Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis 2001;13(1):12-
Objective The tumor-bearing (S37) mice were used to study the effects of acupuncture and moxibustion on relative network of IL2-IFN-NKC regulatory network. Methods After puncturing and (or) igniting the acupoints of Dazhui (Du 14) and Houhai(Du 1), we observed its effects on MФ,IL1 ,Th and tumor S37 by means of MФ devouring neutral red test,MTT colorimetry and Anti-L3T4 McAb-SPA rosetle test simultaneously. Results The phagocytic power of MФ in the mice's abdomen, the amount of IL1 and percentage of L3T4 increased obviously, compared to that of the control group;excepted the acupuncture group ,the other two experimental groups had the obvious inhibition to the tumor S37. In addition, the IL1 content increased remarkably in acumoxi group and moxibustion group than in acupuncture group. The percentage of L3T4 increased remarkably in acumoxi group than that in acupuncture group. Conclusion Applying both acupuncture and moxibustion at points of Dazhui (Du 14) and Houhai (Du 1) can make positive regulation on the relative MФ-IL1-Th network of IL2-IFNNKC regulatory network and has anti-tumor effect. The moxibustion also has the similar effects.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2009;25(6):880-884
Objective; To evaluate the efficacy of Twin-block appliance in Class Ⅱ division 1 of adolescents. Methods: Several e-lectronic databases (PubMed, The Cochrane library, Embase, CBMdisk, CNKI, VIP)were searched. Abstract that appears to fulfill the initial selection criteria were selected by consensus and original articles were retrieved. Five Chinese journals were hand searched for possible missing articles. Randomized controlled trials(RCTs) that evaluate the efficacy of Twin-block appliance in Class Ⅱ division I adolescents without any surgical intervention or syndromic characteristics were considered. A comparable untreated control group was required to factor out normal growth changes. The quality of included studies was evaluated according to Cochrane Reviewers Handbook 4.2.6 Meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan 5.0.0 software. Results: Four RCTs including 289 patients were identified. The results of our meta-analysis showed a significant increase on SNB angle, Ar-Gn, Nasolabial angle and Labial-mental fold compared with control group(P<0.05). Whereas overjet, overbite, ANB angle and Ls-E had a significant decrease. In addition, SNA angle and Li-E didnt show statistical significant changes(P>0. 05). Conclusion; In Class II division 1 of adolescents, Twin-block appliance can effectively decrease their overjet, overbite, ANB angle, and induce anterior-posterior growth of mandible. The effect on restrain forward growth of the maxilla was unclear. More RCTs are required to evaluate the efficacy of Twin-block appliance.

BACKGROUND:Tissue-engineered bone can be obtained by the combination of chondrocytes and polyglycolic acid scaffold. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of alogeneic chondrocytes/polyglycolic acid scaffold compound in the repair of thyroid cartilage defects in rabbits. METHODS: Twenty New Zealand adult rabbits were randomly divided into experimental group with implantation of alogeneic chondrocytes/polyglycolic acid scaffold compound and control group with implantation of polyglycolic acid scaffold. Gross and histological observations were done at 4 and 8 weeks after implantation. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) Gross observation results: 4 weeks after surgery, cartilage defects in the experimental group were repaired certainly, and no necrosis appeared in the repair area; in the control group, the defects were filed with muscle and connective tissues. At 8 weeks after implantation, cartilage defects in the experimental group were further repaired, with unclear repair boundaries, and in the control group, cartilage defects were no repaired and showed a notable boundary with the surrounding normal cartilage tissues. (2) Immunohistochemical staining results: the expression of type II colagen in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05) at 4 and 8 weeks after implantation. These findings indicate that the alogeneic chondrocytes/polyglycolic acid scaffold compound can promote the repair of thyroid cartilage defects in rabbits.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2020;41(4):506-509
Objective:
To explore the relationship between childhood maltreatment and suicide ideation of college students,so as to provide basis for physical and mental health of college students.
