Objective To set up a real-time quantitative assay method of insertion sequence 6110 DNA of mycobacterium tuberculosis, and explore its value for diagnosing tuberculosis. Methods Real-time quantitative assay of insertion sequence 6110 DNA of mycobacterium tuberculosis was performed with Taqman technique and Lightcycler quantitative PCR system. Results 213 clinical samples of different types were detected, 32 cases were positive, and the positive rate was 15 02%. The scope of quantitative results of positive samples was 3 1~7 2?10 6 copies/ml, and the sensitivity and specificity for diagnosis of tuberculosis were 82 76% and 95 65% respectively Conclusion Real-time quantitative assay of insertion sequence 6110 DNA of mycobacterium tuberculosis is a rapid and effective method for diagnosis of tuberculosis.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(11):-
Objective: To find out some clues in the personality types of Chinese dental school applicants and provide useful information in the cross-culture research between western and eastern countries, and supply guidance for Chinese educators. Methods:The Chinese version of MBTI (Form G) was used to test the personality styles of 332 dental school applicants from the mainland of China, and the personality styles of dental school applicants between Chinese and English were compared. Results:In mental aptitude, the percentage of introversion (I) type in Chinese samples (56.8)was higher than Extroversion (E) type(43.2), while it was contrary in English samples (15.7 vs. 84.3)and the difference was significant (?~2=111.49, P

Chinese Journal of Trauma 1990;0(03):-
30mg partially purified pBMP was implanted into right quardriceps muscle in each rabbit. Whole blood was collected from ear veins before and after the operatin. Lymphocyte proliferation response to nonspecific mitogen PHA and to specific pBMP were measured by lymphocyte transformation test in vitro, using H—labelled thymidine incorporatcon method (~3H—TdR). The skin test and histological investigation of pBMP were also performed. It has been shown that no significant changes of cellular immunity in rabbit were observed after pBMP implantation; the immunogenicity of pBMP was weak. The likelihood of chinical use of pBMP is provided.

Objective To assess the sleep quality of postoperative patients with breast cancer, and find out influencing factors. Methods The measurement was to adopt Athens Insomnia Scale,Hamilton Depression Scale and Big Five Personality Scale to do questionnaire for 60 breast cancer postoperative patients and 60 healthy subjects. Results 88.34% patients had sleep difficulty after operation. The score of sleep quality of patients (12.60 ± 4.65) were higher than that in control group (3.70 ± 3.77,P < 0.05).Similarly,according to the stepwise multiple regressions, the score of sleep quality of patients were positively associated with anxiety, adaptability of personality and negatively associated with openness of personality. Conclusion Sleep problems of breast cancer postoperative patients are quite severe. The influencing factors of sleep quality of patients are anxiety, openness and adaptability of personality.

Objective:To test the reliability and validity of the general procrastination scale (GPS) in the application of middle school students. Methods:The Chinese version of GPS, the irrational procrastination scale(IPS), and the Maslach burnout inventory(MBI) were utilized to survey 10 825 middle school students in Harbin City through stratified random sampling, and 4 498 students were retested after 4 weeks. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 27.0 and Mplus 8.0.Results:The entries were well differentiated.Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis indicated that GPS was composed of two factors, including active avoidance and lack of planning. The model fit was good (CFI=0.914, TLI=0.901, RMSEA=0.069, SRMR=0.072). GPS was positively correlated with the total scores of IPS and MBI ( r=0.753, 0.677, both P<0.001). The Cronbach's α coefficient of GPS was 0.864, the folded half reliability was 0.870, and the retest reliability after 4 weeks was 0.756. Conclusion:The GPS has good reliability and validity among middle school students, which provides a standard for measuring the procrastination level of middle school students and carrying out related research.
