0.05) between two groups in the above results.Disc agar diffusion test showed the sensitivity rates of overall clinical isolates to gatifloxacin and levofloxacin were 97.56% and 92.68%,respectively.The incidence of adverse drug reactions(ADR) of two groups were 23.91% and 43.75%,respectively.In 5 cases severe ADR were found. CONCLUSIONS Sequential therapy of gatifloxacin may get satisfactory results in lower respiratory tract infections of elder people. The irrational use of drugs is an important factor to increase ADR(including collateral damage). So we should pay attention to the ADR and grasp the indications strictly and use the drugs appropriately, especially for the elder patients.

Objective To observe the expression of CD166 in advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC),and to explore the relationship between expression of CD166 and clinical characteristics,platinum-based chemotherapy effect of NSCLC patients. Methods A total of 64 cases of NSCLC patients at stage of Ⅲ,Ⅳ were enrolled.Tumor tissue samples were obtained before chemotherapy by bronchoscopy or lung biopsy, and immunohistochemical was used to detect the expression of CD166.All patients received platinum-based chemotherapy(NP/TC/ GP) for 2-4 cycles as the first line treatment.RECIST criterion was used for therapeutic evaluation. Results 46.9% (3 0 cases) of the patients with CD 1 6 6 was positive. The CD 1 6 6 expression was related with smoking (smoking 62.1%,no-smoking 34.3%,x2 =4.916,P =0.027) and degree of differentiation (moderately, low grade 68.2%,high grade 35.7%,x2 =6.112,P =0.013).The effectiveness rate of chemotherapy in CD166 positive patients was 23.3% (7 cases),was significantly lower than 61.8% in CD166 negative patients(21 cases,x2 =9.565,P =0.002).Conclusion NSCLC had CD166 expression, and the expression positive rate was increased in patients with smoking, and low differentiation cancer. The effectiveness rate of platinum-based was decreased in patients with CD166 positive expression, and detection of CD166 can predict the late NSCLC platinum-based chemotherapy effect.

AIM:To investigate the effects of ginsenoside Rg1 on the behavioral changes and the autophagy of hippocampal neurons of the rats with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).METHODS:The Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:control group, model group, fluoxetine group, low-dose ginsenoside Rg1 group and high-dose of ginsenoside Rg1 group. The combination of single prolonged stress and foot stock was performed to induce PTSD-like animal model. The rats in fluoxetine group was administered with fluoxetine by gavage at dose of 10 mg/kg for 21 d, while the rats in low and high doses of ginsenoside Rg1 groups were administered with ginsenoside Rg1 by gavage at doses of 20 mg/kg and 40 mg/kg for 21 d, respectively. The rats in control group and model group were both given saline by gavage for 21 d.The open-field test and stiff behavior test were used to examine the behavioral changes of the rats. The morphological structure and numerical changes of the hippocampal neurons were observed by Nissl-staining method. We adopted immunofluorescence labeling to observe the beclin 1 and LC3 positive hippocampal neurons and the levels of beclin 1 and LC3-Ⅱ/LC3-Ⅰratio in rat hippocampus.RESULTS:Compared with control group, decreased vertical movement time and horizontal movement time in open-field test and increased rate of stiff behavior in the stiff behavior test were observed in model group.Hippocampal neurons in model group were loosely arranged with vacuole-like structures and different degrees of cell shrinkage in contrast with control group.More beclin 1 and LC3 positive cells were identified, and higher protein levels of beclin 1 and ratio of LC3-Ⅱ/LC3-Ⅰ in model group were found as compared with control group. However, increase in movement in open-field test and decrease in stiff behavior were detected in the rats treated with low-and high-dose ginsenoside Rg1 as compared with the model rats.Meanwhile, vacuole structures, the numbers of beclin 1 and LC3 positive neurons, the protein expression of beclin 1 and LC3, and the total cell numbers were increased.Higher dose of ginsenoside Rg1 had more profound effects on these observed results.CONCLUSION:Ginsenoside Rg1 alleviates the abnormal behaviors in the PTSD rats, which might be related to the inhibition of abnormal autophagy of hippocampal neurons.

Aim To investigate the effect of flavonoids from Prinsepia utilis Royle( FPR) on the histomorphol-ogy of kidney in diabetic mice, and to investigate its protective mechanism. Methods Diabetic mice in-duced by alloxan were given FPR orally each day for four weeks. After the administration for two and four weeks, ten mice in each group were randomly sacri-ficed. The kidneys were removed and weighed. The extracted renal tissue was embedded with paraffin and sectioned, the sections were stained with Hematoxylin and Eosin(HE)、Periodic acid Schiff(PAS) and Go-mori, and then observed under the microscopy. 1mm3 of renal cortex fixed with glutaral in four centi-degree , and then the ultrastructure of each group was observed under the electron microscope respectively after four weeks′ treatment. Results Compared with the model control group, in the treatment group, observation un-der the microscopy showed that glomerular volume and mesangial cells reduced, FPR could relieve thickening of the glomerular basement membrane ( GBM ) , little inflammatory cells infiltrated in the interstitium, tubular epithelial cells almost became normal, renal tubule had little glucogen, fiber decreased in the interstitium of renal tubule. Observation under the electron micro-scope indicated that foot process in podocytes lined up in order, mitochondria of the renal tubule’ s epithelial cell almost recovered. Conclusion FPR can relieve the changes of renal pathology, improve renal function, and delay the progression of pathologic changes of kid-ney in diabetic mice partly through reducing the blood glucose and the blood lipid.

Objective To review the research of self-management intervention in patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, clarify the intervention elements,so as to provide references for clinical practice and future related research. Methods According to the scoping review framework,a literature search was performed in the PubMed,Embase,CINAHL,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wan fang Database,VIP,CBMdisc for all the studies on self-management intervention of patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to December,2022.There were 2 researchers who extracted and analyzed the data of the included literature. Results A total of 12 articles were included, including 3 randomized controlled trials,8 quasi-experimental studies, and 1 mixed study.6 studies were conducted with interventions based on the theoretical basis or nursing model such as self-management oriented 5A nursing model, continuous nursing model,problem-based learning theory. The intervention methods of 12 studies included nurse-led self-management guidance, mobile applications, multidisciplinary collaboration, and graphic cards. The intervention time was mostly 1~3 months. The outcome indicators included feasibility evaluation indicators such as operability, ease of use,and user satisfaction of the application, and effect evaluation indicators such as self-management ability, quality of life, and medication compliance of patients. The results showed that self-management interventions could improve patient self-management ability, quality of life, medication compliance, and improve their psychological and nutritional status. Conclusion The research on self-management intervention in patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is still in the development stage, and its positive effect has been preliminarily verified.Medical staff should strengthen the self-management evaluation of patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, play the role of multidisciplinary team, use electronic health intervention methods, and formulate multi-level,scientific and effective self-management intervention programs.
