2.Total Chemical Synthesis,Assembly of Human Torque Teno Virus Genome
Virologica Sinica 2011;26(3):181-189
Torque teno virus(TTV)is a nonenveloped virus containing a single-stranded,circular DNA genome of approximately 3.8kb.We completely synthesized the 3808 nucleotides of the TTV(SANBAN isolate)genome, which contains a hairpin structure and a GC-rich region.More than 100 overlapping oligonucleotides were chemically synthesized and assembled by polymerise chain assembly reaction(PCA),and the synthesis was completed with splicing by overlap extension(SOEing). This study establishes the methodological basis of the chemical synthesis of a viral genome for use as a live attenuated vaccine or gene therapy vector.
3.A comparative research between traditional positioning device and a new type percutaneous kyphoplasty positioning device
China Medical Equipment 2017;14(2):5-8
Objective:To compare the accuracy and safety between percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP) positioning device and traditional positioning device which posit entry point of pedicle of vertebral arch by using the C-arm X-ray.Methods: 117 patients with spinal centrum compression fractures were divided into positioning device group (57 cases) and Kirschner wire group (60 cases) depended on the entry point marked by the preoperative C arm X-ray irradiation. To compare the excellence rate, operation time and exposure times between PKP positioning device and traditional device. Results: The positioning times of the PKP positioning device group and Kirschner wire group were (2.3±0.9)min and (6.8±1.3)min, respectively. The exposure times of the two group were 1.6 times and 4.7 times, respectively. And both of the two differences were statistical significant (t=21.062,t=18.521;P<0.05). The puncture success rates of the two group were 100%. And the excellence rates of them were 93% and 87%, respectively, and the difference also was statistical significant (x2=2.761,P>0.05).Conclusion: There are series of advantages in developed PKP positioning device, such as portable, easy and simple control, higher accuracy and safety, less positioning time and exposure times of C arm X-ray.

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(1):160-162
Objective To study the effect of metoprolol combined with benazepril on cardiac structure and heart function in patients with heart failure and the treatment of hypertension in the elderly. Methods 120 cases of elderly hypertensive patients with heart failure from June 2011 to June 2015 were studied, according to the random number table method, they were randomly divided into combination group and control group. The two groups were given symptomatic and supportive therapy, the control group on the basis of conventional treatment were given antihypertensive drugs of benazepril; combination treatment group were given metoprolol on the basis of control group. After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were evaluated, the changes of cardiac structure in the two groups were recorded and analyzed before and after treatment, and the blood pressure and cardiac function were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 91.67%, the control group was 78.33%, there was significant difference between the two groups (χ2=4.1830, P=0.0408). After 6 months of treatment, the blood pressure, cardiac structure and 6min walking distance were significantly improved in the two groups (P<0.05). The above indicators in combination group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The complication rate in combination group was 8.33%, 13.33% in the control group, there was no statistically significant between two groups (χ2=0.7764, P=0.3782). Conclusion Metoprolol combined with antihypertensive treatment can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of the treatment, improve the cardiac structure and function.
5.Central neuroregulatory machanisms between early life environment and glucose metabolism in adulthood
Acta Laboratorium Animalis Scientia Sinica 2014;(4):77-80
Traditionally it has been widely accepted that our genes together with adult lifestyle factors determine our risk of developing noncommunicable diseases such as type 2 diabetes mellitus ,cardiovascular disease and obesity in lat-er life.Currently, there is substantial evidence that the early life environment plays a key role in determining our suscepti -ble to such diseases in later life .As an increased focus on the understanding of central insulin resistance , central nerve sys-tem plays an extremely important role in regulating the peripheral glucose homeostasis .Substantial studies have indicated that it may be regulated by epigenetic mechanisms .Epigenetics can be defined as the study of heritable changes in gene ex-pression that do not involve alterations in the DNA sequence .Epigenetic processes play a central role in regulating tissue specific gene expression and hence alterations in these processes can induce long -term changes in gene expression and me-tabolism which persist throughout the lifecourse .This review will focus on the epigenetic machanisms of central neuroregula-tion between early life environment and glucose metabolism in adulthood .
6.The Effects of Posterior Focus on Deaf Children's Voice
Journal of Audiology and Speech Pathology 2017;25(3):231-233
Objective To investigate the effects of posterior focus on the voice quality of hearing-impaired children. Methods A total of 15 cases of 3~6 years old hearing-impaired children with posterior focus and 20 cases of 3~6 years old without oral resonance disorders were included in this study.Fundamental frequency (F0), frequency standard deviation (F0SD), fundamental frequency perturbation (jitter), amplitude perturbation (shimmer) and normalized noise energy (NNE) on each group of children of /(ae)/ were extracted and analyzed by Dr.Voice.Results Hearing-impaired children with posterior focus problems mainly showed the voice disorder of the hyperthyroidism type. The abnormal rate of shimmer values was the highest of hearing-impaired children with posterior focus, followed by F0, jitter and F0SD,and the minimum was NNE.The average value of the voice parameters was greater than hearing-impaired children without oral resonance disorders. The jitter and shimmer of children with posterior focus showed significant differences (P<0.05) compared to the hearing-impaired children without oral resonance disorders. Conclusion Children with posterior focus have a high rate of voice disorders and mainly change the voice jitter and shimmer.
7.Pattern on Th1/Th2 and regulation of astragalus in lung cancer
Chinese Journal of Immunology 2001;0(07):-
Objective: The current study investigate the immunological reaction state of Th1/Th2 cytokines expression in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs) from patients with lung cancer, and evaluate the effect of astragalus(AG) on it.Methods:The PBMCs from patients were divided into 4 groups:one group as pre-cultured group, and the other cells were cultured with 10%AG,20% AG and without AG (control group) ,respectively. The PBMC from 23 lung cancer patients as well as 19 healthy controls before and after the culture with AG were collected respectively. The Thl/Th2 cytokines expression were detected by RT-PCR considering IFN-r and IL-2 as Th1 cytokines and IL-4,IL-6,IL-10 as Th2 ones. Results:The results showed that the mRNA expression rate of IL-4,IL-6,IL-10 in PBMCs from lung cancer patients was obviously higher than that from the healthy controls( P

10.Blood Samples with HBsAg and HBsAb Both Positive:An Analysis
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2005;0(11):-
OBJECTIVE To study the phenomenon of hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg) and antibody(HBsAb) both positive in blood samples.METHODS Using electro-chemo-luminescence immune system E170 to detect HBsAg and HBsAb in clinical samples and retest the both positive cases by another two reagents for HBsAg and another three reagents for HBsAb.RESULTS All 7332 samples showed 140 both HBsAg and HBsAb positive(1.9%) and 73 of them were retested for HBsAb by another three reagents which gave altogether 24 positive results, which was not related to each other. Those gave higher HBsAb value by E170 showed higher positive rate by Abbott reagent.CONCLUSIONS HBsAg and HBsAb both positive results are not rare.It may be due to the interactions between the patient and the infected hepatitis B virus.Besides, the quality of reagents and correct lab operating procedures may also affect the test results.
