Objective To investigate the effective of FGF-23(R176Q)overexpression of adult mouse mandible formation and mineralization.Methods CT scanning,serological examination,HE staining,immunohistochemical staining and RT-PCR analysis were used to compared mandible of FGF-23(R176Q)transgenic mice(TG group)and wild type mice(WT group),serum calcium and phosphorus concentrations mandibule formation and mineralization were analysised.Results Serum calcium,phosphorus and 1, 25(OH)2 D3 concentrations in WT group were significantly higher than that in TG group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05);the Ob.s/B.Pm TG group was lower than that of WT group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);the positive percentage of Biglycan in TG group was higher than that in WT group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);the OCN and type I collagen mRNA levels in the WT group were significantly higher than that in TG group,the difference were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion FGF-23(R176Q)overexpression can inhibit the formation of mandible,reduce the formation of mineralized,and reduce the development of the mandible.

Based on signal to noise ratio and probabilistic neural network method associated with experimental data,all analysis model in gastric carcinoma is presented.According to the available information,the samples of gastric carcinoma can be tested and ana.Lyzed.The signal to noise ratio is first calculated．Secondly,records in the database are chosen as a training set to build a probabilistie neural network model and the feature subset is selected according to accuracy.Finally,test set is to test accuracy of model．The model is implemented using MATLAB,and it can be generalized and applied to similar disease auxiliary diagnosis region.

[Objective] China is one of high hepatitis B virus (HBV)-epidemic areas. The role of HBV and nonHodgkin lymphoma (NHL) has also recently been investigated. There is significantly higher prevalence rate of HBV infection among patients with NHL compared with other solid tumor and general population. HBV reactivation during chemotherapy is, however, a real concern. Several previous studies have reported increased risks of liver-related morbidity and mortality. The use of prophylactic anti-HBV drugs can effectively reduce the incidence and severity of hepatitis among HBV-infected patients who received chemotherapy for NHL.

Current materials used for maxillofacial prostheses are far from ideal,and how to develop a final prosthetics material is a significant topic in the research of maxillofacial prostheses.In this paper,some pertinent research of silicone elastomeric materials,such as mechanical properties and colorant are reviewed.

Objective:To describe health service use and trend of treatment and rehabilitation rates among people with psychiatric disability from 2007 to 2013.Methods:Data collected by the 2006 Second China National Sample Survey and the 2007-2013 National Disability Monitoring Survey were utilized and analyzed.The 2006 National Sample Survey on Disabilities investigated 2 526 145 non-institutionalized representative civilians in 734 counties across mainland China.Psychiatric disability was diagnosed by clinical psychiatrists according to ICD-10 and WHO DAS Ⅱ criteria.The 2007 to 2013 National Disability Monitoring Survey selected 1 to 2 study sites among each of the 734 study counties that had been investigated by the Second China National Sample Survey.Information on living conditions,health service use,education and employment were recorded.Results:The data showed that treatment and rehabilitation rates for people with psychiatric disability had largely increased from 2007 to 2013 among adults aged 18 years or older,with the treatment and rehabilitation rates from 49.52％ and 21.8％ to 66.9％ and 58.7％ respectively,and the rates among those with 17 years or younger from 23.5％ to 43.9％.However,with regard to the effect of the treatment and rehabilitation services,a much larger proportion of people with psychiatric disability reported that the effect was soso instead of good or very good.In addition,among those who received rehabilitation service,most received day care or psychotherapy service,only less than 8％ participated work therapy,farming therapy or working skill trainings.Conclusion:The results suggest treatment and rehabilitation rates among people with psychiatric disability are largely increased from 2007 to 2013,while the quality of the service needs further attention.

Objective To explore the effectiveness of long-acting antibacterial material that was used as an intervention in oral care cavity nursing in patients with endotracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation. Methods Patients admitted to Xuzhou Medical College Hospital neurosurgery intensive care unit between 1st December 2013 and 31st August 2014 requiring intubation and mechanical ventilation were enrolled into the study. There were 100 cases randomly selected and were assigned into control group and experimental group by random number table. Each contained 50 cases. Control group used saline for oral care by brushing and irrigation;experimental group used antimicrobial material oral spray in oral care on the top of the method used in control group. The mouth odor, mouth infection rate and ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) rate were used to determine. Results About oral odor, mouth infection rate, and VAP rate, the difference of incidences between experimental group and the control group was significant (χ2=4.504-13.728, P <0.05). Conclusions Antimicrobial material can effectively improve oral health in intubated and mechanical ventilated patients. It slows oral acidic environment change, reduces oral infections early onset VAP incidence. And it is worth promoting its use.

Objective To study a simple and manual contrast board in Double Contrast Examination,so as to decrease labor intensity and the X-ray influence to the work staff.Methods The integrated design consisted of two parts:filled gas and oppressive container.The gas and Barium was injected into the large intestine by manual control and its volume may be adjusted casually according to the requirement.Results It is proved in clinical application that the design is reasonable,the structure is simple and the operation is convenient.Conclusion The device makes the relationship between medical staff and patients more harmonious.It worth popularizing.
