1.Literature Study on the Security of TCM Injection
China Pharmacy 2017;28(11):1489-1492
OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for rational use of TCM injection in the clinic. METHODS:Retrieved from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang database and PubMed database, literatures about top 10 TCM injections in the list of report number stated in 2014 CFDA ADR monitoring report were researched in recent 30 years. By literature retrospective study,ADR/ADE induced by TCM injection were analyzed. Combining with post-marketing drug safety re-evaluation and rationality study, the security of clini-cal use of TCM injection was evaluated. RESULTS:A total of 2013 literatures were retrieved,1354 were. Most organs or systems were involved in ADR,especially cardiovascular system, respiratory system, skin and its appendants. Allergic reaction was main clinical manifestation, among which server ADR was allergic shock. Ten ADR/ADE-inducing TCM injections had the lower consis-tency with instructions in the original diseases, solvent, dosage concentration and compatibility application. Consistency rate of original diseases, solvent and dosage concentration was 78.30%,77.94% and 74.64%;81.73% of them were used individually. CON-CLUSIONS:ADR/ADE induced by TCM injection is serious. It is urgent to improve post-marketing revaluation scheme from the aspects of safety and rationality.

Objective:To translate Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory TM 3.2 Diabetes Module (PedsQL TM 3.2-DM) for children and adolescents into Chinese and analyze the reliability and validity of it. Methods:Following the principle of Brislin translation, the source scale was translated by 2 supervisor nurses with master's degrees and the scale was back translated by 2 nursing experts with overseas study experience. The semantic adjustment of the scale was carried out by pre-surveys. By the convenient sampling method, a total of 175 children and adolescents with diabetes who were treated in Department of Endocrinology and Department of Pediatrics in ClassⅢ Grade A hospitals in Yantai and Qingdao from March to August 2019 were investigated and 175 effective scales were finally included to analyze the reliability and validity of the revised scale in children and adolescents with diabetes. Results:The Chinese version of PedsQL TM 3.2-DM had 33 items in total, including 4 dimensions such as disease-related symptoms, treatment compliance, disease-caused worry and communication. The Cronbach's α coefficient of Chinese version of PedsQL TM 3.2-DM was 0.927 and that of 4 dimensions were respectively 0.885, 0.910, 0.828 and 0.798. After assessment by panel of experts, the content validity index of Chinese version of PedsQL TM 3.2-DM was 0.97 and the content validity index of every item was from 0.80 to 1.00. A total of 4 common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 59.539%. In addition, the factor loading of each item on its common factor was over 0.4. Conclusions:The Chinese version of PedsQL TM 3.2-DM has good reliability and validity, which can be used as a simple tool for self-assessment of quality of life in children aged from 8 to 19 years with diabetes.

Accurate identification of cell types from single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data plays a critical role in a variety of scRNA-seq analysis studies. This task corresponds to solving an unsupervised clustering problem,in which the similarity measurement between cells affects the result significantly.Although many approaches for cell type identification have been proposed, the accuracy still needs to be improved. In this study,we proposed a novel single-cell clustering framework based on similarity learning, called SSRE.SSRE models the relationships between cells based on subspace assumption, and generates a sparse representation of the cell-to-cell similarity. The sparse representation retains the most similar neighbors for each cell.Besides, three classical pairwise similarities are incorporated with a gene selection and enhancement strategy to further improve the effectiveness of SSRE.Tested on ten real scRNA-seq datasets and five simulated data-sets,SSRE achieved the superior performance in most cases compared to several state-of-the-art single-cell clustering methods. In addition,SSRE can be extended to visualization of scRNA-seq data and identification of differentially expressed genes. The matlab and python implementations of SSRE are available at https://github.com/CSUBioGroup/SSRE.

Objective To evaluate whether perinatal personalized self-efficacy can improve the rate of breastfeeding six months after delivery in primiparas by applying it in the breastfeeding by primiparas. Methods Totally 76 pregnant women who were admitted by the outpatient service of the Obstetrics Department from January to February 2016 were selected as the object of intervention by convenience sampling. Pregnant women admitted in January 2016 were divided into the control group (n=38) and received conventional nursing, while those admitted in February 2016 were divided into the observation group (n=38) and received perinatal personalized breastfeeding self-efficacy intervention. Then the breastfeeding self-efficacy one week and one month after delivery and the rate of pure breastfeeding one week, one month, three months and six months after delivery were compared between two groups. Results The pregnant women in the observation group showed higher breastfeeding self-efficacy than the pregnant women in the control group (t=25.43,22.78;P<0.05). The rates of pure breastfeeding one week, one month, three months and six months after delivery were 88.57%, 85.71%, 80.00% and 77.14%, respectively, higher than those of the pregnant in the control group, which were 66.67%, 55.56%, 47.22% and 36.11%, respectively (χ2=4.878, 7.749, 8.215, 12.146;P<0.05). Conclusions Perinatal personalized self-efficacy intervention can improve the breastfeeding self-efficacy and the rate of pure breastfeeding six months after delivery.

The cultivation of medical humanistic quality is indispensable in the standardized training of pediatric residents, and it is urgent to explore new educational methods to improve their medical humanistic quality level. In this study, 60 standardized pediatricians participated in the standardized training, 36 in the experimental group received innovative interactive medical humanities education, while 24 in the control group were set up to receive traditional medical humanities education. Short-term and long-term test scores were conducted by questionnaire at the beginning of the standardized training and 2 years later. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the self-scores of professional quality, moral cultivation, communication skills, legal knowledge and innovative spirit (P>0.05) , but the scores of teaching teachers were improved except innovative spirit (P<0.05) . In addition, compared with the control group, the number of pediatricians with professional honor increased, the doctor-patient communication ability improved, the medical disputes reduced, and the family satisfaction improved in experimental group were increased (P<0.05) . These results indicated that innovative interactive medical humanistic education is an effective method to improve the medical humanistic quality of pediatric residents in standardized training.
