Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jianpilishifang combined with magnesium sulfate and calcium antagonists in the treatment of gestational hypertension. Methods 81 cases from January 2014 to June 2015 in gynaecology and obstetrics department of Shengzhou City People’s Hospital were selected and divided into 41 patients in observation group and 40 patients in control group according to a randomized and double-blind method. The control group were treated with magnesium sulfate and calcium antagonist treatment and observation group were treated with Jianpilishifang treatment on the basis of control group. The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, 24 h urinary protein (24 hUTP), urinary transferrin ( TRF) , blood viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index and comparative treatment efficacy were compared pre-and post-treatment.Results The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in observation group post-treatment were (125.73 ±5.48, 80.06 ±3.34)mmHg, which were lower than (140.16 ±7.02, 86.79 ±5.21)mmHg in control group (P<0.05).The levels of 24 hUTP and TRF in observation group post-treatment were (1.75 ± 0.14)g/24 h, (1.41 ±0.28)mg/L, which were lower than (2.55 ±0.18)g/24 h, (2.23 ±0.37)mg/L in control group (P<0.05).The blood viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index in observation group post-treatment were (2.00 ±0.23)mPa? s, (3.11 ±0.20), which were lower than (2.56 ± 0.47)mPa? s, (3.69 ±0.41)in control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate was 95.12% in observation group, which was significantly higher than 80.00% in control group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Jianpilishifang combined with magnesium sulfate and calcium antagonists could effectively reduce blood pressure and improve blood viscosity in the treatment of gestational hypertension. The therapeutic effect of combination therapy is superior to monotherapy.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the clinical effect of combination of acupuncture, cupping and medicine for treatment of fibromyalgia syndrome.
METHODSBy using multi-central randomized controlled method, 186 cases were randomly divided into an acupuncture combined with cupping and western medicine group (group A), an acupuncture combined with cupping group (group B) and a western medicine group (group C) and treated continuously for 4 weeks. The treatment of acupuncture combined with cupping was produced by acupuncture at five mental points and moving cupping on the Hechelu of the back, once evrey other day, thrice each week, and the western medicine therapy by oral administration of Amitriptyline, once each day. The scores of McGill Pain Questionnaire (MPQ), the amount of tenderness point and the time of producing effect were compared and the therapeutic effects were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD).
RESULTSThe cured and markedly effective rate was 65.0% (39/60) in the group A, which was superior to 15.9% (10/63) in the group B and 16.1% (9/56) in the group C (both P < 0.001). After treatment, the scores of MPQ and HAMD and the amount of tenderness point all decreased in the three groups, group A being significantly better than group B and group C, and the time of producing effect in the group A was more earlier than those in the group B and the group C.
CONCLUSIONThe therapeutic effect of combination of acupuncture, cupping and medicine on fibromyalgia syndrome is superior to that of the simple acupuncture combined with cupping or the simple medicine.

Objective:To summary the mixed infection as well as clinical characteristics and analyze the risk factors for mixed infection of severe adenovirus pneumonia(SAP) in children. Methods:The clinical data of 114 children with SAP were retrospectively analyzed.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was performed to assess the risk factors for mixed infection. Results:The incidence age was from 6 months to 2 years(62.5%). High fever(94.7%), cough(98.2%), dyspnea(86.8%) and lethargy(95.6%) were the main symptoms.Laboratory examination showed that children with SAP were prone to increased white blood cell count, C-reactive protein, procalcitonin, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase and CK-MB, as well as decreased proportion of CD3 + , CD4 + , CD8 + , CD4 + /CD8 + and NK cells. The main complications intrapulmonary organ were respiratory failure(80.7%). The main complications extrapulmonary organ were circulatory complications (55.3%). SAP was easily combined with other pathogenic infections.Streptococcus pneumoniae(22.9%)was the most common bacterial pathogen.Respiratory syncytial virus(10.0%)were the most common virus, in addition, mycoplasma pneumoniae(17.1%) was also common.Multivariable Logistic regression analysis showed that the decreasing ratio of CD4 + /CD8 + and NK cells, congenital heart disease and congenital airway dysplasia were the independent risk factors for mixed infection of SAP in children( P<0.05). Conclusion:The SAP patients could easily suffer from mixed infection and high fatality rate.Immune dysregulation is the important risk factors for mixed infection of SAP in children. So immunoregulatory treatment is very important.
