Objective:To analyze the indicators and resistance rate of antibacterial drugs for special use in our hospital before and after the implementation of network online approval process to provide reference for the management and rational use of antibacterial drugs for special use. Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed, and the consumption amount, sales amount, utilization ratio, AUD, submission rate of microbial specimen and resistance rates for the main pathogenic bacteria of antibacterial drugs and ones for special use were investigated during 2012 and 2015 in our hospital. Results:The approval process of antibacterial drugs for special use developed from handwork to network online. The consumption amount of antibacterial drugs increased slightly year by year from 2012 to 2015 in our hospital, the mean expense of antibacterial drugs for the inpatients increased from 1602. 85 yuan to 1888. 63 yuan,and AUD increased from 54. 50 DDDs/(100 persons × d) to 65. 47 DDDs/(100 persons × d). The sales amount proportion of antibacterial drugs for special use (13. 90%) was the lowest in 2013, and the highest (17. 34%) in 2015, and AUD increased from 4. 85 DDDs/(100 person × d)to 6. 37 DDDs/(100 person × d), and the submission rate of microbial specimen before the treatment increased from 85. 5% to 90. 0%. The main pathogenic bacteria were Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumonia, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumannii,and their ratio had slight change. Except Staphylococcus aureus, the resistance rate of the other four pathogenic bacteria kept increasing, and the resistance rates of Acinetobacter baumannii to cefepime and carbapenems were over 50%. Conclusion:The approval process management of antibacterial drugs for special use must be strengthened in order to truly a-chieve reasonable use of antibacterial drugs for special use.

Objective To observation the effect of treating wind-cold type periarthritis of shoulder with acupuncture with warmed needle. Methods Study the influence of acupuncture with warmed needle on clinical indexes as total therapeutic effect, pain, and range of activity of 60 patients with wind-cold type periarthritis of shoulder. Result The total effective rate was over 80%. Conclusion acupuncture with wanned needle is a good method in treating wind-cold type periarthritis of shoulder clinically.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the result of direct parathyroid adenomectomy for the treatment of hyperparathyroidism caused by single parathyroid adenoma. MethodsClinical data of 13 cases were retrospectively analyzed from 1993 to 2000. Preoperative Bus, CT, 99mTc-MIBI localization was suggestive of a single adenoma and direct parathyroid adenomectomy through minimal incision was performed.ResultsHyperparathyroidism was cured in all cases. One case underwent second operation in which the pathology found malignancy, making the success rate of simple adenomectomy of 92.3%.Conclusions Simple parathyroid adenomectomy for primary hyper parathyroidism caused by single adenoma is effective?safe alternative to conventional neck exploration should preoperative diagnostic measures verify a single adenoma as the etiology of hyperparathyroidism.

Objective To observe the effects of elevated temperatures(37~44.5℃)on the cell counts, hemolysis and osmotic fragility of stored red blood cells.Methods After 7~35 days of storage at 4℃, erythrocyte suspensions were heated by incubation at 37℃ and 44.5℃ for 30 min in an incubator and then examined for cell counts, hemolysis and osmotic fragility.Results Red blood cell, white blood cell and platelet counts, hemoglobin and potassium were unchanged following the heat treatment. In the osmotic fragility test, hemolysis remained within normal limits. Hemolysis of groups incubated at 37℃ and 44.5℃ began at (4.41?0.38)g/L and (4.3?0.2)g/L respectively while a complete hemolysis occurred at (3.42?0.36)g/L and (3.4?0.1)g/L , showing no significant difference compared to the room temperature control (4.5?0.18)g/L and (3.6?0.1)g/L. There was no significant distinction in the proportions of smooth spherocyte among the samples incubated at different temperatures, except the samples stored for 35 days, probably due to the long storage period.Conclusions Heating at temperatures between 37～44.5℃ for as long as 30 min does not cause hemolysis or other damage to red blood cells.

OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid method of detecting class D carbapenemase gene in Acinetobacter baumannii by multiplex PCR.METHODS Design primers according to the conservative region of blaOXA-51 and blaOXA-23,the class D carbapenemase gene were detected by Multiplex PCR.RESULTS 24 of 30 A.baumannii isolates produced two bands of blaOXA-51 and blaOXA-23;other 6 isolates showed a band of blaOXA-23.CONCLUSIONS The multiplex PCR could detect rapidly the class D carbapenemase gene.

