Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of aripiprazole and risperidone on the treatment of schizophrenia. Method 80 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into risperidone group ( n = 40) and aripiprazole group( n= 40). According to random, controlled principles, all patients were treated for 8 weeks. The positive and negative syndrome scale ( PANSS ), clinical global impression ( CGI ), treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS) and laboratory examinations were used to assess the effectiveness and the safety of the treatment. Results By the end of the 8 weeks treatment,the scores of PANSS in both groups decreased significantly compared to the baseline ( P < 0. 05 ) without statistica differences between groups ( P > 0. 05 ). Total clinical effective rates was 90% in risperidone group and 80% in aripiprazole group, without significant difference between two groups. Digestion adverse reactions in aripiprazole group were significantly more than in risperidone group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Both aripiprazole and risperidone could treat schizophrenia effectively,and risperidone showed better results.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of N-ras oncogene expression in acute myelogenous leukemia(AML).Methods N-ras oncongene in 10 cases of AML were determined using reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results 3/10 cases were the positive expression,the positive rates were 30%;2/3 patients were treated to complete remmision(CR).Their N-ras oncogene change negative,1/3 patients was no remmision(NR),his N-ras oncogene change negative,1/3 patient was no remmision(NR),his N-ras oncogene keeps positive and dead after 4 months.Conclusions Determination of the N-ras oncogene expression in AML has worthy for diagnose and prognosis.

Objective To investigate the effects of wortmannin (WT) on leukemia cells cycle and BCL-2 protein expression. Methods 0 25?mol/L PI-3 kinase inhibitor wortmanin was used to treat K562 cells for 24 hours, and Arac was simultaneously used to induce the cell apoptosis. The specific fluoresent staining and FCM analysis were adopted to measure the cell cycle distribution and BCL-2 expression. Results Compared with the control cells, the proliferation index(PI) of the K562 cells treated by wortmannin was significantly lower, the cell number of G1 phase and the percentage of cell apoptosis increased, and the BCL-2 protein expression significantly decreased. Conclusion Wortmannin could inhibitedtheproliferationofK5 6 2cells ,andwascellcyclespecificagent (CCSA) .

Objective To explore the combination of Astragalus injection combined with Danshen injection in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome. Methods 126 cases of primary nephrotic syndrome were recruited into a control group (66 cases) and a treatment group (60 cases). Both groups were given high-quality protein diet. On this basis, the treatment group was treated with Huangqi injection combined with compound Danshen injection, while the control group was treated with prednisone and furosemide. Both groups received a course of 28 days' treatment. Results The total effective rate was 92% and 56% in the treatment group and the control group respectively, with the difference showing statistical significance (t =4.56,P<0.05) .Conclusion Huangqi injection combined with compound Danshen injection is effective in treatment of nephrotic syndrome.

To explore the relations of Morphology Immnuophe-notype Cytogenetics Molecular biology(MICM) detection on diagnosis andtreat,emt of leukemia． Methods: 68 cases of leukemia patients had beenanalyzed by morphology(FAB)． Immunohistochemistry(Flow Cytometry, FCM)． chromosome G banding technique and dual-color fluorescence insitu hybridization (D-FISH)．Technique:All patients were treated bychemotherapy． T test and X2 test of significance． Results: 7 cases have acute leukema aberration antigen expression． 5 out of 47 cases acutemyeliod leukemia patients accompany lymhocytic interrelated antigenexpression． 2/l5 cases acute lymphoid leukemia accompany myelocyteinterrelated antigen expression． 2 cases acute lmphoid leukemia are T cell and B cell interrelated antigen mingle expression． had been examined46,XY,t(8,2l) translocation of chromosome and bcr/abl fusion genes inthe acute leukemia patients． 16 out of 20 chronic myeloid leukemia patientshad philadelphia chromosome． 7 out of 20 patients had complicate karyotype． 5 out of 20 patients had bcr/abl fusion gene, l out of 4 patient had bcr/abl fusion gene that Ph chro mosome showed negative in CML． 3/4 cases patients had complicate chromosome． The ratio of CR use l time chemotherapy and the total ratio of CR using 2 times chemotherapywith aberration antigen expression in acute leukemia was significantly lessthan those of the acute leukemia patient had single system antigenexpression(P<0.05)． The time of CML-BC with complicate c hromosome karyotype was significantly short than those of Ph showed negative in CML(P<0.05)． Conclusion: The MICM classification is more acc urate for diagnosis of leukemia and more significant in guiding the leukemiatreamen．

ObjectiveTo analyze the current status and correlation of occupational commitment and job burnout in nurses. MethodsOccupational commitment scale and Maslach Burnout Inventory General Survey （MBI-GS） were used to survey 695 nurses in 4 hospitals in Nanchong， and the assessment results were compared among nurses with different demographic characteristics， thereafter， Pearson correlation analysis was conducted to discuss the correlation between occupational commitment and job burnout in nurses. ResultsThe total scores of occupational commitment scale and MBI-GS of nurses were （78.38±12.33） and （37.05±9.61）， respectively. The total occupational commitment scale score showed significant differences among nurses of different hospitals， departments， working years and genders （P<0.05 or 0.01）， and the total MBI-GS score showed statistical differences among nurses of different hospitals， departments， ages， professional titles， working years， educational level and marital status （P<0.05 or 0.01）. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score and each dimension score of MBI-GS were negatively correlated with the total score of occupational commitment scale， as well as the scores of affective commitment， normative commitment and economic cost commitment （r=-0.517~-0.075，P<0.05 or 0.01）. The emotional cost commitment score was negatively correlated with the the total MBI-GS score， along with the scores in professional efficacy and depersonalization dimensions （r=-0.172~-0.098， P<0.01）. The score of opportunity commitment was positively correlated with the score of professional efficacy （r=0.106， P<0.01）， and negatively correlated with the score of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization （r=-0.156， -0.123， P<0.01）. ConclusionThe hospital， department and working years of the nurses are the common factors influencing occupational commitment and job burnout. The occupational commitment is higher in female nurses than that in male nurses， and the job burnout is more severe in the unmarried than that in the married， moreover， the job burnout of the nurses is negatively correlated with occupational commitment.
