This article analyses and summarizes the clinical maintenance work of Elekta Precise Linac in five years.Afer the further research on its performances and errors,a better way is found to solve the main problem of clinical electronic linac,i.e.the way to reduce the Stop Rate of Linac in Radiotherapy.

Suicide is a behavior which forms from the interaction of psychological,social and neurobiological factors.In the past 20 years,increasing evidence has indicated that suicidal behavior bases strong neurobiological factors.This article analyzes and categorizes the neurobiological factors of suicide;introduces existing research on the neurobiology of suicide.

Electrical status epilepticus during sleep(ESES)is a special electroencephalography in children.It is involved in a variety of epileptic syndromes and can lead to different degrees of degradation of movement, cognition, behavior, language.At present, the cause of ESES is still unknown.According to literature reports, 8 pathogenic genes have been found to be related to ESES, namely GRIN2A, CNKSR2, SCN2A, KCNA2, KCNQ2, KCNB1, SLC6A1 and WAC genes.In this review, progress of ESES molecular genetics are discussed.

With the nationwide popularization of neonatal heel blood screening, and the change of screening standards and the improvement of premature infant survival rate, the incidence of congenital hypothyroidism in newborns has been increasing year by year.Some of these children need to take medication for all lifetime to maintain normal thyroid function, this is called persistent congenital hypothyroidism, while others don′t, is called transient congenital hypothyroidism.Causes of transient hypothyroidism include iodine deficiency, maternal thyrotrophin receptor blocker antibodies, maternal antithyroid medication, maternal or neonatal iodine exposure, premature delivery, and neonatal hepatic hemangioma.In this review, the author describes the etiology and management of children with transient hypothyroidism, meanwhile summarize several predictors of transient hypothyroidism.

AIM: To analyse the effect of Guipi Granule and serum that contains drug on rat's liver. METHODS: Isolated rat's liver perfusion model was used in the experiment for determining AST and ALT content. RESULTS: Middle and low concentration of Guipi Granule (2.5、5.0g/L) didn't cause any chang of enzyme AST、ALT content in isolated rat's liver perfusion liquid. The effect of serum was not different from Guipi Granule groups and control groups. CONCLUSION: The result shows that Guipi Granule doesn't cause damage to the liver cell.

The clinical manifestation was painless mass in the parotid gland. Physical examination showed regional swelling in parotid area. Bultrasound examination demonstrated the mass was an hypoechoic nodules of bilateral parotid gland, the border was vague. Absolute value and ratio of peripheral eosinophils were both significantly increased. Pathological examination: parotid eosinophilic lymphogranuloma.

Objective:To confirm the analogue of Somatostatin OCT and NC 8 12 on the colon tumor cell growth in vitro and vivo.Methods:(1)Two colon cancer cell lines HCT116,LOVO of which cell proliferation was measured with MTT were treated with different analogue of Somatostatin in vitro.(2)The nude mice were implanted s.c.with colon cancer cell line HCT116,then were injected s.c. with OCT and NC 8 12.Results:(1).Cell proliferation of HCT116 induced by Insulin was obviously inhibited by OCT or NC 8 12 at 10 -8 mol/L 24h later after the cells were incubated with them.(2)The nude mice bearing xenografts of colon cancer HCT116 were treated for 21days subcontinuously with OCT?NC 8 12?g/(kg.d)],the inhibitory effect was seen obviously.,the inhibitory effect was seen obviously.Conclusion:The Somatostatin analogues OCT and NC 8 12 can inhibit the proliferation of colon cancer cells in vitro and vivo directly.
