Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of ginkgo-damole combined with prostaglandin E1 and explore its influences on clinical evaluation and hemorheology paramaters in treatment of diabetic patients with peripheral arterial disease(PAD). Methods 64 patients were randomly divided into two groups: the therapeutic group was given conventional therapy adding ginkgo-damole combined with prostaglandin E1, while the control group was given ginkgo-damole only. To compare ankle-brachial index(ABI) and hemorheology changes before and after the use of ginkgo-damole combined with prostaglandin E1 in diabetic patients with PAD. Result The total effective rate was 91.2% in therapeutic group, and the significant efficiency in therapeutic group was higher than that in control group ( 67.6% vs 36.7% ) ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). Compared with before the treatment , ABI increased significantly and hemorheological parameters improved significantly in two groups after the treatment( P ＜ 0. 05 or P ＜ 0. 01 ), and the difference were more significant in therapeutic group than in control group( P ＜ 0. 05 or P ＜ 0. 01 ). Conclusion Ginkgo-damole combined with prostaglandin E1 was effective and safe in treatment of diabetic patients with PAD.

Objective To explore pre-attentive information processing in undergraduate students with major depressive disorder(MDD) indexed by auditory mismatch negativity (MMN) and provide scientific theory basis for the diagnosis of MDD.Methods In the deviant-standard reverse oddball paradigm with deviant stimulus presentation probability of 20％,duration auditory MMN was obtained in 17 MDD university students and 17 gender-/age-matched healthy undergraduate students.All data were analyzed by statistics means of repeated measurement of F test.Results The amplitudes of 150 ms MMN over the frontal-central area were smaller in MDD undergraduate students((-0.34± 1.24) μV) than those in healthy undergraduate students ((-1.07± 1.55) μV,F=24.318,P=0.000).The 50 ms MMN did not differ between MDD students ((-1.96± 1.14) μV) and healthy undergraduate students ((-1.23 ± 1.97) μV,F =0.089,P =0.767).Conclusion Pre-attentive auditory information processing is impaired in MDD undergraduate students.

Objective:To obtain differential expression profiles of circRNAs and miRNAs in peripheral blood of female patients with major depressive disorder based on high-throughput sequencing technology, and then construct an interaction network.Based on the outcome, it made a further exploration of the possible occurrence and development mechanisms of female major depressive disorder through functional annotation and pathway enrichment analysis.Methods:According to the ceRNA theory, circRNA-miRNA network was constructed by TargetScan software via predicting the binding sites.Subsequently, the GO functional enrichment analysis was performed, and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis were utlized to illustrate the target genes of co-expressed miRNAs.Thereby, the key genes related to major depressive disorder could be screened out.Results:A total of 724 differential circRNAs and 26 differential miRNAs were detected in female patients with major depressive disorder.And hsa_circ_0086092 and hsa-miR-146a-3p were the most co-expressed.Go functional annotations pointed out that it involved the regulation of nucleobase-containing compound metabolic process, regulation of RNA splicing, regulation of cell communication, amino acid transfer, regulation of RNA metabolic process, regulation of signaling and other biological processes.KEGG pathway analysis showed that target genes were mainly enriched in neurotrophin signaling pathway, Rap1 signaling pathway, FoxO signaling pathway, AMPK signaling pathway, cocaine addiction, mTOR signaling pathway, Jak-STAT signaling pathway, cAMP signaling pathway, etcetera.Among the predicted target genes, BDNF, FGF2, MAPK14, GRIN2A, GRIN2B, GRM2 and PDE4 have the highest correlation with major depressive disorder.Conclusion:Hsa_circ_0086092 may be involved in the occurrence and development of female major depressive disorder through interaction with hsa-miR-146a-3p.
