Objective To investigate the influencing factors for stroke-associated pneumonia(SAP)in acute ischemic stroke(AIS)patients after endovascular treatment(EVT).Methods A retrospective case-control trial was conducted on 426 AIS patients with large vessel occlusion(LVO)in anterior circulation admitted in the neurological departments from First Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University and Zigong Third People's Hospital during January 2017 and April 2021.Based on SAP occurrence or not,they were divided into an SAP group and a non-SAP group.Demographic information(gender and age),TOAST stroke subtypes(large artery atherosclerosis type,cardiac embolism type,others),vascular risk factors(hypertension,hyperlipidemia,diabetes,atrial fibrillation,smoking,prior stroke history,smoking),and post-onset clinical data[dysphagia,LDL cholesterol,white blood cells,neutrophils,baseline and postoperative NIHSS scores,endovascular outcomes(mTICI grade 2b or 3),90-day good prognosis(mRS 0-1)]were collected and compared between the 2 groups.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed using the parameters with P<0.1 in univariate analysis as independent variables to investigate factors influencing SAP occurrence after EVT in AIS patients.Results Among the 426 participants,SAP occurred in 194 cases(45.5%).Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that admission white blood cell count(OR=1.125,95%CI:1.043～1.213,P=0.000 2),postoperative NIHSS score(OR=1.019,95%CI:1.001～1.037,P=0.041),and male(OR=1.687,95%CI:1.078～2.638,P=0.022)were associated with SAP occurrence after EVT in AIS patients.Conclusion Higher admission white blood cell count,elevated postoperative NIHSS score,and male gender are risk factors for SAP in AIS patients after EVT.These risk factors should be focused on clinical practice to control SAP incidence.

Objective To investigate the effect of serum CYFRA21-1 and SCCAg levels on the prognosis of patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy.Methods 100 cases of cervical cancer were diagnosed by pathological examination in our hospital from October 2008 and October 2011,Using radioimmunoassay(RIA) in detection of serum CYFRA21-1 and SCCAg level,Pearson and Spearman correlation is used to study the relationship between serum CYFRA21-1 and SCCAg level and cervical cancer patients with clinical features,using the Cox regression model of CYFRA21-1 and SCCAg level and uterine cervix cancer death or recurrence and metastasis of the relationship.Results 100 cases of patients with cervical cancer,endpoint events in 21 cases,LNR4 patients appear higher risk of endpoint events about 44.3%,CYFRA21-1 and SCCAg levels were with cervical cancer patients with CA-125 values,tumor staging,depth of tumor invasion into positive correlation,and the age of patients,no significant correlation,tumor differentiation(P=0.013),serum CYFRA21-1 levels(P=0.02),serum SCCAg levels(P=0.03),depth of tumor invasion(P=0.04) is cervical cancer patients with endpoint events independent risk factors.Conclusion CYFRA21-1 and SCCAg levels were closely related to the prognosis of patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy.

Objective To investigate the mental health states of health system staffs in a district of Chongqing municipality. Methods Seven hundred and seventy-three health system staffs were taken as the research subjects for conducting the investigation by the Symptoms Checklist-90 (SCL-90).With the total SCL-90 score >160 as the positive psychological symptom,the total mean scores of SCL-90 and the 9 items of factor score of somatization,obsession,personal relations,depression,anxiety,hostility,dread, paranoid and psychotics were performed the statistical analysis.Results The positive rate of psychological symptoms in 773 health system staffs was 17.46% (135/773),among them which in the clinical nurses,clinicians and nonclinical staffs were 23.20%(58/250),15.63%(50/320)and 13.30%(27/203)respectively.The somatization and obsession scores of the health system staffs in this district were obviously higher than those of the national norm (P <0.05),while their personal relations and paranoid scores were obviously lower than those of the national norm(P <0.01).The paranoid scores of the staffs in the district health units were higher than those of the staffs worked in town health units(P <0.05),and other 8 items of factor score and the total mean scores were significantly higher than those in the town health unit staffs (P <0.01).The scores of obsession,depression,anxiety,hostility and the total mean scores of the clinical nurses were significantly higher than those of the clinicians (P <0.01),while scores of so-matization,personal relations,paranoid and psychotics had no significant differences between them(P > 0.05).The total mean scores of the clinical nurses were higher than those of the non-clinical staffs(P <0.05).Conclusion The scores of multiple factors had significant differences between the health system staffs in this district and the national norm.The psychological health status in the clinicians was poorer than that in the non-clinical staffs,especially the psychological health status in the clinical nurses were much poorer.

Objective To investigate the effect of phosphatidylinesitol-3 kinase/serine threonine kinase (PI3K/Akt) signaling pathway on expression of beta-site amyloid precursor protein cleaving enzyme-1 (BACE1) in the hippocampus neurons of rat brain. Methods Forty SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: blank control group, sham-operated group, insulin group and wortmannin group. Insulin or the specific inhibitor of PI3K, wortmannin was injected into hippocampus neurons to activate or inhibit the signaling pathway in insulin group or wortmannin group, respectively. Immunoprecipitation and Western blot were used to analyze the proteins levels of PI3K/Akt and BACE1. Results In insulin treatment group,among the proteins downstream of signaling pathway, expression of Akt increased (0. 952±0.060 vs 0.835±0.029,t=4.9150, P=0.0001), phospho-Akt set473 increased (0.800±0.075 vs 0.657± 0.025,t=4.5598, P=0.0002), phospho-GSK-3α decreased (0.604±0.062 vs 0.726±0.041, t= 3.5871, P=0.0018 ), and the expression of mature BACE1 and β-CTF significantly decreased. In wortmannin group, the expression of Akt and phospho-Akt ser473 were inhibited; phospho-GSK-3α increased ; mature BACEI (1.004±0.096) and β-CTF (1.031±0.048) increased (t=11.5980, P= 0.0000 and t =4.2194, P =0.0004, respectively). Conclusions PI3K/Akt signaling pathway might effect the expression of BACE1, in which impaired signaling pathway may cause the amyloid precursor protein to be easily processed by BACE1, and thus involves the pathology of Alzheimer' s disease.