Objective To investigate the effects of β adrenergic receptor blocker carvedilol and cholinergic receptor blocker scopolamine on the biological behaviors of prostate cancer in C57BL/6 mice.Methods From June 2014 to November 2014, sixty male C57BL/6 mice, 10 weeks old, were injected with RM-1 cells (0.5 × 106) into bilateral dorsal prostate capsules of each mice by microsyringe and were randomly divided into three groups, including carvedilol group (K), scopolamine group (D) and saline group (N) after modeling.In K group, the carvedilol (10 mg/kg) was given to mice through gastric tube.The normal saline was given to them by subcutaneous injection.In D group, the normal saline was given to mice through gastric tube.Meanwhile, the scopolamine (1 mg/kg) was injected subcutaneously.In N group, daily normal saline was given by through gastric tube and subcutaneous injection.At the seventh day of postoperation, five mouse were sacrificed in each group every three days to observe the local growth,invasion and metastasis of prostate cancer to pelvic nodes and liver.Immunohistochemical determination of prostate tumor was made by TH staining and VAChT staining in each group.Results The volume of the prostate cancer was gradually increased in three groups.There was no statistical difference of prostate volume among three groups on the day 7 and 10 post-operatively (all P ＞ 0.05).The prostate volume of K group, D group and N group on the day 13 were 0.05 ± 0.04, 0.18 ± 0.08, 0.14 ± 0.05 cm3, respectively (P ＜0.05).However, the statistical significance existed between K and N group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no statistical difference of AOD between TH and VAChT among three groups on the day 7 (all P ＞ 0.05).The AOD of TH and VAChT in prostate cancer of K group, D group and N group on the day 10 were [(0.0114±0.016), (0.114±0.002), (0.059±0.008)] and [(0.025 ±0.011), (0.0226±0.003), (0.009±0.003)], respectively (P ＜0.05).Those values on the day 13 were [(0.147 ±0.036),(0.129 ±0.025), (0.071 ±0.022)] and [(0.020 ±0.005), (0.020 ±0.002), (0.010 ±0.002)],respectively (P ＜0.05).TH and VAChT expression of K and D in 10th and 13th is higher than in N (all P ＜ 0.05).At the 7th day, no metastasis of pelvic nodes was detected in all groups.At 10th day, 2 cases of K, no case of D and 3 cases of N were detected the lymph node metastasis.At the 13th day, 3 cases of K, 1 case of D and 4 cases of N were recorded the lymph node metastasis.At the 7th day, no metastasis of liver was detected.At 10th day, 1 case of K, no case of D and 2 cases of N were found the liver metastasis.At the 13th day, 3 cases of K, 1 case of D and 4 cases of N were recorded the liver metastasis.The lifesapn of tumor-bearing mice in K group, D group and N group was 16.8 ±0.8, 17.6 ±0.5, 15.8 ±0.1, respectively (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions β adrenergic receptor blocker carvedilol can suppress the growth of prostate cancer and cholinergic receptor blocker scopolamine may can inhibit metastasis of prostate cancer.

Objective To investigate the safety of hip arthroplasty during the perioperative period in aged patients with femoral neck fracture .Methods The clinical data in 56 elderly cases of femoral neck fracture treated by hip arthroplasty ,aged more than 65 years old ,were performed the retrospective analysis .Results Among 56 cases ,54 cases hospitalized for 21d[(18-31)d] and suc-cessfully were discharged ,the Harris scores were increased from preoperative 30 (0 -38) to postoperative 83 (72 -91) ,the func-tion of hip joint was obviously improved ;2 cases with the preoperative poor tolerance score died during perioperative period ,there were 3 cases(5 .4% ) of postoperative hip hematoma ,1 cases(1 .79% ) of postoperative hematoma developed secondary bacterial in-fection after puncture and 3 cases (5 .4% ) of postoperative posterior dislocation in the early stage and no case of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) accompanying clinical symptoms .Conclusion Hip arthroplasty is a effective measure for treating aged patients with femoral neck fracture .But those patients with poor operative tolerance should select this operation cautiously

OBJECTIVE To explore the features,developing trend and factors of hospital infection in patients with iatrogenic injury.METHODS Retrospective surveys of hospital infections in 750 cases with iatrogenic injury were carried out in hospital between 2000 and 2007.RESULTS The incidence of hospital infection in patients with iatrogenic injury was 87.39%.Among them,hospital wound infection was the highest(87.39%),the second one was cavity infection(8.98%).The leading causative microorganisms were Gram-negative bacteria.CONCLUSIONS It is imperative to make effort to decvease the morbidity of hospital infections.We hope that the iatrogenic injury can be brought into the category of public health as soon as possible to enhance the medical care service and secure safty and health of the patients.