Methods:
Students from 6 universities in Shanxi Province(3 854 college students provided eligible questionniare for childhood abuse and 3 882 for suicidal ideation) were selected by multi-stage random cluster sampling from May to July 2018, the Chinese Version of the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire and the Self-rating Idea of Suicide Scale were used in the survey.
Results:
Of all subjects,42.4% had at least one kind of abuse experience in childhood and 3.9% had suicidal ideation in the past week. By chi square test, the detection rate of suicidal ideation of college students who suffered physical abuse, emotional abuse, sexual abuse, physical neglect, emotional neglect in childhood was higher than that of college students without maltreatment (χ2=13.78,12.97,17.10,56.56,66.58,P<0.01);Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between each type of maltreatment in childhood and college students’ suicidal ideation(r=0.06,0.06,0.07,0.12,0.13,P<0.01);Multivariate Logistic regression model found that after controlling other influencing factors, physical neglect and emotional neglect in childhood were independent risk factors for suicide ideation of college students (OR=2.18,2.07,P<0.05).
Conclusion
Physical neglect and emotional neglect in childhood can increase the risk of college students’ suicidal ideation. Paying enough attention and care to them in early childhood may help to prevent their suicidal ideation in adulthood.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2020;41(1):82-85
Objective:
To explore the relationship between childhood abuse and cyberbullying among college students and to provide theoretical support for early intervention of cyberbullying among college students.
Methods:
A total of 3 850 sophomores and juniors from 6 universities in Shanxi Province, randomly selected by stratified cluster sampling method, were investigated by using the Questionnaire on Cyberbullying and the Chinese Version of the Child Abuse Questionnaire.
Results:
Male students reported higher rates of sexual abuse, emotional neglect and physical neglect than female students(χ2=5.22, 4.39, 7.53 P<0.05). The child abuse report rate of college students whose parents divorced was higher than that of those whose parents were not divorced(χ2=86.80, 134.06, 130.18, 175.64, 118.46,P<0.05). In addition to physical neglect, childhood abuse rate of only children was higher than that of non-only children, with statistically significant differences(χ2=9.44, 12.44, 21.18, 21.26, all P<0.05). The scores of all factors and total scores of cyberbullying implemented by male students were higher than those by female students(t=9.35, 5.59, 5.83, 7.57,P<0.05); the scores of all factors and total scores of cyberbullying implemented by only-child students were higher than those by non-only-child students(t=2.79, 3.74, 4.78, 4.40,P<0.05); the scores of all factors and total scores of cyberbullying implemented by students whose parents were divorced were higher than those by students whose parents were not divorced, with statistically significant differences(t=6.99,6.78, 8.04,11.33, P<0.05). Multiple linear regression model showed that there was a positive correlation between the childhood abuse of college students and the implementation of cyberbullying, and regression coefficient differences of all factors were statistically significant(β=0.10, 0.11, 0.05, 10.08,0.06, P<0.05).
Conclusion
Childhood abuse experiences increase the risk of college students practicing cyberbullying.

Chinese Journal of Biotechnology 2023;39(11):4718-4729
General education in biological courses such as "Principal Biology" is an essential avenue for gaining an understanding of life science and developing an interest in the field. The reform of biological education teaching mode based on interdisciplinary approaches aims to foster cross-disciplinary talents, which is crucial for the rapid development of China's bioeconomy. Teaching method that simply superimposes different subjects is difficult to discover the value of interdisciplinary education. To address this, a novel teaching system and an innovative teaching mode were proposed for "Principal Biology" course by integrating science and engineering subjects, based on the cross-disciplinary feature in Beijing Institute of Technology. The system involves the design of cross-disciplinary course content and the integration of multiple disciplines and knowledge points based on students' majors, taking into account the characteristics of students' physical and mental development. To improve students' scientific literacy and interdisciplinary thinking ability, differentiated and major-driven teaching modes were applied by incorporating the "1+N" mixed and immersive cross-thinking training. The effectiveness of tailored cross-disciplinary teaching was evaluated using "in-teaching" and "post-teaching" data feedback models, which promote the optimization of teaching process and enhance the quality of education in cross-disciplinary biological science.
