3.The Effective Way for Doctor-patient Relations From Tense to Harmony
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(02):-
Setting up harmonious relations between doctors and patients is an important part of setting up the socialistic harmonious sociaty. But the tense relation between doctors and patients is still a very outstanding topic. This paper analyzes the reasons of the tense relation between doctors and patients from a new visual angle of the government.the social public and human right guarantee, and investigates the path of setting up harmonious relation between doctors and patients. It thinks the reasons of tense relation between doctors and patients lie in the clash of hospital public welfare and market survival way,the patients are easy to get harm but difficult to guarantee their rights. Therefore, setting up harmonious relations between doctors and patients not only depends on the medical service organization but also depends on the government undertaking the responsibility of the medical treatment guarantees, depends on the reform in the medical service system to make real medical service for common people, depends on the doctors' warm hearts and depends on establishing an organization of the patients who are in bad situation in order to contend with the medical service organization which is in good situation.

Tumor 2010;(3):215-219
Objective:To study the expression of extracellular matrix metalloproteinase (MMP-9) inducer CD147 and MMP-9 protein in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and explore their correlation with invasion, metastasis, and prognosis of HCC.Methods:SP immunohistochemistry was used to evaluate the expression of CD147 and MMP-9 in 83 HCC tissues and 15 normal liver tissues. Results:The positive rate was 73.5% for MMP-9 and 68.7% for CD147, significantly higher than normal tissues (MMP-9: 6.7%;CD147: 0%, P<0.05). Expressions of CD147 and MMP-9 were positively correlated with the tumor size, pTNM stages, differentiation degree, the portal vein cancer embolism, and postoperative recurrence (P<0.05), but not with the patient's age, gender, the serum level of alpha-fetal protein (AFP), and the Child-Pugh grades. Patients with positive expression of CD147 and MMP-9 had shorter survival time than those with negative expression of CD147 and MMP-9. Expression of CD147 was positively related with expression of MMP-9 in HCC tissues.Conclusion:CD147 and MMP-9 had positive correlation with tumor size, pTNM stages, differentiation degree, portal vein cancer embolism, and postoperative recurrence. Detection of the expression of CD147 and MMP-9 may be helpful to make a comprehensive prediction of the prognosis of HCC.

Objective To investigate the effects of nasal tip reduction with inner incision combined with external fixation, namely,to evaluate the formation of bilateral alar groove which is en hanced by external fixation with small splints, after removing interdomal fat pad as well as adjusting alar cartilage to reduce nasal tip. Methods Alar cartilage and interdomal fat pad were exposed via the bilateral nasal vestibular incision to remove fat pad and part of enlarged lateral foot of alar cartilage. After suture of incision, based on the tissue removal, plastic splint was used for external fixation of bilateral nasal tip and alar groove for one week,to enhance the formation of alar groove. Results A total of 143 patients were followed up for more than 6 months after operation.Photographs taken before and after operation were compared, suggesting obviously smaller nasal tip and significant alar groove.Left and right alar groove space was decreased from preoperative (28.23±3.31) mm to post operative (23.72±2.65) mm,and nasal tip alar angle was decreased from (104.02±9.57)°to (87.78± 6.98)°,with statistical significance (P<0.05).Slightly asymmetric nasal alars were found in 6 patients during follow-up examination, while tiny scars caused by splints (at 0.6 cm from the edge of splints) were found in 1 patient. Conclusions On the basis of nasal tip reduction with inner incision, the method of suture with small splints combined with external fixation is simple, effective and available.

Objective To explore the expression of NF-?B in C-7-T-5 spinal ganglia and possible mechanism of treating asthma with dexamethsone. Methods The alterations of NF-?B activity and its mRNA expression were investigated by means of immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization histochemistry combined with the micro-image analysis in C-7-T-5 spinal ganglia in the asthmatic and dexamethsone-treated guinea pigs. Results The NF-?B immunoreactivity was found mainly in cytoplasm and weakly in nucleus, its mRNA was expressed weakly in C-7-T-5 spinal ganglia in the control groups. The NF-?B immunoreactivity was more in nucleus and less in cytoplasm, the expression of its mRNA increased significantly in C-7-T-5 spinal ganglia in the asthmatic group compared with the control groups(P0.05).Conclusion The present results indicate that NF-?B in C-7-T-5 spinal ganglia might be involved in the pathogenesis of the bronchial asthma, and inhibiting the expression and activity of NF-?B in C-7-T-5 spinal ganglia might be one of the mechanisms of treating the bronchial asthma with dexamethsone.
