted pair-group method with arithmetic mean (UPGMA). The re-sults showed that 12 ISSR primers generated 129 loci of which 114 loci were polymorphic. The average percentage of polymorphic bands (PPB) is 88.37%. In the cluster dendrogram, different samples of Lonicera japonica are in the same group, which showed that it is a natural species; the wild sample is separated from the cultivated samples; the traditional type-Maohua is relative stable, but the type of Jizhuahua includes complicated varieties, and it has obvi-ous genetic variation; the new variety Jiufeng 1 has already distinct into one stable type. It was concluded that the ISSR method was suitable for germplasm identification, genetic diversity analysis of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos, thus providing a theoretical foundation for its cultivation and breeding.
8.Simultaneous Determination of Seven Active Components in Guo-Ming-Xing Bi-Yan Granules by HPLC under Multiple UV Wavelengths

This study was aimed to establish a simultaneous determination method of chlorogenic acid,liquiritin,rosmarinic acid,arctiin,glycyrrhizic acid,schisandrin,menthone in Guo-Ming-Xing Bi-Yan(GMXBY) granules by HPLC under multiple UV wavelengths.Waters Symmetry C18 column (4.6 mm× 250 mm,5μm) was used as the chromatographic column.Acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid water solution was used as the mobile phase with gradient elution.The detection wavelength of chlorogenic acid and rosmarinic acid was 327 nm; that of liquiritin and arctiin was 280 nm; that of glycyrrhizic acid,schisandrin and menthone was 250 nm.The column temperature was 25℃.The injection volume was 10μL.Chlorogenic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 1.19-59.50μg?mL-1 (r = 0.999 8).The average recovery rate was 100.95%.Liquiritin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 1.51-150.70μg?mL-1 (r = 0.999 1).The average recovery rate was 100.38%.Rosmarinic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 3.40-68.08 μg?mL-1 (r = 0.999 9).The average recovery rate was 101.02%.Arctiin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 56.15-1 123.00μg?mL-1 (r =0.999 9).The average recovery rate was 100.39%.Glycyrrhizic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 21.54-430.80μg?mL-1 (r = 0.999 8).The average recovery rate was 97.09%.Schisandrin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 2.57-51.34μg?mL-1 (r = 0.999 9).The average recovery rate was 99.19%.Menthone showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.50-10.00μg?mL-1 (r = 0.999 9).The average recovery rate was 100.35%.This established method was simple and reliable with good reproducibility,which can be used as the determination method of active components in GMXBY granules.
9.Determination on Human Plasma Protein Binding Rate of Ginkgolide A, B and K in Diterpene Ginkgolides Meglumine Injection

This paper was aimed to study the human plasma protein binding rate of diterpene ginkgolides meglumine injection.The equilibrium dialysis was used to determine the human plasma protein binding rate of ginkgolide A (GA),ginkgolide B (GB) and ginkgolide K (GK) in diterpene ginkgolides meglumine injection.The LC-MS/MS method was used for the content determination of ginkgolides.And then,the plasma protein binding rate was calculated.The results showed that there was no interference from other ingredients for the determination of ginkgolides.The calibration curve of the analytes was in good linearity in certain range of contents.The precision and stability of the analytes met the methodology requirements.After 8 h incubation,the human plasma protein binding rate of GA,GB and GK achieved balance.The human plasma protein binding rate of GA (0.34,1.70 and 8.51μg·mL-1) was 84.03%-88.11%; the human plasma protein binding rate of GB (0.62,3.09 and 15.5μg·mL-1) was 41.21%-53.56%; the human plasma protein binding rate of GK (0.04,0.20 and 1.01μg·mL-1) was 45.24%-59.59%.It was concluded that the method was simple,rapid and sensitive,which met the analysis requirement for biological samples.GA had a high plasma protein binding rate; GB and GK had medium plasma protein binding rate.
10.Effect of perioperative administration of dexmedetomidine on postoperative ileus after laparocolectomy

Objective To evaluate the effect of perioperative administration of dexmedetomidine on postoperative ileus after laparocolectomy.Methods Sixty patients scheduled for abdominal surgery were randomly divided into two groups,30 in each group.Group D received dexme-detomidine administeration at a loading dose of 0.6 μg/kg for 10 minutes before induction,followed by an infusion rate of 0.5 μg·kg-1 ·h-1 to 30 min before the end of surgery.The control group re-ceived saline instead of Dex.After the surgery,Group C received intravenous sufentanyl 2 μg/kg, while group D sufentanyl 2 μg/kg combined with Dex 2 μg/kg.Heart rate variability (HRV)were detected before Dex infusion (T0 ),10 minutes after intubation (T1 ), 10 minutes after CO 2 insufflation (T2 ),1 hour after CO 2 insufflation (T3 ),10 minutes after CO 2 desufflation (T4 ),and 10 minutes after extubation(T5 ).The plasma concentrations of epinephrine(E)and norepinephrine (NE)were determined at T0 ,T3 ,T5 ,T7 and T1 0.The recovery of bowel function was evaluated in terms of the first time to fart and intake food.Results Compared with T0 ,HRV of power (TP), high-frequency (HF)power,low-frequency (LF)power and the ratio of LF/HF power were signifi-cantly decreased at T1-T4 in group C and at T1-T5 in group D.The plasma concentrations of E and NE were higher at T3 ,T5 ,T7 and T1 0 in both group C and group D (P <0.05).Compared with T1 ,TP, LF and the ratio of LF/HF were increased at T2-T4 (P <0.05).Compared with group C,TP,LF and the ratio of LF/HF were decreased at T2-T5 ,The plasma concentrations of E and NE were decreased at T3 ,T5 ,T7 and T10 and the time of first flatus was earlier(P <0.05).Conclusion The perioperative ad-ministration of dexmedetomidine during laparocolectomy facilitated the early recovery of bowel func-tion after surgery and decreasede the time of postoperative ileus.
