Objective To understand the awareness degree and the dietary intake of acrylamide (AA) in food among preventive medicine professional undergraduate students in a university of Xianyang city .Methods 28 kinds of fried and baked food frequently eaten by undergraduates were selected as the respondents .The food-frequency method was adopted to perform the questionnaire in-vestigation on 248 undergraduates sampled from grade 1-5 of preventive medicine professional undergraduate students by the clus-ter sampling .Results More than 38 .71% of the investigated students had never known about the acrylamide ,32 .26% of the inves-tigated students had heard but did not know what it was ,11 .26% students knew about its hazard .The AA dietary intake was about 31 .57 μg/d per person ,and there was no statistical difference in the AA dietary intake between different sexes and grades .Conclu-sion The awareness degree of AA among investigated preventive medicine professional undergraduates is relatively low .Therefore it is necessary to strengthen the publicity and education of the AA-related food safety knowledge .

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of the level of plasma D-dimer,high-density lipoprotein (HDL),carcino embryonic antigen (CEA) and carbohydrate antigen 724 (CA724) in gastric cancer. Methods The plasma and clinicopathological data of 103 gastric cancer patients and 111 normal controls were collected. The levels of D-dimer,HDL,CEA and CA724 were detected.SPSS 13.0 statistical software was applied to analysis the sensitivity and specificity of each examination method and to find out the appropriate combination. Results The levels of D-dimer,CEA and CA724 in patients with gastric carcinoma were 0.87 (2.69) μg/ml,2.66 (4.38) ng/ml,5.10 (7.79) U/ml,respectively,they were distinctly higher than those in normal controls [0.22 (0.21) μg/ml,1.28 (1.60) ng/ml,1.81 (1.60) U/ml,all P =0.000].HDL level was significantly lower in patients than that in normal controls [0.86 (0.35) mmol/L vs 1.29 (0.44) mmol/L,P=0.000].The area ofROC curve of D-dimer,HDL,CEA,CA724 were 0.799,0.859,0.739,0.743,respectively.The cut-off of D-dimer was 0.46 μ.g/ml,the sensitivity was 68.0 %,the specificity was 86.5 %.The cut-off of HDL was 0.995 mmol/L,the sensitivity was 73.8 %,the specificity was 84.7 %.The cut-off of CEA was 3.585 ng/ml,the sensitivity was 44.7 %,the specificity was 92.0 %.The cut-off of CA724 was 3.765 U/ml,the sensitivity was 57.3 %,the specificity was 89.2 %.The sensitivity of D-dimer+HDL+CA724 was 83.5 %,the specificity was 89.2 %.The sensitivity and specificity of D-dimer+HDL+CEA+CA724 were 84.5 % and 89.2 %,respectively. Conclusions The D-dimer+HDL+CEA+CA724 may provide the evidence for diagnosis of gastric cancer.Combined detection has higher sensitivity and specificity.

Objective To develop anxiety scale suitable for Chinese pregnant women and evaluate its reliability and validity. Methods Based on existing research results and clinical experience, this study compiled pregnancy anxiety scale(PAS). A sample of 509 pregnant women were selected for investigation and 65 of them were randomly retested for test-retest reliability with 2 week interval. Item analysis was con-ducted to screen valid items. Then the construct validity of the scale was tested by exploratory factor analysis ( EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA). Finally the reliability and criterion validity of the scale were evaluated using Cronbach's α coefficient, retest reliability coefficient and Pearson correlation coefficient. Re-sults The PAS was composed of 27 items in four factors, including worry about delivery, worry about them-selves,worry about fetal health and general anxiety. The four factors were extracted by EFA which could ex-plain 62. 48% of the total variance. Besides, the result of CFA demonstrated that the model fitted the data with well construct validity (χ2/df=1. 89,RMR=0. 04,RMSEA=0. 06,IFI=0. 92,TLI=0. 91,CFI=0. 92, PGFI=0. 70,PNFI=0. 74,PCFI=0. 81). The score of the pregnancy-related anxiety scale and its factors scores were positively correlated with the scores of pregnancy-related anxiety questionnaire(PAQ) and child-birth attitudes questionnaire(CAQ). The correlation coefficients were 0. 60-0. 80 and 0. 50-0. 78 respectively (all P<0. 01). The Cronbach's α coefficient was 0. 93 for the total scale and that of the four factors ranged from 0. 82 to 0. 90. The test-retest reliability was 0. 68 for the total scale and ranged from 0. 54 to 0. 75 for the four factors. Conclusion The PAS has a good reliability and validity, and it can be used as a valid tool to measure the anxiety level of pregnant women.

Within traditional teaching models, students frequently assume a passive role in acquiring knowledge, potentially resulting in diminished motivation and limited engagement, particularly within the realm of Medical Immunology education. The inte-gration of role-playing,informed by constructivist learning theory, situated learning theory, and multiple intelligences theory, has demonstrated encouraging outcomes within clinical medical education settings. However, the extent to which this approach has been explored within the context of Immunology instruction remains insufficiently examined. This study investigates the utilization of role-playing as a pedagogical approach in Medical Immunology education, wherein students are assigned specific scenarios to simulate the functions of various immune components. The primary objective is to augment interactivity and the overall appeal of the learning pro-cess.Efficacy of this instructional method was evaluated through in-class quizzes, surveys, and performance analysis. The findings demonstrate that role-playing substantially enhances student engagement, comprehension, knowledge retention, and examination per-formance.In practical application, the integration of role-playing with ideological and political elements has the potential to enhance learning outcomes and foster students'enthusiasm for engaging in cutting-edge literature and immunological research. This approach also necessitates greater proficiency in teachers'professional competencies and organizational skills,as well as increased allocation of class time and spatial resources.Future research should investigate the applicability of role-playing across various educational levels and examine its potential integration with classroom ideological and political education.

Acute pancreatitis is a common acute abdominal disease of the digestive system characterized by multiple etiologies and rapid progression, and early diagnosis and treatment are closely associated with the prognosis of patients. Among various radiological examinations, ultrasound can perform real-time dynamic comprehensive scans of the pancreas and the biliary system and thus plays an important role in etiological diagnosis, grading, and treatment. This article reviews the current status and prospects of ultrasound in acute pancreatitis, in order to provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis.
