Objective To compare the diagnostic value of CT and NE for lesions of nasal cavity and paranasal sinus area.Methods 80 cases of nasal and paranasal sinus diseases which were examined by both CT and NE at same period and proved by pathology.were reviewed.Results Compare with results of pathology,the accucy rate of both CT and NE was identical in diagnosing sinusitis and tumours of paranasal sinus,NE was higher than CT in nasal and paranasal sinus polyp and nasal cavity tumour,turbinate hyperplasia CT was higher than NE in paranasal sinus cyst and anatomic variations.Conclusion Pathologic biopsy can be taken under NE guide to understand the shape,texture and colour of the illness focus CT can show the size,shape and anatomy relation between lesion and its neighbor tissue.The diagnosis may more perfectly through NE combined with CT.

Objective To investigate the incidence, risk factors, treatment and clinical outcome of extramedullary EM) relapse following allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (alloHSCT), and explore the possible pathogenesis. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the medical records of 164 patients who underwent allogeneic HSCT. The 10 clinical parameters were selected for Cox univariate analysis: gender, age, underlying disease, donor type, disease status at transplant,HLA disparity, acute GVHD, chronic GVHD, EM involvement prior to transplantation and conditioning regimen. Factors that were significant at the 0. 10 level on univariate analysis were evaluated by multivariate analysis using a Cox regression. The therapeutic options for EM relapse included local radiation, surgical removal, chemotherapy, donor lymphocyte infusion (DLI), second HSCT. Results 164 recipients had sustained engraftment. EM relapse occurred in 9 patients(5.5 %), with a median time to EM relapse of 7.5 months (2.3 to 42.6 months). Ninety-fourpatients (57. 3 % ) developed acute GVHD and 83 (50. 6 % ) chronic GVHD respectively. Four patients died of EM relapse. The following factors were associated with an increased risk of EM relapse by univariate analysis: gender, donor type, disease status at transplant, chronic GVHD, EM involvement prior to transplantation. Only advanced stage of the disease (P＜ 0. 05), absence of chronic GVHD (P＜0. 01) and EM involvement prior to transplantation (P＜0. 01) were identified as being significantly associated with the occurrence of EM relapse by multivariate analysis using a Cox regression. Conclusion Many factors may be involved in the pathogenic mechanism of EM relapse,and among them, immune escape might play a major role. Advanced stage of the disease, absence ofchronic GVHD and EM involvement prior to transplantation were independently associated with an increased risk of EM relapse. EM relapse frequently followed by bone marrow involvement has poor prognosis, and therefore, prevention of leukemic cells spreading from EM sites to bone marrow is vital for long-term survival.

AIM: To compare the contents of calycosin and fermononetin between Radix Astragali and its fried product with honey. METHODS: The chromatographic column was a Waters SunfireTM C18 column(250 mm ? 4. 6 mm,5 ?m). The mobile phase was the mixture of methanol and water with a linear gradient elution at a flow rate of 1 mL/min. The ultraviolet wavelength was set up 254 nm,and the column temperature was maintained at 35 ℃. RESULTS: The contents of calycosin and fermononetin in Radix Astragali were 0. 247 9 mg/g and 0. 125 2 mg/g respectively,the contents of calycosin and fermononetin in Radix Astragali fried with honey were 0. 225 6 mg/g and 0. 108 2 mg/g,respectively. CONCLUSION: The contents of calycosin and fermononetin in Radix Astragali fried with honey decreased.

Objective To explore the application effect of simethicone combined with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder before colonoscope examination. Methods 106 cases underwent colonoscope examination from October 2013 to December 2015 were enrolled in the study. Then all the cases were divided into 2 groups randomly, each with 53 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with simple oral administration of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder, patients in observation group were combined using simethicone and polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder. The preoperative bowel preparation score, lesion detection and the changes of liver and renal function and electrolyte in the two groups were recorded respectively. Results Patients in the observation group were better than the control group in both the bowel preparation score and the detection rate (P < 0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in the course of the two groups. Conclusions Simethicone can eliminate intestinal bubbles, and combined use with polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder before colonoscope examination can significantly improve intestinal cleaning effect, improve the colonoscope examination image, enhance the detection rate of lesions.

Methods The ce11 viabi1ity was detected using MTT and co1ony formation assay,the migration abi1ity was determined using scratch assay method,and the apoptosis was examined using f1ow cytometry. Meanwhi1e,the expression of biomarkers of pro1iferation,EMT markers andapoptosiswere detected using Western b1ot ana1ysis. Results β-1apachone cou1d significant1y inhibit the pro1iferation of SGC-7901 and AGS gastric cancer ce11s( P<0. 05),and down-regu1ate the expression 1eve1s of Skp2 and DEK pro-teins. β-1apachonecou1d a1so inhibited the invasion and moti1ity of gastric cancer ce11s via down-regu1ating the expression 1eve1s of MMP-2/9 and Ezrin proteins and up-regu1ating the epithe1ia1 markers. In addition,β-1apachone enhanced the apoptosis of gastric canc-er ce11s,down-regu1ation of BCL-2/Bax ratio and up-regu1ation of activated Caspase-3/8/9. Conclusions β-1apachone can effective1y inhibit the pro1iferation and induce the apoptosis of gastric cancer ce11s,and inhibit the migration of gastric cancer ce11s via MMPs and EMT pathways.

