1.Clinical maintenance analysis and research of Elekta precise accelerator
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1993;0(06):-
This article analyses and summarizes the clinical maintenance work of Elekta Precise Linac in five years.Afer the further research on its performances and errors,a better way is found to solve the main problem of clinical electronic linac,i.e.the way to reduce the Stop Rate of Linac in Radiotherapy.
2.Genetic polymorphism of FMO3 and its role in drug metabolism and toxicity.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(14):2701-2705
The flavin-containing monooxygenase 3 (FMO3) is an important hepatic microsomal enzyme. Numerous mutations of FMO3 gene have been reported, and polymorphic varients of the gene have been identified. Several studies indicated that variability in the expression of FMO3 involved in some nitrogen, or sulfur-containing durg metabolism. This review summarizes the genetic polymorphism of FMO3 and its role in drug metabolism and toxicity.

6.Research and thinking on road traffic injury.
Acta Academiae Medicinae Sinicae 2007;29(4):455-458
The risk factors of traffic crash include drinking/drunk drive, accident proneness, fatigue driving, speeding, and poor vehicle quality. This article introduces the protection, emergency treatment, and basic scientific research of road traffic injury (RTI). As a public health issue, RTI is preventable, and personal factor is a key problem. It is important to establish an accurate and comprehensive RTI database, which may provide necessary information for the epidemiological research and crash prevention. The author also gives some suggestions on road traffic safety development in our country.

8.Drug Resistance and Pathogens in Critically Ill Patients with Pulmonary Infection
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(02):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate the pathogens distribution and their antibiotic resistance in critically ill patients with pulmonary infection.METHODS Totally 171 isolates from sputa were studied and the drug sensitive test was analyzed in 103 critically ill patients.RESULTS These results showed that 29 G+ bacteria strains occupied 17.0%,there were 15 Staphylococcus aureus strains,11 S.epidermidis strains and 3 Enterococcus strains, respectively. In 107 G-bacteria strains occupied 62.6% were composed Stenotrophomonas maltophilia,Acinetobacter baumannii,Burkholderia cepacia and Klebsiella pneumoniae, and 35 strains were fungi, accounted for 20.5%,the main fungi were Candida albicans and C.tropicalis.The result of drug sensitive test showed that there were high rates of multiple drug resistance in most bacteria strains, but there were different drug resistance rates to different antibiotics.CONCLUSIONS G-bacilli play an important role in the pulmonary infections of these critically ill patients, the opportunistic pathogens, such as S.maltophilia are the main G-pathogens,and there are high percentages of drug resistance. The other bacteria such as S.aureus,K.pneumoniae,etc,have a multidrug resistance.Inspecting pathogens and studying the trend of their drug resistance are very important in reducing drug abuse and decreasing the rate of infection in hospital.
9.Occupational Exposure to HIV:Diagnoses of 35 Cases
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(06):-
OBJECTIVE To consummate the measures of prevention and control of HIV in order to effectively guard medical personnel against being infected with HIV during occupational exposure.METHODS Make a survey of the constitution of 35 medical personnel in our hospital who had directly contacted and exposed to HIV sufferers, and the main approaches of their exposure and treatment taken after exposure.RESULTS The rate of occupational exposure has reached as high as 77.78%,mainly through the skin exposure due to skinhurt.Medical personnel usually didn′t attach much attention to the potential danger of exposure, and had low capability of occupational protection.CONCLUSIONS The education of occupational safety must be strengthened, and the measures of occupation be consummate protection in order to decrease the occupational exposure of medical personnel.
10.Effects of Th1 and Th2 immune responses on glomerulnephritis
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(09):-
The spectrum of glomerulonephritis differs in different countries and areas all over the world, and changes with socioeconomic progression. Recent researches have shown that the difference and change of the spectrum of glomerulonephritis are correlated with Th1 and Th2 immune responses."Hygiene hypothesis" is also proposed.
