Objective To investigate the amide proton transfer (APT) values in basal ganglia of neonatal piglet hypoxicischemic brain injury (HIBI) model using MR APT imaging.Methods Totally 35 healthy neonatal piglets were selected.There were 5 piglets underwent sham-operation in control group and 30 piglets used to established HIBI models in HIBI group.According to the time interval between APT imaging and the establishment of HIBI model,the piglets in HIBI group were divided into 0-＜2 h,2-＜6 h,6-＜12 h,12-＜24 h,24-＜48 h and 48-＜72 h subgroups.APT imaging was performed on all piglets.The APT value of basal ganglia between control group and all the subgroups in HIBI group were compared.Results After HIBI occurred,the APT values immediately decreased in 0-2 h,and then increased gradually.In 24 h after HIBI,the APT values were mainly returned to the level of control group,then continuously increased.The APT value in control group and 0-＜2 h,2 ＜6 h,6 ＜12 h,12-＜24 h,24-＜48 h,48-＜72 h subgroups in HIBI group were 0.52 ± 0.09,-0.35 ± 0.08,-0.02 ± 0.14,0.28± 0.04,0.46 ± 0.11,0.80 ± 0.11,1.24 ± 0.18,respectively.The APT values between control group and each subgroups in HIBI group had significant differences (all P＜0.01) except for 12-＜24 h subgroup (P=0.68).Conclusion The APT value decreased firstly and then increased after HIBI in neonatal piglet.APT imaging can provide a non-invasive molecular MR method to evaluate the pathophysiological changes of HIBI.

Objective To investigate the situation of college students using cell phones,and explore the relationship between College Students' cell phones addiction and self-control and the regulation effect of academic performance.Methods Using the entity questionnaire survey and the online questionnaire survey to research the situation of the college students' intelligent cell phones use and self control and the regulation effect of academic performance.Results The smartphone was very popular among college students,with 84.9％ of college students using smartphones in the two surveys,and the smartphone addiction was about 10.6％.Smartphone addicts of college students related with origin of student (t=2.31,P=0.022),and had no correlation with gender (t=-0.46,P=0.647),and major (t=1.77,P=0.079).Students' phone addiction and self-control were positively correlated (r=0.506,P＜0.01).The academic record ranking was regulated by self-control and college smart-phone using.Conclusion Cell phones are widely used among college students.Self-control positively related with cell phones and cell phone addiction,and the academic record ranking regulates the strength of relationship between the cell phones using and self control.

