1.Effect Evaluation of Preservatives Commonly Used in Actual Cosmetics
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(02):-
Objective To understand the antiseptic effect of preservatives commonly used in the actual cosmetics. Methods The single culture method was used to evaluate the effects of different preservatives on the different microbial. Results In the actual cosmetics, parabens could inhibit fungi well but bacteria, the effect of imidazolinyl urea was contrary, inhibited bacteria well but fungi. 2-bromo- 2-nitropropane-1, 3-diol got good effect. Methylchloro did not show an effect in the allowable range. Conclusion The cosmetics components are considered as the important influencing factors for the effects of preservatives used in the cosmetics.
2.Resistibility of Microbes Contaminated in Cosmetics to Preservatives in Common Use in Cosmetics
Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(08):-
Objective To research the resistibility of microbes contaminated in cosmetics to preservatives in common use in cosmetics. Methods The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) method was used according to Disinfection Technical Guideline. Results The resuls showed that some of the isolated microbes had higher resistance for one or more of the commonly used preservatives. The MIC of enterobacter gergoviae for methyl paraben was 10 mg/ml,the MIC of paecilomyces for propyl paraben was 10 mg/ml,it was 2.5 times greater than the limited dose. The MIC of Pantoea,P.luteola and trichoderma for imidazolidinyl urea were higher than other standard microbe strains. Conclusion The microbes contaminated in cosmetics can develop tolerance to the preservatives in common use in cosmetics, maybe that is one of the causes for cosmetics contamination.
3.A phenotypic overlap of an atypical form of rapid onset dystonia-parkinsonism and paroxysmal weakness: one case report
Chinese Journal of Neurology 2021;54(5):495-498
ATP1A3 gene mutations are associated with a wide spectrum of neurological symptoms. This article describes a case in children, which is caused by mutation of ATP1A3 gene. A seven years old boy presented with symptoms of fever-induced generalized dystonia, dysarthria, and paroxysmal weakness. Gene sequencing results showed that the ATP1A3 gene in the boy had heterozygous mutations of c.1838C>T. Combined with the clinical manifestations, gene mutations and literatures, the patient was diagnosed as a phenotypic overlap of an atypical form of rapid onset dystonia-parkinsonism and paroxysmal weakness. The results of genetic testing can contribute to the early diagnosis of patients with atypical and overlapping phenotypes in ATP1A3 spectrum disorder.

Objective To compare the efficacy of oral rehydration salts(ORS),health education and autonomic nervous activity training with health education and autonomic nervous activity training on children with postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS).Methods Fifty-two children with POTS based on head-up test or head-up tilt test were divided into ORS treatment group and conventional treatment group.ORS treatment group included 33 children, and they received ORS and health education and autonomic nervous activity training therapy.Conventional treatment group included 19 children who received health education and autonomic nervous activity training therapy only.Telephone follow-ups were made after the therapy for 1-3 months. The contents of follow-up were the compliance of ORS treatment, the implementation of health education and POTS related symptom frequency. Results 1.The compliance of doctor's advice in ORS treatment group was better than that in the conventional treatment group.2.There was no significant difference in the symptom scores before therapy between ORS treatment group and conventional treatment group [(6 ± 3) scores in ORS treatment group vs (5 ± 3) scores in conventional treatment group,t =0.799,P > 0.05].After 1 to 3 months therapy, the symptom scores were significantly lowered in both groups. The symptom scores in ORS treatment group was lower than those of the conventional treatment group[(2 ± 1) scores in ORS treatment group vs(3 ± 1)scores in conventional treatment,t =-2.189,P < 0.05].3.If the therapy was determined to be effective when the symptom scores decreased by at least 2 scores, the effective rate in ORS treatment group was significantly higher than that of the conventional treatment group(78.8% in ORS treatment group vs 42.1% in conventional treatment group,x2 =7.169,P < 0.01).Conclusions The efficacy of ORS,health education and autonomic nervous activity training therapy is better than that of the health education and autonomic nervous activity training therapy only in POTS children.

OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid method of detecting class D carbapenemase gene in Acinetobacter baumannii by multiplex PCR.METHODS Design primers according to the conservative region of blaOXA-51 and blaOXA-23,the class D carbapenemase gene were detected by Multiplex PCR.RESULTS 24 of 30 A.baumannii isolates produced two bands of blaOXA-51 and blaOXA-23;other 6 isolates showed a band of blaOXA-23.CONCLUSIONS The multiplex PCR could detect rapidly the class D carbapenemase gene.

Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(06):-
Objective To study the expression of Bcl-2 and E2F-1 in human adenomyosis and to explore the correlation between the expression and pathogenesis of human adenomyosis. Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was employed to detect the expression of Bcl-2 and E2F-1 in 58 specimens of ectopic endometrium, eutopic endometrium of adenomyosis and 30 specimens of normal endometrium. Results The expression of Bcl-2 and E2F-1 in ectopic and eutopic endometrium of adenomyosis were significantly higher than those of normal endometrium (P

Journal of Chinese Physician 2016;18(11):1650-1654
Objective To assess the diagnostic value of ChromID for Clostridium Clostridium infection (CDI) on the premise of large sample size, with Meta-analysis.Methods The literature inclusion and exclusion standards were made, and the databases were searched, including PubMed,Cochrane Library,China Biology Medicine disc (CBM),China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and so on,using the keywords (ChromID,Clostridium difficile, and chromomgenic agar) along with each of the following words (detection, diagnosis, and infection).Quality assessment of diagnostic accuracy studies (QUADAS) was used to evaluate the quality of the literature. The Meta-disc 1.4 software was used to analyze the data. Results Five studies on 1 851 patients were included in this meta-analysis.The pooled sensitivity was 0.793 (95 % CI:0.750 ~ 0.832) for the diagnosis of CDI on 48 h,the pooled specificity was 0.942 (95 % CI:0.972 ~0.955),the pooled positive likelihood ratio was 16.817 (95% CI:7.042 ~ 40.157),with negative hkelihood ratio was 0.124 (95% CI:0.040 ~0.386) and diagnostic odds ratio for 244.64 (95% CI:17.711 ~3 379.3).The area under the working curve (AUCSROC) of the subjects was 0.981 4 and the Q* index was 0.939 9.Conclusions Meta-analysis on ChromID for diagnosis of clostridium difficile infection revealedChromID had higher sensitivity, specificity, positive likelihood ratio, and negative likelihood ratio, which can be recommended for clinical use.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(1):79-80
ObjectiveTo investigate the status medicine taking in rural schizophrenic patients.MethodsThe families of 217 schizophrenic patients in a town of Shaoxing rural area were investigated with self-made questionnaire. Results and Conclusion125 cases routinely took medicine(57.6%). The main reason caused patients to resist taking medicine was absence of family or family's care. The medicine were obtained from hospital, drugstore, free drugs from mental preventing organization, mail-order, half or more of them were free. Only 53.46% of the objects would like to receive free drugs. The most of the others want to give up. The objects suggested mental preventing organization to provide more kinds and costly free drugs, simplify procedures of obtaining drugs, permit to receive more drugs at a time and be more kindly.
