Purpose　The aim is to purify the peptide with antifu ngal activity from Aspergillus fumigatus culture fluid.Methods　 The pept ide was separated by ion exchange column chromatography and further purified by r everse phase HPLC,and the molecular weight was determined by tricine gel electro phoresis.Results　A kind of peptide(FIP) with antifungal activit y wa s separated. The molecular weight was about 8 000. The detection result by MTT method showed significant antifungal activity of the peptide to 5 kinds of fung i.Conclusion　 The study provided a reliable basis for developin g drug and antiseptic.

Animal medicine contains a large number of polypeptide and its biological activity is stronger, but it’s biological characteristics not contains injection,oral and subcutaneous.Therefore, domestic and foreign scholars continue to study the combination of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture,acupoint therapy and transdermal drug delivery technology of micro needle technology.With the development of science and technology, micro needle percutaneous drug delivery technology research and development has become increasingly mature.The advantages of high efficiency,safe, painless delivery and low cost have also provided a possibility for clinical application.This article elaborated the characteristics of micro needle, classification and research progress in scientific field of micro needle in recent years.Meanwhile, this article summarizes the producing method of transdermal drug delivery micro needle,and also lays a theoretical foundation for the further understanding of the micro needle and it’s fabrication.

Objective:To probe into the causes, reconstructive strategies, and repair outcomes of asymmetric eyelid configuration after blepharoplasty.Methods:All 73 patients (14 males and 59 females) with asymmetric double eyelid after blepharoplasty were recruited between July 2013 and June 2018 from Department of Plastic and Burns Surgery, West China Hospital, Sichuan University. The patients aged from 18 years to 42 years with the median age of 27 years. The new double eyelid line was designed pre-operation. Releasing subcutaneous adhesion of upper eyelid entirely, trimming inferior orbicularis oculi, adjusting and comparing the attachment position of bilateral levator aponeurosis were performed during surgery. Patients and surgeons marked the appearance of double eyelid both before and after repair operation, results of which were analyzed by t-test.Results:All 73 patients obtained improved double eyelid with primary healing. During follow-up from 8 to 12 months, repaired double eyelid showed satisfactory configuration with smooth natural double eyelid line and symmetric bilateral double eyelid. Of the 73 patients, 3 (4.1%) complaint rough double eyelid line, for whom re-fixation through small incision were adopted and no complication was observed during follow-up time. Scores by patients and surgeons were both significantly better after surgery.Conclusions:Analyzing the causes of asymmetric eyelid after double-eyelid blepharoplasty and repairing it contribute to aesthetic pleasing reconstructed double eyelid.
