Objective To observe the effect of gastrectomy for gastric cancer on blood glucose in patients complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus by using different operation strategies. Methods The retrospective analysis was carried out of 68 cases who undergone radical surgery for gastric cancer and complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus. These patients were divided into 3 groups by different kinds of digestive tract reconstruction,Billroth Ⅰ (n =26),Billroth Ⅱ (n =22) and Roux-en-Y (n =20).The levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG) were detected before and after operation one week, one month and six months in three groups. Results Comparing to the level before operation, the level of FBG after operation showed a descent in group B and group C((10.03 ±5.12) vs.(13.56 ±3.36) mmol/L; (8.44 ±5.21) vs.(13.56 ±3.36) mmol/L;(10.61 ±3.16) vs.(12.84 ±3.36) and(7.68 ±4.88) vs.(12.84 ±3.36) mmol/L) which was better than group A((10.03 ±5.12)vs.(11.12 ±6.32),(8.44 ±5.21) vs.(11.12 ±6.32) mmol/L;(10.61 ±3.16) vs.(11.12 ±6.32) mmol/L),(7.68 ±4.88) vs.(11.12 ±6.32) mmol/L;P<0.05,but there was no significantly difference between B and group C (P > 0.05).The 3 groups of patients, with B,C groups of patients with diabetes improved obviously,of which nearly 50% of patients cured, normal blood sugar control, the other part with the exception of a few effective, degradation of diabetes drug treatment, and operation effect was significant. Conclusion It is effective to control the blood glucose of gastric cancer patients complicated with type 2 diabetes with Billroth II or Roux-en-Y gastrectomy. There is a correlation between postoperative blood glucose change and different gastrojejunal anastomosis.

Objective: To confirm therapeutical effect of Yinlu jiangzhi capsule on experimental hyperlipemia in SD rats. Methods: Animal model of SD rats with experimental hyperlipemia were given different dosages of Yinlu jiangzhi capsule, and the changes of serum lipid concentrations were observed after drug treatment. Results:Using different dosages of Yinlu jiangzhi capsule, there were marked difference between serum lipid concentrations in experimental groups and that of control group. Conclusion:The results suggest that Yinlu jiangzhi capsule has obvious therapeutic effects on the experimental hyperlipemia in SD rats. [

Objective:
To construct and identify an overexpression recombinant adenovirus vector carrying the mouse PTG gene(NM_016854), and to lay a foundation for in-depth study of the function of PTG.
Methods:
The coding sequence of the mouse PTG gene was chemically synthesized, amplified by polymerase chain reaction(PCR), digested with restriction enzymes, and inserted into the GV314 vector(CMV-MCS-3 FLAG-SV40-EGFP) to obtain the recombinant shuttle plasmid pGV314-PTG. BamHⅠ/AgeⅠ double enzyme digestion was further carried out, and the product was transferred into linearized expression vector pDC315 to construct recombinant adenovirus Ad-PTG, which was transfected into HEK293 T cells and packaged into recombinant virus particles. After repeated amplification of several generations of HEK293 T cells, the recombinant adenovirus was purified and titer detected. Finally, PCR, Western blot and sequencing were used to verify the recombinant adenovirus.
Results:
After PCR, Western blot and sequencing, the results showed that the pGV314-CMV-MCS-3 FLAG-SV40-EGFP-PTG overexpression adenovirus vector(Ad-PTG) was successfully constructed, and the virus titer measured by end-point dilution method was 4×1010PFU/ml, Western blot and RT-qPCR showed that the protein and mRNA expression levels of PTG increased significantly.
Conclusion
The recombinant adenovirus vector carrying mouse PTG gene is successfully constructed, and the expression of PTG gene in hepatocytes is effectively up regulated.