Objective To construct the recombinant plasmid of protein CFP10-MPT48-TB8.4 of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and to investigate the diagnosis potential of this fusion protein in tuberculosis serodiagnosis.Methods The recombinant fusion protein CFP10-MPT48-TB8.4 was expressed, and identified by Western blot.The ELSIA based on the purified fusion protein was done,and used for screening in 230 cases of clinical serum samples including pulmonary tuberculosis patients ( n =150 ),pulmonary disease patients other than tuberculosis (n =70) and health controls (n =103 ).The test result was analyzed by Medcale11.5 software.Results The fusion protein CFP10-MPT48-TB8.4 was successfully expressed with a purity over 95％.Specific immunogenicity of the recombinant protein was confirmed by Western blot.The overall sensitivity and specificity obtained of ELISA were 56.7％ (85/150) and 90.8％ ( 157/173 ),respectively.The specificity was 85.7 ％ (60/70) in non-tuberculosis group and 94.2％ (97/103 ) in healthy group,respectively.Conclusion The recombinant protein of CFP10-MPT48-TB8.4 has a high sensitivity and specificity and may be a potential candidate antigen in tuberculosis serodiagnosis.

Objective To study the value of the technique of "Push-pull traction-relax homingrepeatedly confirmed" in the prevention of bile duct injury in LC. Methods From March 2001-August 2009, we applied this technique in 4800 cases of LC. The technique of "Push-pull traction" showed the structures of in the Calot's triangle. The technique of "relax homing" was to restore the cystic duct,hepatic duct and common bile duct to their original anatomical positions. The technique of "repeatedly confirmed" repeatedly identified the positions of the cystic duct, the common hepatic duct and the common bile duct. Results There was no bile duct injury. Conversion to open surgery happened in 118patients due to difficulties in identifying the Calot's triangle structures, bile duct stones, gallbladder cancer, and gallbladder-duodenal fistula. Conclusions The "Push-pull traction-relax homing-repeatedly confirmed" technique could effectively prevent bile duct injury in LC. The method is simple, easy to master and worthy of promotion.

New enrofloxacin microspheres were formulated, and their physical properties, lung-targeting ability, and tissue distribution in rats were examined. The microspheres had a regular and round shape. The mean diameter was 10.06 microm, and the diameter of 89.93% of all microspheres ranged from 7.0 microm to 30.0 microm. Tissue distribution of the microspheres was evaluated along with a conventional enrofloxacin preparation after a single intravenous injection (7.5 mg of enrofloxacin/kg bw). The results showed that the elimination half-life (t(1/2beta)) of enrofloxacin from lung was prolonged from 7.94 h for the conventional enrofloxacin to 13.28 h for the microspheres. Area under the lung concentration versus time curve from 0 h to infinity (AUC(0-infinity)) was increased from 11.66 h.microg/g to 508.00 h.microg/g. The peak concentration (Cmax) in lung was increased from 5.95 microg/g to 93.36 microg/g. Three lung-targeting parameters were further assessed and showed that the microspheres had remarkable lung-targeting capabilities.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the influences of temperature, lightness, storage method, storage time, and gibberellin on seed germination of Gentiana rigescens.

METHODThe germination rates of G. rigescens in different treatments were observed.

RESULT AND CONCLUSIONThe most suitable temperature for the seed germination was 25 degrees C, at which the germination rate was 76.33%. The effect of lightness on the seeds was significantly; the germination rate of the seed was very low. Under the natural condition, the best storage method was dry storage (within 6 months), which could promote the after-ripening of the seed. 100-1 000 mg x L(-1) gibberellic acid could significantly reduce the seed germination time, and 500 mg x L(-1) gibberellic acid increased the germination rate of the seed to 95.00%.

OBJECTIVEThe interrelation of yield and agronomic traits of Gentiana rigescens was studied for the germplasm and breeding variety of this species.

METHODTwelve agronomic traits, root diameter, root length, root number, root biomass, stem diameter, plant height, the first branch number, leaf length, leaf width, leaf length/leaf width ratio, calyx length, and calyx number of G. rigescens from 26 wild populations in Yunnan were determined for correlation analysis, multiple stepwise regression analysis and path analysis.

RESULTCorrelation analysis showed that there were significantly positive correlation between the traits of aboveground part and the length, diameter, number, and biomass of the root. Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that length, width, and number of root, plant height, the first branch number, and the calyx number were the main factors that affected the root biomass. Path analysis showed that the diameter, length, and number of the root, the stem height, and the first branch number had a direct positive effect on the root biomass.

CONCLUSIONThe traits, such as high and strong stem, high number of first branch number and shrubby shape could be selected for the breeding and high yielding of G. rigescens.