Objective To investigate the effect of the whole course health education on heart rehabilitation of old patients with percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods One hundred and twentyone old patients with coronary heart disease who all underwent complete PCI in Tangshan Gongren Hospital from January 2008 to December 2009 were selected as our subjects.All subjects were randomly divided into the intervention group (60 cases) and the control group (61 cases).All patients were treated by PCI ± standard drug therapy.Patients in control group were given the conventional health education,while in intervention group were given the extending health education plus the conventional health education.Questionnaire was used to collect the coronary heart disease knowledge,recovery and secondary prevention behavior.The levels of blood pressure,density lipoprotein cholesterol,fasting blood glucose (FB) were measured at 6,12,24 months at discharge hospital.Meanwhile the reaching standard rate of coronary heart disease risk factors control was also used to evaluate the effect of education.Results The scores of knowledge of coronary heart disease rehabilitation of intervention group at 6,12 and 24 months after discharge were (79.69 ± 4.66),(83.26± 8.38),(81.81 ± 9.21) respectively,higher than that of control group ((72.36 ± 8.16),(69.96 ± 10.69),(70.00 ± 11.32) respectively),and there were significant differences between groups(t =3.26,5.39 and 4.41respectively,P ＜ 0.05).The scores of the second level prevention act of intervention group were (79.00±5.65),(79.88 ± 6.34) and (79.13 ± 11.21) respectively,higher than that of control group((70.72± 7.59),(68.84 ± 5.36) and (66.52 ± 9.15) respectively),and there was significant difference between groups (t =3.75,5.99 and 3.63 respectively; P ＜ 0.05).The reach standard rate of low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),exercise of intervention group at 6 months were 60.0％ (36/60),65.0％ (39/60),higher than that of the control group(37.7％ (23/61),32.8％ (20.61)),and there was significant difference between groups(x2 =6.045,10.871,P ＜0.05),while there was no significant difference in terms of the reach standard rate of blood pressure,FB and quit smoking(P ＞ 0.05).The reach standard rate of blood pressure,LDL-C,FB,quit smoking,exercise of intervention group at 12 months were 75.0％ (45/60),76.6％ (46/60),96.6％(58/60),81.7 ％ (49/60),75.0％ (45/60),higher than that of control group (49.2 ％ (30/61),32.8 ％(20/61),80.3％ (49/61),57.4％ (35/61),31.1％ (19/61),and there was significant difference between groups(x2 =8.021,28.438,8.431,10.435 and 23.128 respectively,P ＜ 0.05).The reach standard rate of blood pressure,LDL-C,FB,quit smoking,exercise of intervention group at 12 months were (75.0％ (45/60),81.7％ (49/60),95.0％ (57/60),86.7％ (52/60),81.7％ (49/60)),higher than that of control group (44.3％ (27/61),31.1％ (19/61),75.4％ (46/61),47.5％ (29/61),34.4％ (21/61)),and there was significant difference between groups (x2 =11.710,35.810,8.112,25.450 and 25.650 respectively,P＜0.05).Conclusion Whole course health education is proved to reach the purpose of long-term heart rehabilitation,and decrease the risk of the risk factors for PCI.Meanwhile it is a safe,effective,compliant heart rehabilitation model after PCI in old patients.

Objective:To evaluate the effect of various surface treatments with different water bath time and thermocycling on the shear bond strength of orthodontic brackets to the feldspathic porcelain surfaces.Methods:Four surface conditioned methods were applied on 128 disc-shaped porcelain specimens.Metal or ceramic brackets were bonded onto each treated porcelain disc with light-cured resin.The samples were randomly assigned and bathed in 37 ℃ water 1 day or 7 days respectively,and thermocycled 500 times from 5 ℃ to 55 ℃.The shearing strengths were measured and bond failure sites were classified according to the adhesive remnant index system.The treated porcelain surfaces were examined with scanning electronic microscopy.Results:Almost the same effects of the four conditionings on the two types of brackets were obtained.All groups achieved adequate bond strengths to withstand the application of orthodontic forces.Conclusion:The optimal method for orthodontic brackets bonding to feldspathic porcelain is to apply orthophosphoric acid combined with silane.

[Result]The phenotype of chronicbronchitis and exacerbation, emphysema,inflammation,FEV1 declining or overlap syndrome may match with different patterns of TCM.[Conclusion] COPD phenotypes have similarities with patterns of TCM at component, influence and typing target.

Microula Sikkimensis is a kind of plant only in China. Fatty acid composition of its seed oil was analyzed with a polar PEG-20M fused-silica capillary column GC combined with MS after the seed oil was saponified and methylated. 13 kinds of fatty acid methyl ester (FAMEs) were identified. The major constituents were found to be oleic acid 18.12%, linoleic acid 35.11%, ?-linolenic acid 8.33%, ?-linolenic acid 13.57% and stearidonic acid 1.21%.

Objective To discuss the effective method for decreasing operative complications in acetabular fractures. Methods A retrospective analysis was done on 70 patients with acetabular fractures treated with open reduction and internal fixation from June 1998 to June 2003 so as, in combination of follow up data, to investigate cause, mechanism, and effective preventive and therapeutic methods. Results Open reduction and internal fixation were effective methods for acetabular fractures but had too many complications especially in traumatic arthritis and femoral head avascular necrosis, to which we must pay much more attention. Conclusions Operative injury lessening and anatomical reduction are keys to decrease of operative complications. Anterior screw fixation through inguinal approach may be an effective method of decreasing operative injury and complications.
